Abstract

The focus of this study is to analyze the IBI-K57 digital marketing communications in influencing the AISAS behavior among new students. The sub focus of this research is to find out and measure the level of student interest in AISAS (attention, interest, search, action and share) when making decisions to enter. This research utilise the campus digital marketing communications, namely: trustworthiness and expertise, combined with the AISAS method. Furthermore, the quantitative methodology of the positivistic paradigm of the sociopsychological communication tradition, which accompanied by simple linear regression analysis, is also applied. Sampling of the survey was carried out using a random technique. Each program studies is given 20 samples of questionnaire with a Likert scale. The total number of questioners is 120. The ANOVA value of 0.000 (<0.05) in this study shows there are changes in student attitudes and behavior in selecting the program study. Digital marketing communications has influenced students’ AISAS (behavioral attitudes), which is 36.4%. The remaining value (60.4%) is coming from other aspects outside the digital marketing communications. This research shows that there is a significant and positive influences of digital marketing communications applied by IBI-K57 on the attitudes and behavior (AISAS) of students when determining final decision to study in this institution. Digital marketing communications has contributed to a twofold attitude change among students in deciding.

Abstract

This community service has the aim of practical and interactive design training regarding packaging design using Canva and Wepik and a form of providing counseling to help the MSME group of the Indonesian Congregational Success Community (KSBI) in South Jakarta in developing packaging design skills and improving the quality and visual appeal of products resulting from. In this activity there are 5 (five) stages, namely training and counseling through: 1) Introduction to packaging design, 2) Introduction to Canva and Wepik, 3) Practice packaging design with Canva and Wepik. The implementation methods: 1) counseling and presentation regarding the importance of attractive and effective packaging design, 2) practical demonstration using the Canva and Wepik platforms to design packaging, 3) interactive training session, where participants can try directly to create their own packaging design, 4) discussion and questions and answers to clarify packaging design concepts and techniques. The results obtained through this community service consist of: a) training participants have a good understanding of the importance of attractive and effective packaging design, b) participants are able to use Canva and Wepik to create professional packaging designs, c) MSMEs are members of KSBI Jakarta The South can implement packaging designs that are tailored to their products, d) increase the competitiveness and marketing of KSBI member MSME products through attractive packaging designs.

Abstract

AbstrakPeran komunikasi lingkungan sangatlah penting untuk mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan diperkotaan, salah satu untuk mengatasi pencemaran lingkungan melalui pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga. Inisiasi warga RW 06 Kelurahan Ciganjur Jakarta Selatan bersama Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kelurahan Ciganjur telah membentuk bank sampah “Berseri” dan sekaligus telah mendapatkan penghargaan predikat salah satu kampung iklim dari Gubernur Anies Baswedan ditahun 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui sejauh mana peran komunikasi lingkungan wilayah RW06 dan dalam aktivitas pengelolaan bank sampah “Berseri”. Adapun teori digunakan: komunikasi lingkungan, strategi komunikasi, Menggunakan metode riset deskriptif kualitatif berjenis studi kasus tunggal terjalin. Teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara terstruktur, studi pustaka, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan: deskripsi, reduksi, rekonstruksi dan interpretasi. Uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi sumber,data dan teori. Hasil penelitian menyatakan kemunculan peran komunikasi lingkungan ditandai adanya wacana dan isu lingkungan disertai media-media yang mempublikasikannya sedangkan inisiasi dan partisipasi melalui forum warga sebagai ruang publik yang menciptakan ruang dialog dan komunikasi persuasif. Sehingga terbentuklah bank sampah yang dimonitoring dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kelurahan Ciganjur. Upaya pengelolaan bank sampah “Berseri” yang melibatkan Ibu-Ibu Dasawisma dari sisi: sosialisasi, edukasi, penyuluhan yang berkesinambungan (suistainable) mampu mengelola bank sampah serta memanfaatkan kembali hingga bernilai jual dengan cara metode 3R (recycle-reuse,reduce) dengan cara menabung ditabungan bank sampah. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the role of environmental communication in the RW06 area and in the management activities of the "Serial" waste bank. The theory is used: environmental communication, communication strategies, Using qualitative descriptive research methods of the type of single case studies are intertwined. Data collection techniques: observation, structured interviews, literature studies, while data analysis techniques use: description, reduction, reconstruction and interpretation. Test validity using triangulation of sources, data and theory. The results of the study stated that the emergence of the role of environmental communication was marked by environmental discourses and issues accompanied by media that published them while initiation and participation through citizen forums as a public space that created a space for dialogue and persuasive communication. So that a waste bank was formed which was monitored from the Environment Agency and Ciganjur Village. Efforts to manage the "Serial" waste bank involving Dasawisma Mothers in terms of: socialization, education, sustainable counseling (suistainable) are able to manage waste banks and reuse to sell value by means of the 3R method (recycle-reuse, reduce) by saving in the waste bank. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menunjukkan pola komunikasi efektif dalam implementasi pembatasan sosial penanggulangan covid-19. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif menggunakan telusur pustaka. Dalam pola horizontal masih terdapat bias politik, sehingga antara Presiden, Menteri terkait dan Jajaran Pemerintah Daerah masih menemui barrier yang membuat pesan instruksional dan koordinatif terkesan lamban, tidak tegas dan berjarak. Dalam pola komunikasi vertikal, tidak terimplementasi secara simultan dari hulu sampai hilir, yakni tidak terpenetrasi secara efektif sampai di tingkat warga. Para pimpinan di tingkat pusat banyak menyampaikan instruksi, tetapi warga banyak menanggapinya hanya sebagai himbauan yang dapat disiasati. Dalam komunikasi diagonal, masih belum efektifnya penggunaan media untuk membangun pola komunikasi interpersonal. Secara internal, komunikasi interpersonal antar kepala daerah belum efektif. Faktor penyebabnya adalah bias politik yang masih dominan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the use of Instagram as a promotional medium. A qualitative research methodology with a case study approach was adopted, and Cafe XYZ in Jakarta was chosen as the research object. The findings shed light on the effectiveness of using Instagram for marketing purposes. Data collection comprised interviews, observation, and documentation from a range of participants, including owners, customers, employees, and followers of Cafe XYZ. The analysis investigated the factors that motivate Cafe to promote its products on Instagram. Utilizing customer reviews and advertising menus for sale are key strategies. The effectiveness of Instagram for promotion stems from its universal social media usage across all age groups. Additionally, its advanced features allow users to easily search for locations and explore products via hashtags (#).

Abstract

Marketing 5.0 adalah paradigma pemasaran yang menekankan pada keterlibatan emosional dan humanisasi merek dalam menciptakan nilai bagi pelanggan dan masyarakat. Dalam era ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk tidak hanya berorientasi pada laba, tetapi juga pada dampak sosial dan lingkungan yang dihasilkan oleh aktivitas bisnisnya. Corporate Social Inovations (CSI) adalah salah satu cara bagi perusahaan untuk menunjukkan komitmennya terhadap isu-isu sosial dan lingkungan melalui inovasi produk, proses, atau model bisnis yang dapat memberikan manfaat bagi berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk menggali konsep dan karakteristik CSI, serta contoh-contoh penerapannya di berbagai industri. Artikel ini juga mengacu pada teori marketing 5.0, teori inovasi sosial, dan teori triple bottom line strategi pengelolaan pesan dalam mengantisipasi dampak dan tantangan CSI di era marketing 5.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSI merupakan perubahan yang tidak dapat dihindari terutama dalam menghadapi era Marketing 5.0 yang diwarnai dengan disrupsi teknologi digital. Adapun strategi menghadapi perubahan tersebut menjadi strategis dengan diimplementasikannya strategi pengelolaan pesan triple bottom line melalui tahapan model perubahan Kurt Lewin. Artikel ini memberikan beberapa rekomendasi bagi perusahaan yang ingin mengimplementasikan CSI di era marketing 5.0.
