Abstract

Immunization program includes planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of immunization activities. Implementation of immunization program evaluation through recording and reporting of immunization activities. The current immunization data recording system has not been able to produce complete, relevant, timely, accessible and easily understood information and has not provided a presentation of information that is easily interpreted according to the needs of the management.Implementation of information technology in the management of health data requires attention and conceptual framework as a whole. This is also required in the evaluation process of the immunization program at Brebes District Health Office. The provision of information that is interpretative and timely is needed in line with technological developments.The development of this immunization information system uses the FAST (framework for the application of systems techniques) method that produces input, process and output components that can cover the needs of immunization program reporting and evaluation of immunization programs through mapping areas.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan permasalahn gizi kronis yang berdampak pada kegagalan pertumbuhan pada balita, sehingga balita terseabut cenderung lebih pendek daripada usianya. Pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak dapat diupayakan dengan adanya kegiatan posyandu balita. Peranan kader posyandu disamping untuk memotivasi orangtua akan kesadaran pentingnya memantau pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan balitanya, juga mempunyai peranan dalam proses pencatatan dan pelaporan hasil penimbangan balita kepada pihak puskesmas. Dengan kerjasama yang baik antara masyarakat, kader posyandu, dan puskesmas ini dapat menghasilkan data-data yang akurat, tepat, cepat, dan benar.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi pencatatan dan pelaporan status gizi balita stunting untuk mendukung monitoring dan penatalaksanaan status gizi balita.Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem yaitu dengan FAST, dan menggunakan desain penelitian Action Research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Subjek penelitian yaitu 1 petugas kia dan gizi puskesmas, 1 bidan Pembina wilayah, dan 13 kader posyandu balita kelurahan Gajahmungkur. Perancangan desain input, posesn, dan output disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dari pengguna sistem informasi.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sistem informasi pencatatan dan pelaporan status gizi balita stunting “mozita” dapat membantu mengatasi permasalah yang muncul, dengan dapat diakses secara online sehingga dapat membantu proses pemasukan data dan pelaporan secara akurat, tepat, cepat, dan benar.

Abstract

Meningitis vaccination service in Polyclinic of Class III Port Health Office (KKP) of Banda Aceh almost annually has increased the number of patients. There are several problems in the administration information system of meningitis vaccination that is currently running which officer is taking a long time to monitor the stock of vaccine and searching patient’s data that has been vaccinated. In the other hand, the data and information produced has yet incomplete, inaccurate and inconforn according within user system problems, Inaccurate timing for reporting and resulted to the inforrmation’s inconsistency. The purpose of this research is to produce an web-based information system of vaccine administration of meningitis at Polyclinic Class III Port Health Office of Banda Aceh.     The type of researchs used are qualitative and quantitative. This research design using one group pre and post test, system development using FAST method (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). Research subjects consisted of 8 respondents who work in Polyclinic Port Health Office Banda Aceh. The result of observation and interview is conducted by the method of content analysis and descriptive analysis by using the weighted average. Descriptively, the results of data analysis shows which overall weighted average value of quality information before the development of 1.91 system and after the development of 3.64 system with a difference of 1.73. The average calculation of time required to perform services to patients to be faster 4.9 minutes.     There is need support and commitment from the Class III Port Health Office Banda Aceh for implementing the administration information system of meningitis vaccination that has been developed optimally. Monitoring and evaluating users of the system should be performed periodically by Port Helath Office of Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test user acceptance (agent and base) of SIM3LON system using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This test was done by measuring the influence of variable Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness and Intention to use with a likert value of 1-5 with TAM method. The testing method is done using the R GUI tool to generate validity and reliability values and perform calculations using the "product moment correlation" method. The data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to respondents PT Catur Karya agent and the base. This study resulted in an average validity value of 0.77 which means agents and bases feel SIM3LON is easy to use, while the reliability value is 0.72 which means agents and bases feel this SIM3LON system benefits in the work.

Abstract

PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang food & beverage (F&B) yang produk andalannya adalah menu kopinya. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, PT. XYZ telah menerapkan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang tujuan bisnisnya. Sehingga dibutuhkan adanya tata kelola TI agar tujuan bisnis pada PT. XYZ selaras dengan penggunaan TI perusahaan. Tata kelola TI merupakan aset penting untuk mengukur efektivitas dan efisiensi peningkatan proses bisnis perusahaan yang menggunakan teknologi informasi. Analisis tata kelola TI di PT. XYZ dilakukan menggunakan framework Cobit 2019 untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas teknologi informasi yang digunakan dalam proses bisnisnya. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada stakeholder PT. XYZ. Dari penelitian ini didapati bahwa domain penting yang digunakan adalah DSS05, DSS03, DSS02, BAI09, MEA03.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi dan identifikasi terkait proses dari kinerja tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) terhadap aplikasi Elektronik Program Keluarga Harapan (E-PKH) dengan COBIT 5 yang pada implementasinya masih banyak kekurangan yang berimbas pada kurang maksimalnya kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) PKH dalam pelaksanaan program keluarga harapan Kementerian Sosial di Kota Semarang. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner, di mana topik pembahasan mengarah pada penggunaan dari proses domain COBIT 5 yaitu Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) serta domain Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess (MAE).   Hasil evaluasi dari kinerja aplikasi E-PKH dengan COBIT 5 untuk 30 responden menunjukkan pada domain DSS01 (Manage Operation) level kapabilitas mencapai rata-rata nilai 0,79, yang berarti semua kegiatan operasional berdasasarkan standar COBIT 5 sudah terlaksana, di samping itu masih ada beberapa catatan yang perlu ditingkatkan, baik dari infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi yang sudah ada atau dengan dilakukannya kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga yang sudah berpengalaman untuk meningkatkan standar kualitas dari infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi. Domain DSS04 (Manage continuity) level kapabilitas dengan nilai 0,98 dari nilai ini Direktorat Jaminan Sosial yang menaungi Program Keluarga Harapan memerlukan sebuah manajemen untuk penanganan kemampuan atau skills dari SDM Program Keluarga Harapan dalam menjalankan bisnis proses yang lebih baik dari sistem yang ada.

Abstract

In education quality assurance, the accuracy of test data is crucial. However, there is still a problem regarding to the possibility of incorrect data filled by test taker during paper-based test. On the contrary, this problem does not appear in computer-based test. In this study, a method was proposed in order to analyze the accuracy of answer sheet filling out in paper-based test using data mining technique. A single layer of data comprehension was added within the method instead of raw data. The results of the study were a web-based program for data pre-processing and decision tree models. There were 374 instances which were analyzed. The accuracy of answer sheet filling out attained 95.19% while the accuracy of classification varied from 99.47% to 100% depend on evaluation method chosen. This study could motivate the administrators for test improvement since it preferred computer-based test to paper-based.

Abstract

Background: MRMIS needs to be evaluated to know the actual conditions of implementing the system . One of the evaluations that can be done is user acceptance of MRMIS. Aims: The study aims to determine MRMIS acceptance in X hospital Mataram City based on the variables in the UTAUT model. Methods: This is a quantitative study with a correlational approach. The sample size was 70 medical record officers using total sampling. Data processing used Partial Least Square (PLS) methodd. Results: The test results showed the t-statistic of effort expectancy was 2.507, facilitating conditions 3.787 behavioural intention 4.928, however the performance expectancy, social influence and moderate variables like age and gender variables had t-statistic values below 1.96. Conclusion: The variables of effort expectancy, enabling conditions, and behavioural intentions all have a significant impact on respondent acceptance of MRMIS, whereas the variables of performance expectancy, social influence, and moderate variables of age and gender do not.

Abstract

The student attendance system is what is needed in the process of recording attendance in learning and the development of student achievement. Currently several modern educational institutions have implemented a student attendance system using QR codes or fingerprints, but many still use the traditional system by calculating the number of students attending class. Based on these problems, the solution that can be given is to implement a student attendance system through face matching in the Android mobile application with Eigenface algorithm and support vector machine (SVM) algorithm. Eigenface using the principal component analysis (PCA) method can be used to reduce the dimensions of facial images so that they produce fewer variables and are easier to handle. The results obtained are then entered into a pattern classifier to determine the identity of the owner of the face. This study used 100 facial data as test data and training data. The system test results show that the use of Eigenface with SVM as a classifier can provide a fairly high level of accuracy. For facial images that were included in the training, 91% of the identification was correct.

Abstract

GO-JEK is an information technology-based service consisting of 3 main services, namely GO-JEK, GO-LIFE, and GO-PAY. As time goes by, customer complaints arise about the lack of satisfaction with GO-JEK services. One measure of GO-JEK customer service satisfaction can be acknowledged by way of analyzing sentiments on the data of public opinion twett submitted on the twitter official account, @gojekindonesia. In this research, sentiment analysis was carried out using the Naïve Bayes Classifier learning algorithm. The number of data twitts used is 9987. The twit data is labeled according to the class which includes positive, negative and neutral classes. Then the next process is data preprocessing consisting of cleansing, tokenization, filtering, stemming, and stopword removal. The evaluation method using 10-fold cross validation with the results obtained is precision value of 80%, recall of 80%, f1-score of 80%, maximum accuracy of 82% and average accuracy of 79%.
