Abstract

The ability of blind students of class VII in SLB-A YAPTI Makassar in operating the multiplication decker is still very low. To improve the ability of the tiled multiplication operation attempted by applying techniques used polamatika. This study uses a quantitative approach and use this type of experimental research methods. Experimental research design used is Single Subject Research ABA (A (Baseline 1) - B (Intervention) - A (Baseline 2)). Subjects examined in this study is one student with low vision, 7th level at SLB-A YAPTI Makassar. Data collection techniques in this research is through tests and observation. The data obtained were processed by descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the ability of the tiled multiplication operation on low vision students of class VII in SLB-A YAPTI Makassar after using the technique of polamatika on the number of tens of tiled multiplication operations with units, with dozens to tens able to achieve the target behavior, although the operations Stackable multiplying numbers with hundreds and hundreds to tens unit yet fully achieve the target behavior. Based on these results it can be concluded that an increase in the ability of the tiled multiplication operation on low vision students in SLB-A YAPTI Makassar after using the polamatika techniqueKemampuan siswa tunanetra kelas VII di SLB-A YAPTI Makassar dalam mengoperasikan perkalian bersusun masih sangat rendah. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan operasi perkalian bersusun dicoba dengan menerapkan teknik polamatika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis metode penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian eksperimen yang dipergunakan adalah Single Subject Research A-B-A (A (Baseline 1) - B (Intervensi) - A (Baseline 2)). Subyek penelitian adalah Subjek yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah satu orang siswa tunanetra laki-laki jenis low vision, inisial HD, kelas VII di SLB-A YAPTI Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui tes dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan operasi perkalian bersusun pada siswa low vision kelas VII di SLB-A YAPTI Makassar setelah menggunakan teknik polamatika pada operasi perkalian bersusun bilangan puluhan dengan satuan, dan puluhan dengan puluhan, dapat mencapai target behavior, meskipun pada operasi perkalian bersusun bilangan ratusan dengan satuan dan ratusan dengan puluhan belum dapat sepenuhnya mencapai target behaviour. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan operasi perkalian bersusun pada siswa low vision di SLB-A YAPTI Makassar setelah menggunakan teknik polamatika.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) SLB Arnadya Makassar. Masalahnya adalah: guru umumnya masih merasa kurang mampu: (1) Melakukan identifikasi dan asesemen, (2) mengembangkan profil peserta didik, (3) melakukan adaptasi kurikulum, (4) Menentukan program yang tepat untuk diberikan kepada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus (PDBK) sesuai dengan profilnya berdasarkan hasil asesmen dan adaptasi/analisis kurikulum. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, diskusi, brainstorming, tanya jawab dan demonstrasi. Hasil yang dicapai adalah: Hasil yang dicapai melalui kegiatan PKM ini mengidikasikan bahwa para guru yang mengikuti kegiatan PKM ini sudah memahami bahwa: (1) identifikasi dan asesmen sangat penting dilakukan sebelum melakukan adaptasi kurikulum dan merancang/membuat PPI, (2) Data hasil identifikasi dan asesmen yang telah dilakukan oleh guru sangat berguna dan menjadi salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab profesionalnya (akuntabilitasnya) kepada pihak-pihak terkait (terutama kepada orang tua peserta didik), (3) praktek pembelajaran yang dilakukan berpedoman pada PPI yang benar-benar adaptif bagi PDBK yang dihadapi di kelas, (4) setiap anak didik berkebutuhan khusus mendapatkan akses pendidikan yang layak dan bermutu. Kata kunci: Identifikasi, Asesmen, Adaptasi Kurikulum dan Peserta Didik Berkebutuhan Khusus

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh dukungan orang tua dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar ipa baik secara bersama-sama maupun sendiri-sendiri peserta didik SD Negeri Kecamatan Mangkutana Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Dukungan orang tua dan minat belajar sebagai variabel bebas, dan hasil belajar IPA sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian adalah semua peserta didik SD Negeri di Kecamatan Mangkutana Kabupaten Luwu Timur, dan sampel dengan teknik random sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan skala dukungan orang tua, skala minat, dan tes hasil belajar IPA dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear ganda. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: 1) dukungan orang tua dan minat belajar secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan dengan hasil belajar IPA, 2) dukungan orang tua tidak mempunyai hubungan dengan hasil belajar IPA, dan 3) minat belajar hubungan negatif dengan hasil belajar IPA SD Negeri Kecamatan Mangkutana, Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Kata Kunci: Dukungan Orang Tua, Minat Belajar, Hasil Belajar, IPA.

Abstract

This study examines the low learning outcomes of blind students in mathematics, especially recognizing the arithmetic operations of students with visual impairments in SLB Soppeng. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Does the use of a counting funnel can improve the ability to calculate the number of students in blind class II in SLB Soppeng". The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the total count operations on blind students of Class II in SLB Soppeng in the analysis under conditions of baseline 1 (A1), 2) To find out the count operations on blind students of Class II in the Soppeng SLB in the analysis in intervention conditions (B), 3) to find out the total count operations in blind students in Class II in SLB Soppeng in the analysis under the baseline conditions 2 (A2), 4) to determine the increase in the ability to count operations through counting funnels based on the results of the analysis between conditions from baseline 1 (A1) to intervention (B) and from intervention (B) to baseline 2 (A2) in blind class II blind children in Soppeng SLB. Data collection techniques used were performance tests. The subjects in this study were 1 elementary class II blind student in Soppeng SLB with the initials AF. This study uses an experimental method using Single Subject Research (SSR) with A-B-A design. By using the counting funnel can increase the ability to calculate the number of operations on blind students. The data obtained were analyzed through descriptive statistics and displayed in the form of percentages, graphs and means. The results of the study concluded that the use of a counting funnel can improve the ability to calculate the number of students with visual grade II blindness in SLB Soppeng.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the validity of the contents of the test and the internal validity of the test items, 2) the reliability of the test, 3) the characteristics of the test items according to Classical Theory, and 4) the characteristics of the test items according to the USBN Grain Response Theory in Junior High School Mathematics. The study population was all USBN test items in mathematics in state junior high schools in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi in the academic year 2017/2018. Test takers from Wasuponda 1 Middle School represent Schools with accreditation A consisting of 302 students, Towuti 1 Public Schools represent Schools with accreditation B consisting of 253 students, and Wasuponda 2 Public Schools represent unaccredited schools consisting of 29 students. The total response of students of the National Middle School Mathematics Standard School Examination which will be analyzed as many as 584 answer sheets. Data obtained through documentation about the score points of the SMP USBN test results. Data were analyzed with classical theory and item response theory. National Mathematics Standardized School Middle School Examination Test in Luwu Timur District 2017/2018 School Year concluded that: 1) had fulfilled the criteria of content validity and internal validity, 2) did not meet the element of test reliability because the reliability coefficient was 0.561, 3) using the classical theory of entry in the difficult category, the power difference in the category is not good and most of the deceivers have been functioning effectively, 4) by using the analysis of the 3PL model the power of the different categories of good test items, 5) the different power of each test item can be observed on the characteristic curve of each test item , 6) the level of difficulty most of the test items are in the difficult category and pseudo guesses are in the good category.

Abstract

Abstrak. The problems studied in this research are students' attitudes towards inclusive education and readiness to take part in joint education with persons with disabilities on campus. The research objective was to examine students' attitudes towards inclusive education and students' readiness to participate in co-education with persons with disabilities on campus. The variables in this study are students' attitudes towards inclusive education and readiness to participate in co-education with persons with disabilities. Data was collected using a questionnaire in the Google form format, which was distributed to all FIP students. The willingness of students to fill out the Google form was considered randomly. The number of students who filled out the questionnaire was 159 people. The data were processed using descriptive and correlation analysis techniques, with the help of the SPSS ready-to-use program. The results showed that all students had a positive attitude towards inclusive education, and there was no overall difference in attitudes towards inclusive education on campus between male and female students. Most of the students expressed their readiness to participate in co-education with persons with disabilities on campus. The attitude of students has a positive and significant relationship with the readiness of students to take part in education with persons with disabilities on campus. The experience of interacting with persons with disabilities has a positive and significant effect on students' attitudes toward persons with disabilities on campus. Kata Kunci: Persons With Disabilities, Inclusive Education, Student Attitudes

Abstract

The process of communication for deaf persons needs to be facilitated by a particular language. Friends who are deaf want language that is appropriate for everyday requirements in order to communicate and comprehend communications. The objectives of developing assistive technology for the Indonesian Sign Language System (SIBI) dictionary application are to optimize services, create friendly assistive technology, improve the language skills of students with hearing impairments by utilizing technology, and create an inclusive campus that is friendly for students with special needs. The model used in research and development (RD) is Borg Gall. The development stage of the SIBI dictionary application goes through 10 stages, from collecting vocabulary information to the resulting product in the form of an application embedded on a smartphone. Product testing was carried out in two stages to identify constraints in the application and use of the available features. The population was 17 students with special needs at various semester levels, including eight students with hearing impairments (deaf), students with visual impairment (blind/low vision) as many as eight students, then there is one student with obstacles to the function of mobility. The results of this study are that the SIBI Dictionary Application is a dictionary in the form of sign language videos equipped with sound and text as well as word meanings. The video also has a tutorial. This tool can help hearing-impaired pupils study after utilising a digital dictionary. Increasing hearing-impaired kids' vocabularies (value indicator assessment). Deaf community "GERKATIN" and special education students. Thus, the SIBI Dictionary Application with sign language movies with sound, text, and word definitions can better aid kids with special needs and can be downloaded from smartphone app services. All UNM students receive volunteer instruction from special needs classmates.
