Abstract

The Indonesian National Police (Polri) is a state instrument whose role is to maintain public security and order, enforce the law, and provide protection, protection and service to the community. To support this role, the Police carry out various kinds of police operations. One of them is on the traffic function, namely by carrying out traffic operations. The Traffic Police under the auspices of the Korlantas Polri is a state instrument that is responsible for police functions in the traffic sector. Having a large organization, with 34 Polda and 504 Polres throughout Indonesia, is a challenge for the Polri, especially the Korlantas Polri, in carrying out traffic operations. The challenge faced is that the process of making reports on the results of traffic operations takes a long time, because the activities of reporting, collecting and managing traffic operation data are still carried out in a simple manner. This study aims to build a web-based application that can assist the process of reporting, collecting and managing data from traffic operations, as well as processing it into useful information. This application development applies the Extreme Programming (XP) software development methodology. The choice of the XP method is because XP is one of the methodologies that supports the acceleration of the development of a system with a minimum number of teams. In addition, based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the XP method in application development resulted in software that was in accordance with the requirements.

Abstract

IT-business alignment (ITBA) is the development of a Strategic Alignment Model (SAM), which was introduced some decades ago, and is still the most critical issue for top management. This study proposes the Initial FIT-HR model in mapping specific components indicators that align HR in carrying out business processes for higher education institutions (HEI) in Indonesia. Previously, research had studied the alignment of HR management with IT to suit the Tri Dharma of Higher Education towards World-Class University. Meanwhile, the methodology used a mixed-method (with interview techniques, questionnaires, and focus group discussion FGD), which went through 3 phases: identification and determination of indicators, the initial design phase of the model, and validation. The results after the FGD process showed that four indicators (out of 40 based on 20 papers) were invalid in mapping specific components due to the different opinions of the participants. Therefore, in future work, the Islamic concepts to the proposed modeling. In addition, this study produced an initial model that collaborated the BITA concept with tree science as an approach to be applied by the higher education industry.

Abstract

Literacy education in Indonesia is very low, which occupies the 62nd rank of 70 countries in the world. Based on the survey, one of the ways to increase the reading interest in the Indonesian people is to teach literacy education early in the age range of 3-6 years, where children begin to increase their cognitive, psychosocial and physical, and physical abilities. Therefore, we will develop an e-book as a learning medium to attract early childhood attention. The method used to develop this application is the Mobile-D method and prototype. The results of the test conducted on the E-Book Application of the Early Children's E-Book stated that all input forms and buttons in the system could run properly and the integrity of the output data on the input or the action carried out is following the user's expectations. The results of the analysis, design, implementation and comparison of the methods that have been carried out in the manufacture of this application show that the mobile-D development model is suitable for mobile development that can run on the system environment that accepts if there is a change or addition, the number of teams is a little, at level Applications, small-built systems and relatively short, development times. While the prototype development model is more suitable for systems made based on certain requests and needs by use.

Abstract

The Covid pandemic that occurred in 2020 prompted the Indonesian government to issue policies related to distance education (PJJ), to avoid the spread of disease. This sudden appeal caused tertiary institutions and students who were not ready to be ready and accustomed to the situation. To do PJJ at X University, which is located in Jambi province, use EDMODO as an application to do PJJ. The use of EDMODO as a PJJ media has been going on for almost 2 semesters, but the effectiveness of teaching via EDMODO has not been studied for its success, so an analysis is needed related to the application of EDMODO as a PJJ application. The author uses a system usability scale to analyze the educational usability level of this application. From the calculation results, the average value of SUS is 71,2. However, there is a possibility of decreasing educational usability in this application. So, it is recommended that this application be developed again.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi (SI) layanan sangat penting untuk Fakultas Ilmu Komputer di Mercu Buana University operasi, pengambilan keputusan, dan ekspansi bisnis. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah gangguan situs yang sering, yang dapat menghalangi penyediaan layanan yang lancar kepada konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan solusi untuk masalah yang dihadapi fakultas ini dalam mengembangkan penawaran Layanan SI. Metode Open Group Architecture Framework, atau TOGAF, diterapkan dalam studi ini untuk memberikan solusi yang memenuhi tujuan dan tuntutan. Tujuan utama proyek ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan sistem informasi dengan mengembangkan arsitektur perusahaan dan sistem informasi terbaik di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Mercu Buana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetapkan rencana yang jelas dan terorganisir untuk mengembangkan sistem Layanan SI yang lebih efektif yang selaras dengan tujuan dan tuntutan fakultas dengan menerapkan teknik TOGAF. Diperkirakan bahwa temuan penelitian ini akan menawarkan saran dan saran yang berguna untuk menciptakan layanan SI yang akan meningkatkan kebahagiaan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Singkatnya, studi ini menyoroti masalah utama dengan layanan SI yang disediakan oleh Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Mercu Buana dan menyarankan perbaikan berbasis TOGAF untuk masalah ini. Diperkirakan bahwa dengan menerapkan solusi ini dalam praktek, fakultas akan dapat mempromosikan pertumbuhan bisnis jangka panjang, meningkatkan layanan pengguna, dan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan SI mereka

Abstract

Abstrak - Jurnal ini mengkaji tren dan tantangan implementasi Domain-Driven Design (DDD) dalam era digital. Analisis bibliometrik menggunakan Publish or Perish dan VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi, mengumpulkan, dan menganalisis data publikasi terkait DDD dari berbagai sumber ilmiah. Hasil menunjukkan tren penerapan DDD yang beragam dalam berbagai jenis aplikasi, dengan fokus pada pengembangan microservice, low-code development, model-driven engineering, dan knowledge-based systems. Tantangan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah kompleksitas pemodelan domain, perubahan model domain, dan integrasiDDD dengan teknologi dan praktik pengembangan perangkat lunak lainnya.   Kata kunci: Domain-Driven Design, DDD, Era Digital, Microservice, Low-code Development, Model-driven Engineering, Knowledge-based Systems    Abstract - This journal examines the trends and challenges of implementing Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in the digital era. Bibliometric analysis using Publish or Perish and VOSviewer was conducted to identify, collect, and analyze publication data related to DDD from various scientific sources. The results show a diverse trend of DDD application in various types of applications, with a focus on microservice development, low-code development, model-driven engineering, and knowledge-based systems. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bibliometrik terhadap knowledge sharing dalam kolaborasi Kampus Mengajar dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi. Data yang diperoleh terkait dengan kata kunci “knowledge sharing" OR " Kampus Mengajar" OR "literasi dan numerasi” dengan batas waktu dari tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2024 dengan total 778 dokumen dari database Google Scholar. Data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak yaitu Publish or Perish dan VOSViewer untuk visualisasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa topik literasi dan numerasi, serta program Kampus Mengajar, menjadi fokus utama dalam periode tersebut. Analisis klaster mengungkapkan hubungan erat antara topik-topik ini dan menyoroti peluang penelitian lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi melalui program kerja yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital.

Abstract

This study implements a helpdesk chatbot application for information system services in higher education. The background is the students' need for quick and accurate academic information, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is the waterfall model, with data collection stages through questionnaires, observation, and literature study. The development result is a web-based chatbot application that can automatically answer student questions related to academic information systems. Testing shows that this application successfully improves information service efficiency, reduces the workload of helpdesk admins, and increases user satisfaction. In conclusion, this helpdesk chatbot is effective in providing information to students anytime and anywhere, with recommendations for further development in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penggunaan metode PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) untuk membantu memilih smartphone. Metode ini digunakan karena mampu menangani berbagai kriteria seperti harga, spesifikasi, dan fitur, yang sering membingungkan konsumen. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari Google Scholar menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish untuk periode 2019–2024. Kemudian, data dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer untuk menampilkan hubungan antara istilah-istilah yang sering muncul dalam penelitian terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode PROMETHEE banyak digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan dan terbukti membantu pengguna memilih smartphone dengan lebih mudah. Sebanyak 269 artikel ditemukan yang membahas tentang metode ini, mencakup berbagai aplikasi seperti penilaian produk dan rekomendasi pembelian. Artikel-artikel tersebut dikelompokkan berdasarkan tema tertentu, seeperti pemilihan produk elektronik dan aplikasi PROMETHEE di berbagai bidang. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan masih banyak yang menggunakan metode PROMETHEE untuk membantu dalam mempermudah proses pemilihan smartphone berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi PT. Anugrah Mandiri Maju Raya (AMMR) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi operasional bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Enterprise Architecture berbasis kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM untuk mendukung proses digitalisasi, menggantikan sistem manual yang masih digunakan perusahaan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan perancangan sistem informasi terintegrasi bernama SIAMMR yang mendukung aktivitas pemesanan, pengecekan stok, pelacakan pengiriman, dan pembayaran secara real-time. Rancangan arsitektur meliputi tahapan Preliminary Phase hingga Implementation Governance dengan analisis kondisi saat ini (as-is), penyusunan rancangan masa depan (to-be), dan gap analysis. Implementasi SIAMMR juga dilengkapi dengan perencanaan migrasi sistem dan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa blueprint digitalisasi strategis yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperkuat daya saing perusahaan dalam menghadapi era transformasi digital.
