Abstract

The knowledge possessed by the MSME actors of Sari Raos Pedawang Village regarding Occupational Health and Safety is still minimal. The lack of knowledge will have a bad impact on business actors because the potential for occupational hazards is always present at the production site in order to minimize occupational hazards, so the team initiated to hold education on the K3 program. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of business actors about Occupational Health and Safety and anticipate the occurrence of occupational hazards at production sites. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers, and discussions. The participants of this activity were 25 people from Sari Raos MSMEs in Pedawang Village. The Village Head and MSME Actors of Sari Raos welcomed the positives of this activity, the results of this activity concluded that the material presented by the team was very appropriate and needed by the Sari Raos MSME Actors to prevent work hazards during work activities and occupational health for business actors. The hope after participating in this activity is that participants can increase their knowledge and implement it at the work site.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan ketahanan kerja dan kedisiplinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Retota Sakti Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melalui tahapan description data, themes, dan assertions analysis, untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Dari hasil tersebut di ketahui bahwa Identifikasi ketahanan kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja karyawan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dilihat faktor lama bekerja, unit kerja, gender, pendidikan dan usia pekerja, dan pola dalam peningkatan ketahanan dan kedisiplinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Retota Sakti Pekalongan dari beberapa indikator yang mempengaruhinya yakni untuk mengetahui ketahanan kerja dilihat dari indikator hardiness (ketangguhan) dan persistence (kegigihan) sedang untuk kedisiplinan kerja dapat dilihat dari tingkat kehadiran karyawan, ketaatan pada peraturan kerja, ketaatan pada standar kerja, bekerja etis, dan untuk kinerja karyawan dilihat dari kualitas kerja karyawan, kuantitas kerja, pelaksana tugas, dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Penelitian ini telah menguji varibael HRIS (sisteminformasi sumber daya manusia) dan terhadapkinerja karyawan pada PT. Kabana TextileIndustries. Metode penelitian menggunakanpendekatan kuantitaif deskriptif, olah datamenggunakan aplikasi SPSS, teknik penarikan datamenggunakan kuesioner dan instrumen penelitiandengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data melalui ujivaliditas, reliabilitas dan analisis regresi bergandadengan responden sebanyak 125 karyawan. Hasil ujivaliditas dan reliabilitas menunjukan bahwapenerapan variable HRIS, kepuasan kerja danvariabel kinerja karyawan valid dan reliabel.Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabelHRIS terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan dengannilai koefisien positif sebesar 0,515. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa variabel HRIS mampumendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada.Kinerja karyawan dianggap sudah baik denganadanya karyawan yang memiliki tanggungjawabatas pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh pimpinan.

Abstract

Archives for organizations or institutions have a role as a center for reminders, decision making, evidence and supervision, but many organizations or institutions have not maximized in records management and lack of awareness of archives so that it has an impact on retrieval of archives that are quite long and found to lose records resulting in decreased organizational performance and service quality. To overcome the condition, the Community Service Team held archive management training activities as a form of contribution to the community and helped partners overcome problems faced in organizations or institutions. The activity partners are 25 people from the Student Council Board of SMK Ma'arif NU Doro Pekalongan Regency. The method used is participatory and the material is delivered using the lecture method. This activity was welcomed by the Principal, Student Council Supervisor and Student Council Administrator because it could increase knowledge and skills for Student Council administrators in archive management. The student council board is very enthusiastic about participating in a series of activities and it is hoped that this activity can be sustainable.

Abstract

Arsip dikelola dengan baik dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pelayanan prima. Akan tetapi, ada beberapa organisasi yang belum menerapkan pengelolaan arsip yang sesuai standar salah satunya di KSU Batang Cemerlang. Penerapan pengelolaan arsip yang ada di KSU Batang Cemerelang belum maksimal dijumpai banyaknya berkas yang tidak tertata dengan baik, adanya penumpukan berkas dan tempat penyimpanan arsip yang sangat minim sehingga pengurus mengalami hambatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggannya khususnya saat permintaan es balok yang cukup tinggi di wilayah tempat pelelangan ikan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengurus KSU Batang Cemerlang di bidang pengelolaan arsip. Metode di kegiatan ini yakni paparan materi dan praktik penyimpanan arsip. Tim terdiri dari tiga dosen tetap dan dua mahasiswa dari Program Studi Administrasi Perkantoran. Kesimpulan bahwa materi pelatihan dan penyampaian materi selama kegiatan mudah dipahami dan dimengerti oleh peserta serta antusias selama kegiatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Human Adaptability, Social Capital, and Business Innovation in supporting Business Sustainability among MSME actors. The research employed a Mixed Method approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 83 MSME respondents in Pekalongan City and Regency. Quantitative analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), while qualitative data were utilized to strengthen the findings. The results indicate that Human Adaptability has a significant positive effect on Business Innovation, meaning that the higher the MSMEs’ ability to adapt to technology and market changes, the greater their opportunities to create innovation, which in turn significantly influences business sustainability. Social Capital also shows a significant positive impact on Business Innovation, emphasizing the importance of social networks and collaboration in fostering new ideas. Furthermore, Business Innovation strongly contributes to Business Sustainability, covering financial, social, and environmental aspects. However, the direct relationship between Human Adaptability and Business Sustainability is weaker compared to its mediated effect through innovation. These findings highlight that MSME sustainability is not only determined by adaptability and social networks but primarily by the ability to transform adaptability and social capital into concrete innovations. Therefore, strategies to enhance MSME competitiveness should focus on improving digital literacy, strengthening business networks, and providing innovation mentoring in products and business models to ensure survival in an increasingly dynamic business environment

Abstract

Teenagers are potential consumers for skin care products such as hand body lotion because in their teens they want to try new things. Seeing this phenomenon, the manufacturers of skin care products competing to captivate the hearts of consumers by growing a positive brand image to adolescents, causing interest in buying hand body lotion. Based on this, a hypothesis emerged that students tend to be interested in buying hand body lotion from brands with positive images. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to obtain a picture of the relationship between brand image and buying interest at students of SMAN 2 Cipocok Jaya, Serang City. The method used is quantitative by using SPSS version 12.0 and the method of data collection by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to students of Cipocok Jaya Serang City with 123 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested using validity and reliability. The data analysis used a bivariate correlation analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test so that the results show that there is a positive relationship between brand image and buying interest in Class XI students of SMAN 2 Cipocok Jaya, Serang City, this is evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient of brand image with buying interest (r) equal to 0.332 and p = 0,000 with p <0.05.
