Abstract

The problems examined in this study are based on problems that occur in the storage, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages and the prohibition of unlicensed mixed drinks in the Sleman Regency area. Even though the Sleman Regency Government has just Regulated the Regional Regulation of Sleman Regency Number 8 Year 2019 regarding Control and Supervision of Alcoholic Beverages and Prohibition of Mixed Beverages. This study is to determine the role and constraints of Civil Servants' Discipline in law enforcement against violations of the law reaching the Court. The study was conducted with empirical juridical research methods. The results showed that the only regional apparatus that was authorized to enforce the Regional Regulation was the Sleman District Civil Service Police Unit, whereas for law enforcement against criminal offenses the authorities other than the National Police Investigators were the Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS). PPNS actions in handling this case refer to the Criminal Procedure Code and in its filing use the Quick Examination Program which is intended for Light Criminal Acts (Tipiring) Keywords: Violation, Regional Regulation, Beverage, Alcoholic

Abstract

Kebijkan local lockdown yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah diperoleh  dengan  alat-alat  logika  dan mengesampingkan  peraturan-peraturan  hukum  yang  telah  ditentukan  dan hanya  memperhatikan  nilai-nilai yang baik atau buruk kebijakan local lockdown tersebut, untuk itu banyak konsep yang di kesampingkan  mengenai konsep negara kesatuan yang mengatut asas desentralisasi, Kebijakan Local  Lockdown yang di lakukan Pemerintah Daerah di tinjau dalam perspektif Negara Kesatuan merupakan kebijakan yang kurang relevan hal ini di karenakan dalam negara kesatuan  tidak boleh terdapat negara dalam negara yang memiliki berdaulatnya sendiri,  walaupun dalam negara kesatuan wilayah wilayah negara di bagi dalam beberapa bagian serta beberapa bagian tersebut tidak dapat memiliki kewenangan  asli. Upaya local lockdown yang di lakukan dapat menciptakan kewenangan asli dalam suatu pemerintahan akan tetapi pemerintah pusat lah yang memiliki kedaulatan atas seluruh wilayah yang terdiri dari daerah daerah.  Selanjutnya Kewenangan Pemerintah Pusat yang tidak di limpahkan oleh pemerintah daerah dalam melaksanakan local lockdown atau kekarantinaan wilayah dapat menimbulkan Tindakan keseweng wenangan hukum yakni muncul suatu  “kekuasaan yang tidak formal”.serta Urgensi Local  Lockdown atau karantinaan wilayah oleh Pemerintah Daerah adalah untuk menghentikan laju infeksi virus corona yang terjadi hingga saat ini yang di prediksikan oleh Badan Intelegen Nasional akan berakhir pada akhir bulan juni. Hal ini dianggap sangat penting dilakukan sebagai bagian dari pada menyelamatkan sebanyak banyaknya orang yang ada di daerah tersebut. Local lockdown atau karantinaan wilayah yang di lakukan mempertimbangakan kesenangan atau kemanfaatan dari Tindakan yang dilakukan dapat di ukur dengan akibat (konsekuensi) yang akan di dapatkan oleh daerah tersebut dan Tindakan tersebut di anggap dapat menyelamatkan sebanyak banyaknya orang.Kata Kunci : Kebijakan, Lockdown, Covid-19, Negara Kesatuan

Abstract

Business ethics plays a key role in building strong, competitive companies through strategic planning, good organization, transparency in procedural systems, and a corporate culture supported by good and consistent ethics. This research was conducted using the direct observation method. With a sampling technique collected through interviews with several employees at PT. Nesia pan pacific clothing The results of this research show that good business ethics can improve the quality of employee work by creating a positive work environment and providing motivation. Ethical business practices include transparency, fairness, and social responsibility, which can create a sense of employee trust and loyalty. This can motivate them to work more efficiently and contribute positively to the overall quality of work.

Abstract

One example of a case of falsified documents in the issuance of overlapping land certificates occurred in East Luwu Regency and was raised in court through Decision Number 90/Pid.B/2020/PN MII. In this case, it was discovered that land certificate falsification was carried out by a land mafia, resulting in the emergence of two certificates for the same plot of land. This practice not only harms the legitimate owner but also creates laws and gives rise to complex agrarian conflicts. This research uses a normative juridical method, with an approach based on laws and court decisions. The results show that the preservation was an intentional act carried out by one party, with the aim of controlling land rights that did not belong to him. In the decision, the perpetrator was found guilty and sentenced because it was also proven to have falsified documents, as stipulated in Article 263 of the Criminal Code (KUHP). From this case, it can be concluded that law enforcement against overlapping duplicate certificates is very important to ensure legal certainty and protection. Protection efforts for land rights holders are carried out through a land registration process that complies with procedures based on Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning the Principles of Agrarian Law. Compliance with these procedures can provide a strong basis for identifying legitimate rights holders and preventing future damage, including cases of overlapping certificates caused by document falsification. To prevent the recurrence of similar cases, it is necessary to improve the monitoring system and digitize land data comprehensively by the National Land Agency (BPN). An integrated digital-based land system can minimize the opportunity for the issuance of duplicate certificates for a single plot of land, because all land rights data can be accessed and disclosed transparently and in real time.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of On-Job Development (OJD) training program for new employees at PT Nusa Toyotetsu using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation by supervisors, and self-assessment from training participants. The study highlights behavioral changes observed after the training, including improvements in discipline, compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP), use of personal protective equipment (PPE), teamwork, and independence. The findings indicate that the OJD training positively influenced employee behavior. However, the evaluation proces sstill faces challenges, such as the absence of standardized behavioral indicators and limited observation time. These results underline the importance of establishing a structured behavioral evaluation system as part of a long-term human resource development strategy within the company.
