Nowdays, implemented the information systems that are integrated to business processes in the organization has become a primary necessity. Information systems in the organization are mostly used to assist the implementation of enterprise business process. In the generally, the systems have not been able to provide strategic information and assist management for evaluating of the enterprise’s performance. This problems occurs because the most of the information system is built using the data warehouse concept. This problem occurs also in the information system in most universities in the city of Tangerang as the study sample. The solutions for this problem is build information systems that apply the concepts and ways of working with business intelligence using star schema methodologies that can be presented as an enterprise’s performance measurement tools. Business intelligence can also be used as a basis in conducting surveillance for business intelligence can also provide: 1. early information (alert) if there are deviations between performance with a pre-determined goals, 2. Provided a report was automation (automated-feedback), 3. Memonitoring to key performance index (KPI) in real-time. The system development methodology in this reseach using the star schema. Through this approach created an information system with the concept of business intellegence with star schemas methologies that can produce information that is strategic, as needed, and as tools implement enterprise performance measurement. The end result of research is a business intelligence system with a star schema as enterprise performance measurement tools on Higher Education Raharja as a prototype implementation.

World wide web or web is often called one of the internet facilities are becoming increasingly well known that many people often view it as the only way to surf the internet. By having a website or a homepage means a community has its own place on the web, in which all people worldwide the opportunity to redirect the browser and find out more about what is published. In order to attract and keep visiting the website design and loading required and information is good news. This is an opportunity that should be best utilized to inform or whatever is the superior product and service profile for a company or agency that wants more widely known. Internet is the best solution to find information quickly and efficiently, and therefore the sale is a web-based online media that are considered practical because people do not need to come directly to find the desired item. The conclusion of this study are as follows: 1. This program can provide convenience to consumers in finding and buying products sold by Bizarre Sounds Production, sales order, booking and information service for the better stuff. 2. The information displayed is not just news-news about the world of metal music but also the latest promotions Bizarre Sounds Production of products in order to increase sales and profits of the company.

Students are not only provided a knowledge of soft skills for studying in lecture bench, but also trained in how to build the entrepreneurial spirits to face the competition of globalization. Each college also has a different method in building students entrepreneurial spirits. In the practice of entrepreneurship courses in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja, the students perform entrepreneurial activity in a way that is still very conventional. Where they are assigned to sell a product within the scope of the campus. Seeing how the conventional sales process and marketing reach is limited, then digagaskanlah an alternative solution to the entrepreneurial activities by utilizing the development of information and communication technology. Zpreneur content management system is a good solution for students perform entrepreneurial activities. Where zpreneur provide a forum for students to sell their products online. Each student can have their own online store on zpreneur system. That way, they can market their products online, and of course develop their market share not only in the scope of the campus.

Progress of technology and its developed is going so rapidly nowadays and it provide big affect on human life, some of them were education and daily life. Due to its development we also know the other form of calendar which is in digital form that we usually found in gadgets such as handphone or tablets and surely it is portable. Rinfo which is an email supporting facilities for the needs of Raharja College may help Pribadi Raharja in coordination and communication about task and/or event. Rinfo has some applications that integrated with Rinfo itself, such as RinfoGroup, RinfoSites, RinfoDocs, RinfoDrive, RinfoH and RinfoCal. RinfoCal is an calendar application that can be use as schedule time reminder application and it will send any reminder not only to one person but some or couple persons. RinfoCal may sent an pop-up notification or email notification. This paper will discuss about what is RinfoCal, how to use it, what’s the purpose of using RinfoCal, benefit of RinfoCal and so on. But, instead of its benefit, there are also some shortages including many people who using Rinfo doesn’t get the benefit of RinfoCal because they just pretending that RinfoCal is just an usual calendar. This paper also present six problems from conventional reminder that will solved by RinfoCal fews are just doing reminders only once at a time or just remembering only one person, a mind mapping to simplify the analyze of problem and make the best solution, eight literature reviews that had been done to help analyzing problems of research.

The telecommunication world’s development, who’s keep on moving rapidly have create a developed innovation and creativity to also keep on moving along with the technological information’s development. Now, in Raharja University, a new program has been born which is called NSCCIT, its a National Seminar and Call for Paper who’s now have been built as a place to discuss the result of a research through a seminar. Seminar is a scheduled forum of a group of people to scientifically discuss about a topic with the purpose to grow and to manage the skills, scientific act and professionalism act through a more objective understanding about a topic which is going to be evaluated. With the creation of the NSCCIT’'s research or national seminar and Call of Paper, the result is expected to be a best solution for the civitas academica to communicate and discuss the problems which is going to be researched and help each other in solving the problems. The main purpose of this research is to develop a web database based system on raharja.ac.id website to make the spreading process of seminar's schedule information more easily using the PHP and MySQL’s technology and also implemented as an information’s conveyor media about the seminar’s schedule which is going to be held.

Abstrak Crowdfunding atau penggalangan dana kini merambah ke dunia virtual untuk merealisasikan sebuah project, penggalangan dana dengan mudah dan aman diperlukan demi terealisasinya project. Namun masih terdapatnya beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini, mengenai form request untuk pengambilan hasil donasi yang masih dilakukan melalui request email pribadi. Oleh karena itu dengan menerapkan suatu sistem form request untuk pengambilan hasil donasi menggunakan Jotform, sehingga pengguna yang ingin request tidak lagi harus email pribadi sehingga laporan akan tersusun rapih dan jelas. Adapun pengembangan aplikasi ini mengunakan aplikasi Jotform untuk request pengambilan hasil donasi merupakan salah satu sarana form pengajuan dari pengguna ke bagian admin, dimana setelah pengguna mengisi form tersebut terdapat notifikasi email yang telah tertuju ke admin. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dimana dapat digunakan users agar lebih mudah dalam merequest pengambilan hasil donasi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa form request pengambilan hasil donasi menggunakan Jotform dapat memaksimalkan pelayanan request dalam menunjang pengambilan hasil donasi. Banyak perusahaan saat ini memikirkan cara untuk memelihara hubungan baik mereka dengan para pelanggannya. Bukan hanya masalah loyalitas, meraih lebih banyak pelanggan juga menjadi tantangan besar. Calon pelanggan mencari perusahaan dengan reputasi yang bagus dengan cara melihat keberadaan customer care atau layanan pelanggan. Apabila terjadi masalah / komplain maka tim inilah yang selanjutnya bertanggung jawab. Bagaimana tim ini bekerja menyelesaikan masalah akan menjadi pertimbangan khusus untuk pelanggan apakah akan melakukan transaksi selanjutnya atau tidak. Teknologi informasi berperan dalam membangun sistem ini yaitu dengan implementasi Artificial Intelligence. Salah satu metode dari konsep data mining yang sesuai adalahpohon keputusan CART (Classification And Regression Trees). Diperlukan data latihan yang diperoleh dari setiap cabang untuk selanjutnya digunakan perekayasa pengetahuan untuk membangun knowledge base. AbstrakKecanggihan teknologi jaringan nirkabel (wi-fi) yang semakin merambah di dunia ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi membuat keamanan privasi semakin terancam, dikarenakan banyak nya akses untuk membobol password sistem jaringan nirkabel. Oleh karena itu dengan mengembangkan suatu system SSO bisa meningkatkan keamanan dengan cara login menggunakan email yang sudah terdaftar maupun id dan password tertentu, Maka hasil penelitian yaitu dimana system SSO (Single Sign On) ini dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan keamanan. Pemanfaatan Sistem PESSTA+ pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang berbasis Yii Framework, di mana sistem adalah website sehingga mempermudah melakukan akses terhadap sistem jaringan internet. Dengan adanya jaringan internet sehingga penyampaian informasi dapat secara cepat. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa website yang mempermudah proses pada sistem PESSTA+ berfungsi untuk mempermudah login serta penyampaian informasi mengenai PO (Penilaian Objektif) yang terdapat pada sistem PESSTA+.
