Abstract

Peran robot manipulator pada dunia industri era revolusi industri 4.0 menjadi sangat krusial karena mampu memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada dunia industri khususnya dalam efisiensi dan efektifitas produksi. Melihat kondisi pandemi saat ini, proses produksi di industri sedikit terhambat karena pekerja diharuskan untuk bekerja secara remotely dan pengendalian robot selama ini dilakukan secara on-site. Dengan perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0, maka dari itu dibuatlah Prototype Automated Manipulator yang dapat dikontrol secara wireless baik manual atau otomatis dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 dan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Metode penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototyping dengan pengujian sistem minimum dan kinerja robot. Hasil pengujian  pengukuran system minimum dan kinerja kontrol robot yang telah dilakukan sebanyak 15 kali menunjukkan bahwa Prototype Automated Manipulator Robot  dapat dioperasikan dengan baik dengan persentase error secara keseluruhan kurang dari 1% dan dapat dikontrol secara wireless dan otomatis melalui aplikasi Blynk.

Abstract

The creation of the 2013 curriculum for YPWKS Vocational High School students in the 2019/2020 school year. The study program promotes student competency development through SKEP (Electrical Pneumatic Control System) disciplines. Based on observations from oral interviews, there was no multimedia learning to assist learning in these subjects, therefore the goal of this research is to support learning in SKEP subjects. The development research, or R&D (Research and Development), was carried out utilizing the Borg and Gall model, which was reduced from 10 to 7 stages. The model is divided into seven stages: one for research analysis and data collection, two for planning, three for product draft development, four for initial field trials, five for revising test results, six for product outcomes refining, and seven for dissemination and implementation. Three material experts and three media experts are involved in the feasibility of multimedia learning. Then the multimedia was tested on class XI students of the Industrial Automation Engineering competence program and the scale used in gauging the "Likert scale". Based on the results of validation by media experts and material experts, the feasibility of interactive learning multimedia in the media aspect was 73.99 (very good) from a score range of 65.00 X 80.00, and the feasibility of the material aspect was 58.99 (very good) from a score range of 52.00 X 64.00. Field According to trial data, students responded to the practicality of Interactive Learning Multimedia with an average score of 50% (very good) on a scale of 0-100%. These findings suggest that the created Electropneumatic Control System Learning Multimedia is appropriate for use in Electropneumatic Control System Learning activities, particularly for students in class XI Industrial Automation Engineering studying Pneumatic Control System material.

Abstract

Limitations when teaching and learning in the classroom are sometimes many things that hinder teachers from all learning materials to students. This is a case topic for teachers who want to discuss in detail. This difficulty was complained by teachers and students at Miftahul Anwar Menes Vocational High School, sometimes material that needed explanation in class actually had to be explained in a significant amount of time. The method used was Research and Development (R and D) using the example of waterfall development, research and analysis of the required needs. To develop this online learning implementation design product, it uses several stages: 1) Needs Analysis 2) Design 3) Implementation 4) System testing. teachers students) then the final output is declared feasible using the output of the teacher's score the Category 53 Percentage Criteria table is in the interval X more than 42 while the students' Category Criteria Percentage table is 40.8. user ratings are in the interval X 39 which is in the "Very Eligible" category.

Abstract

In transformers installed and used in electric power systems, especially at substations (GI) there are often disturbances or problems. One of the problems with the transformer can occur due to the failure of the insulating oil which can be caused by a decrease in the value of the translucent voltage, therefore it is necessary to carry out maintenance to prevent and localize interference. Tap Changer oil is different from oil in the main tank (in terms of placement), in terms of type and function Tap Changer oil with oil in the main tank has similarities from the type of oil and its function as insulation, cooling and protecting windings from oxidation. With the method of observation (observation) in the field of all equipment worked on and with the literature method can be known the process of replacing oil On Load Tap Changer. From the results of the oil translucent voltage test study, it is known that the value of the penetrating voltage of the On Load Tap Changer oil sample used in the transformer is an average value of 38.8 kV, it can be known that the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 1) being filtered is 86.8 kV, the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 2) being filtered is worth 88 kV, and the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 3) being filtered is 98.2 kV.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan sistem informasi yang sudah marak dilakukan oleh berbagai instansi baik itu di industry, perekonomian, serta pendidikan. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi, kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki juga akan semakin dituntut untuk mengalami kemajuan dan peningkatan. Sistem Informasi sekolah merupakan sebuah sarana ataupun alat yang bisa digunakan oleh sekolah sebagai bentuk peningkatan dalam pelayanan dan kualitas sekolah. Melalui sistem ini, pihak sekolah dapat berinteraksi dengan banyak pihak yang terkait. Sistem adalah suatu rangkaian yang terdiri dari dua atau lebih komponen yang saling berhubungan dan saling berinteraksi satu sama lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei, yaitu data yang didapat yaitu dari hasil pengerjaan proyek pengelolaan website di tiga sekolah yang bekerja sama dengan CV. Akasyah Syahdan Makmur. Wordpress sebagai Content Management Sistem (CMS) untuk sistem informasi sekolah saat ini karena pengelolaannya yang cukup sederhana dan mudah, namun memiliki fitur-fitur yang sangat luas penggunaannya. Sistem informasi merupakan suatu hal yang saat ini sangat perlu untuk disebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuannya. Perkembangan teknologi di dunia pendidikan menghadirkan sebuah upaya peningkatan kualitas ilmu pengetahuan dalam dunia teknologi dengan dibuatnya website-website khusus sekolah.

Abstract

Face recognition is one of the pattern recognition approaches for the purposes of identifying a person's face with a biometric approach. From this biometric pattern, it can be used as a means to identify the presence of a student. Assisted by the Raspberry Pi, this facial recognition can be done and it can be concluded whether the biometric pattern matches or not. This suitability will be a reference to indicate the presence of a student. So a Raspberry Pi-based Prototype Face Attendance System was made using the Eigenface method. Eigenface is an algorithm that works based on Principle Component Analysis (PCA). Tests were carried out by testing 30 students with a total of 30 photo samples per individual resulting in an accuracy value of 78.85% and error value is 21.15%.

Abstract

Metro ethernet merupakan teknologi yang mampu menjangkau kota besar bahkan metropolitan agar bisa melayanai kebutuhan teknologi saat ini. Packet Tracer adalah sebuah software simulasi teknologi jaringan luas yang memungkinkan siswa untuk melakukan percobaan dengan membuat suatu jaringan dan mengembangkannya. Adapun tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk membuat sebuah simulasi rancangan jaringan transport metro ethernet dengan bantuan aplikasi cisco packet tracer. Metode yang Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi litelatur dan membuat sebuah rangkaian simulasi di aplikasi cisco packet tracer.Untuk membuat suatu simulasi metro ethernet antar cabang bank yang dimana bank ini mempunyai 3 cabang yaitu Jakarta, Semarang dan Surabaya. Cabang-cabang tersebut mempunya 3 bagian yaitu: teller, CS dan audit. Dimana antara bagian terkomunikasi dan sesama bagian antar cabang bisa saling berkomunikasi.

Abstract

Network traffic has increased exponentially, revenue has not maintained the same pace. New methods should be explored to reduce this gap between traffic and revenue. While the OTN protocol implemented via DWDM offers many management and control area benefits, overall network CAPEX can be minimized in the design phase by planning both layers simultaneously. Multilayer redirection finds a middle ground between opaque and transparent networks across all traffic volumes. Cisco is the main equipment that is commonly used in Wide Area Networks or Wide Area Networks (WAN). With a Cisco router, information can also be forwarded to the address to be addressed. In this study, discusses the Optical Transport Network (OTN) and how the network topology forms in Cisco Packet Tracer 6.2 software.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is increasing rapidly from year to year, especially in the field of telecommunications. Communication technology via fiber optic is one of the technologies that is widely used as a data sender, between senders and receivers in one network, users can communicate with each other at very high speeds. This is in line with the community's need for fast communication services. FTTH (Fiber To The Home) is a telecommunications service infrastructure that supports transmission on large bandwidths and can solve bandwidth access problems so that PT. Telkom designs fiber to the home network access using GPON technology by determining its usage.
