Abstract

The development of Information Technology as a data communication medium is growing very rapidly. The role of information technology is of course very crucial. However, the problem that often occurs in companies or agencies is the incompatibility of technology expectations with technology that already exists in a company. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the use of information technology. This study is a literature review that aims to analyze the IT governance of companies or agencies in Indonesia that use Cobit 2019. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, to answer Research Questions (RQ): RQ1 related to the company or agency that is the case study when evaluating governance using Cobit 2019, RQ2 related to the type of journal publication and year of publication of the article, and RQ3 related to recommendations from recommended domains from journal case studies. The results of the study obtained as many as 18 journal articles and proceedings were selected in the search process according to the established criteria. The results of a specific study in the context of the main question of this study, namely the governance system of 18 companies or agencies have used Cobit 2019 (answer from RQ1). The selected relevant article types include 18 articles sourced from 7 journal articles and 11 proceedings articles with a range of publication years from 2019 to 2021 (answer from RQ2). From the selected articles, it was identified that the use of the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) domain was the most dominant in the implementation of Cobit 2019 in companies or agencies in Indonesia. The results of the study are further described in this article.

Abstract

The erratic distribution of rainfall greatly affects people's daily activities, especially in Semarang City, so it is necessary to predict rainfall. Correct prediction of rainfall can improve community preparedness in dealing with natural disasters. Algorithms for machine learning and data mining have been extensively utilized in research involving rainfall data from various regions. The primary objectives of this study are to find the best regression algorithm and use machine learning algorithms to predict rainfall in Semarang. The dataset used is daily rainfall data for the City of Semarang from the meteorological, climatological, and geophysical agency (BMKG). Machine learning algorithms such as multiple linear regression, random forest regression, and replicated neural networks will be used to conduct regression analysis on this dataset. The mean absolute error and Root mean squared error techniques are utilized to evaluate the performance of machine learning algorithms. With an error rate of 13.055 for root mean squared error (RMSE) and 6.621 for mean absolute error (MAE), the results of the research indicate that the performance of the neural network algorithm is superior to that of other algorithms.

Abstract

The development and progress of information technology are advancing very rapidly, electronic medical records are one form of these developments and advances in the health sector. A hospital is a place of service in the health sector that performs services related to medical records. Medical records can be made in full and clearly in electronic (digital) form. The implementation of medical record technology can solve many problems in the economic field, clinical, and information of clinical in the hospital system. The high cost of operational and complicated procedures is a crucial problem in the hospital system. So, the advance of medical technology can press high costs, cutting off the manual process to faster and more effective system and efficiency costs of operational. The study uses Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), with many articles on the same issue. The same issues that can be found at the same topics of articles are probably more than fifty topics of articles. Articles were taken from various sources and database references, including Scopus 2 journals, Science Direct 16 journals, ProQuest 10 journals, Springer Link 3 journals, Google Scholar 36 journals, Research Gate 21 journals, PubMed 31 journals, and Emerald Insight 31 journals. So the total journal database is 133 journals. Then filtering was carried out by identifying the suitability of the journal until it was narrow and 27 articles were selected to be used as a reference in this research.. The purpose of this study is to determine the benefits of applying Electronic Medical Records in terms of economic, clinical, and access to clinical information. Some of the economic benefits include cost savings, effectiveness, and cost efficiency. Clinical benefits include reducing medical errors, improving data readability, improving the quality of care services, and increasing the productivity of medical personnel. And the benefits of accessing clinical information include improving the accessibility of patient history information, improving patient confidentiality, and assisting the decision-making process.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan laboratorium lingkungan telah menjadi kebutuhan yang penting. Karena hal tersebut berdampak terhadap tingkat kepuasan publik akan pelayanan informasi yang disajikan di laboratorium. Pelayanan terhadap publik merupakan suatu hal yang menjadi dasar untuk dapat merencanakan peningkatan pelayanan serta pengelolaan data yang lebih baik nantinya di UPT Laboratorium Lingkungan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palangka Raya. Penerapan ERP pada Sistem Layanan Laboratorium Lingkungan UPT Laboratorium Lingkungan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palangka Raya diharapkan dapat lebih meningkatkan mutu dalam pelayanan baik bagi masyarakat. Proses pembangunan Sistem Layanan dimulai dengan menganalisis sistem yang ada, kemudian mengidentifikasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada. Setelah diindentifikasi kemudian penulis merancang sistem dengan metode ERP dan mengintegrasikannya pada database MySQL.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi dan identifikasi terkait proses dari kinerja tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) terhadap aplikasi Elektronik Program Keluarga Harapan (E-PKH) dengan COBIT 5 yang pada implementasinya masih banyak kekurangan yang berimbas pada kurang maksimalnya kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) PKH dalam pelaksanaan program keluarga harapan Kementerian Sosial di Kota Semarang. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner, di mana topik pembahasan mengarah pada penggunaan dari proses domain COBIT 5 yaitu Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) serta domain Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess (MAE).   Hasil evaluasi dari kinerja aplikasi E-PKH dengan COBIT 5 untuk 30 responden menunjukkan pada domain DSS01 (Manage Operation) level kapabilitas mencapai rata-rata nilai 0,79, yang berarti semua kegiatan operasional berdasasarkan standar COBIT 5 sudah terlaksana, di samping itu masih ada beberapa catatan yang perlu ditingkatkan, baik dari infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi yang sudah ada atau dengan dilakukannya kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga yang sudah berpengalaman untuk meningkatkan standar kualitas dari infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi. Domain DSS04 (Manage continuity) level kapabilitas dengan nilai 0,98 dari nilai ini Direktorat Jaminan Sosial yang menaungi Program Keluarga Harapan memerlukan sebuah manajemen untuk penanganan kemampuan atau skills dari SDM Program Keluarga Harapan dalam menjalankan bisnis proses yang lebih baik dari sistem yang ada.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin cepat perlu dibarengi dengan sistem pengamanan dalam pemanfaatanya. Salah satu diantaranya adalah keamanan data-data file foto (citra) yang di simpan pada perangkat mobile OS android. Perangkat mobile sangat berpotensi terjadi kehilangan akibat pencurian atau disalahgunakan oleh pihak lain yang tidak bertanggung jawab, sehingga informasi yang tersimpan didalamnya sangat beresiko untuk diketahui oleh pihak lain. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengurangi resiko terbukanya informasi data foto pribadi yang tersimpan di perangkat mobile, diperlukan sebuah upaya mekanisme pengamanan data foto tersebut. Mekanisme pengamanan yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara menyimpan data foto tersebut ke dalam format sandi dan jika ingin membuka kembali informasi aslinya perlu dilakukan dengan mengembalikan dari format sandi ke format semula (enkripsi dan dekripsi). Adapun format sandi file foto yang disimpan di perangkat OS android yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan algoritma hill chiper. Algoritma hill chiper adalah suatu fungsi matematis yang digunakan untuk melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi. Hill cipher yang merupakan poly alphabetic cipher dapat dikategorikan sebagai block cipher, karena file foto yang diproses akan dibagi menjadi sejumlah blok dengan ukuran tertentu. Hasil proses enkripsi dan dekripsi file foto yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini, akan menghasilkan ukuran file foto yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan file foto aslinya. Sedangkan tingkat keacakan informasi pada file foto yang dilakukan enkripsi sangat tergantung pada indek kunci yang digunakan. Semakin besar indeks kunci yang digunakan, maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat keacakan file foto hasil enkripsi yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

A hospital is a place that provides health services which include observation, diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitation activities for patients. Development of information systems using Prototype. To support the development of the information system, the PIECES framework is used, which is seen in terms of performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and service. One part of the service at RSUD Banyumas that has used a management information system is an outpatient installation. However, the clinical pathway audit process has not been carried out in the outpatient department, so it cannot measure the quality of services provided by doctors and cannot be done in decision and policy making. This type of research is qualitative. The management of clinical pathway data audits still uses a manual system and does not optimize computerized data processing. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the following conclusions were obtained Outpatient information system at RSUD Banyumas so far, there are problems with the process carried out manually related to the management of Clinical Pathway audits. There needs to be an integrated information system to the hospital management to facilitate access to the information needed.

Abstract

Bad credit is an uncollectible receivable because the debtor has difficulty repaying. In May 2023, the number of loans will increase by 3.36%. This is due to the inaccuracy of creditors in assessing prospective debtors. Several methods of valuation of prospective debtors have been widely used, but the use of the test big five personality (TBFP) method for the assessment of prospective debtors has not been found. This study will use TBFP as an input variable that will be calculated using fuzzy-Mamdani. The output of the system is in the form of a recommended percentage (%) of the loan amount. This research needs to be done to provide an assessment of prospective debtors to be more objective so that bad credit problems can be reduced. The results of this study are taken into consideration to be used as input in assessing prospective debtors that are more appropriate so that it has an impact on increasing income. For the community can increase business activities. For the government to help people’s economic activities. Our research still needs to be developed by adding variables such as the financial condition of prospective debtors, psychological values, and loan history. Apart from that, it is necessary to carry out an in-depth study regarding recommendations for loan amounts for bad credit

Abstract

Health Information System is a systematic way of managing information at all levels of government to provide healthcare services to the community. In providing services to the community, the health information system is a systemic management of information at all levels of government. Every healthcare facility in Indonesia must maintain electronic medical records based on Permenkes No. 24/2022. This shows that the role of Health Information Systems is needed in a health system. However, using electronic medical records (EMR) in Indonesian healthcare facilities must be uniformly and sufficiently implemented, so it cannot provide accurate and timely data. This study aims to assess the implementation of EMR in Indonesian hospitals. This study used the literature review method by reviewing 15 journal articles published between 2016 and 2022, retrieved through Google Scholar. The results showed that several hospitals in Indonesia had implemented EMR; some hospitals have effectively implemented it and benefit from the implementation of EMR, such as improving the efficiency of time and effort in providing health services to patients. Patients also receive better medical care. The study findings aim to encourage all healthcare facilities to optimize the use of EMR to enhance healthcare services.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems provide extensive benefits, challenges, and impacts to the entire enterprise. ERP systems help companies to share and transfer data and information across functional units within and outside the company aiming to achieve different goals. One such aspect is the investment in ERP system implementation. ERP systems collect, record, integrate, manage, and transmit data and information across functional units of the company. In this paper, we follow the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method to explore the benefits, challenges, and impacts of ERP system implementation with a literature review conducted using the methodology guide from Kitchenham et al. This method conducts a systematic review consisting of three stages: planning, implementation, and reporting. The conclusion in this study is that there are benefits, challenges and impacts in an integrated ERP system to improve processes and product quality, reduce production cycle time, and improve the decision-making process then there are challenges of security risks and functionality limitations and there are impacts such as reducing time when processing data, increasing efficiency when used and providing high-quality services.
