Abstract

Di era globalisasi yang berubah dengan cepat, inovasi dan kemajuan ekonomi semakin didorong oleh kewirausahaan. Dengan menggunakan metode bibliometrik, penelitian ini mencoba menyelidiki dinamika terkini dalam bidang studi kelayakan usaha. Metode ini memudahkan untuk memahami pola penerbitan, kemitraan penulis, dan kontribusi penting yang dibuat baru-baru ini terhadap literatur manajemen. Panel pencarian Scopus di Publish or Perish menyediakan data untuk penelitian ini, termasuk artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 dan 2023. Perangkat lunak VOSviewer digunakan untuk penyelidikan guna memetakan hubungan antara topik dan jaringan kolaborasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam publikasi mengenai studi kelayakan bisnis, dan kata kunci yang paling populer adalah ”system”, ”analysis, dan ”approach” Sepuluh cluster utama diidentifikasi melalui pemetaan; analisis jaringan mengungkapkan hubungan yang kuat antara penulis dan institusi, sedangkan analisis kepadatan mengidentifikasi domain penelitian yang belum dieksplorasi, yaitu “hybrid approach” (pendekatan hybrid) sebagai aspek tambahan dalam studi kelayakan sebagai strategi keberlanjutan suatu bisnis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mendalam kepada para praktisi dan akademisi sehingga dapat membantu mereka membuat rencana perusahaan yang lebih kreatif dan sukses. Studi ini juga memberikan saran untuk penelitian tambahan, seperti memperluas kumpulan data dan menggunakan teknik analisis yang lebih menyeluruh.

Abstract

Cyberpreneurship, as a subset of entrepreneurship, is an emerging field focusing on the use of digital platforms and technologies in business. This study aims to analyze the development and trends in cyberpreneurship research over the past 17 years (1999-2023). The objective s to map the landscape of cyberpreneurship publications, identifying key countries, institutions, journals, authors, and keywords that dominate the field. Using the Dimensions citation indexing database, a bibliometric analysis was conducted, employing VOSviewer for visualizing the relationships among authors, institutions, and keywords. Data was examined based on publication pairs, co-authorship networks, and keyword co-occurrence. The analysis shows that Malaysia leads in cyberpreneurship research, with Multimedia University as the most influential institution, and Education and Training as the most cited journal. The research also highlights a significant growth in cyberpreneurship studies, especially in the last few years, indicating its increasing importance post-COVID-19. The findings suggest that cyberpreneurship is still in its early stages, with substantial potential for future research, particularly in the application of artificial intelligence and digital business models. Further exploration is recommended, especially in countries like Indonesia, where digital entrepreneurship is rapidly evolving.

Abstract

This paper explores the application of information systems in the management of educational institutions, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and support informed decision-making processes. Educational institutions face growing demands for streamlined administration and resource optimization, which form the background of this study. The objective is to assess the effectiveness of implementing information systems tailored to manage complex educational processes and institutional needs. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining quantitative analysis of system usage data and qualitative feedback from administrators and educators within various institutions. This method allowed for a comprehensive understanding of the impacts and challenges associated with integrating these technologies. Results reveal that institutions using information systems report significant improvements in administrative efficiency, resource management, and data-driven decision-making capabilities, as well as enhanced stakeholder satisfaction. Furthermore, the findings suggest that well-designed information systems reduce redundant administrative tasks, enabling staff to allocate more time toward core educational activities. In conclusion, the adoption of tailored information systems for educational institutions not only enhances management efficiency but also supports a culture of informed decision-making, paving the way for more responsive and adaptive educational environments. These insights underscore the value of integrating technology into educational administration, offering a strategic path toward more effective institutional management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengevaluasi penerapan digital learning platform untuk meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa di era digital. Di tengah perubahan lanskap pendidikan yang dipengaruhi oleh teknologi, motivasi mahasiswa menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan belajar. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan konsep-konsep dari teori motivasi, teknologi pendidikan, dan metode digital learning platform untuk merancang strategi pembelajaran yang berfokus pada partisipasi aktif mahasiswa. Pendekatan penelitian memadukan untuk memahami dampak penerapan metode digital learning platform terhadap motivasi mahasiswa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode digital learning platform, seperti pembelajaran berbasis realita virtual, pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi, dan metode pembelajaran simulasi komputer dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi mahasiswa dalam belajar secara signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digital learning platform dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi mahasiswa, termasuk peningkatan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan keterampilan belajar. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara efektif, mahasiswa dapat mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik dan siap menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

Abstract

This research aims to} evaluate the success of the implementation of the Project Management Information System (SIMP) in increasing the effectiveness of work teams, by utilizing key performance indicators (KPI) as a measuring tool. In the era of digitalization, the use of SIMP is increasingly widespread in various organizations to manage projects and optimize team collaboration. However, although many companies adopt SIMP, implementation results often vary, depending on the effectiveness of using the system in daily practice. The approach used in this research is quantitative descriptive, with data collection through questionnaire surveys to team members who have actively used SIMP in their work for a minimum of six months. Some of the main performance indicators evaluated include time efficiency, quality of work results, team satisfaction, and effectiveness of communication between team members. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to assess the performance of each indicator and identify roles SIMP in supporting overall team performance. The research results show that SIMP plays a significant role in increasing the efficiency of task completion times, improving the quality of project results by reducing errors, increasing team member satisfaction with better collaboration, and facilitating more effective communication between members. Based on these results, it is concluded that SIMP implementation is able to support the effectiveness of the work team as a whole, although there are challenges such as the need for initial adaptation and training. Recommendations are given that companies carry out regular training and system maintenance to ensure the continued effectiveness of SIMP use. It is hoped that this research will provide guidance for other organizations in evaluating and optimizing use SIMP at their workplace.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven Decision Support Systems (DSS) in Human Resources Management (HRM) has become crucial for optimizing workforce management and enhancing decision-making processes. This bibliometric analysis investigates the research landscape of AI-driven DSS in HRM from 2015 to 2024, using data from the Dimensions database and analyzed through VOSviewer. Key trends, influential authors, and significant publications are identified, revealing the dominant roles of the United States, China, and India, with institutions like MIT, Stanford University, and IIT Delhi leading in productivity and impact. Notable contributors such as Dwivedi, Lowry, and Bose are highlighted for their practical and theoretical advancements in the field. Influential journals including "Decision Support Systems", "Information & Management", and "Sustainability" are identified as shaping the research landscape. The findings emphasize the transformative impact of AI-driven DSS on HRM practices, offering insights into future research opportunities and applications. This study provides a comprehensive framework for understanding the current state and future directions of AI-driven DSS in HRM, contributing to both academic and practical advancements.

Abstract

Gamification has become an essential approach for digital startups, offering innovative ways to boost user engagement and support business growth. By incorporating game like elements such as rewards, challenges, and point systems into digital platforms, startups can enhance user interaction, satisfaction, and loyalty. This study investigates the role of gamification in increasing user engagement and driving business growth in digital startups. The research adopts a mixed method approach, including surveys conducted with digital startups that have implemented gamification strategies, alongside detailed case studies to explore its practical applications. The results reveal that startups utilizing gamification experience a marked improvement in user interaction and retention, which in turn positively impacts their overall business growth. Enhanced customer loyalty and increased revenue generation are among the key benefits identified. Furthermore, the study highlights the potential for startups to leverage personalized gamification approaches to further optimize user experiences and achieve sustainable growth. These findings suggest that gamification is not only a valuable tool for engaging users but also a strategic asset for achieving long-term success in the competitive digital market. Future research should explore how industry specific gamification techniques can be applied more effectively across different sectors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support, volunteer engagement, dan volunteer management pada volunteer job satisfaction dan intention to continue volunteering. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode potong lintang dengan kuesioner daring berisi 33 pernyataan dan dilakukan di dua organisasi kesehatan di Sumba Timur dengan melibatkan responden sebanyak 94 relawan organisasi dengan teknik non-probability sampling. Data dianalisis dengan metode structural equation model berbasis partial least square (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support dan volunteer management berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja relawan, sedangkan volunteer engagement tidak menunjukkan pengaruh positif. Intention to continue volunteering dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh perceived organizational support tetapi tidak dengan volunteer engagement dan volunteer management. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan volunteer job satisfaction memediasi hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan volunteer management terhadap intention to continue volunteering, namun tidak memediasi hubungan antara volunteer engagement terhadap intention to continue. Temuan dari penelitian ini menegaskan kepentingan dan pengaruh dari dukungan organisasi dan pengelolaan relawan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan intensi melanjutkan melalui kepuasan kerja pada relawan organisasi kesehatan di Sumba Timur.

Abstract

Rumah sakit sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam kinerja perawat yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas layanan kesehatan. Berdasarkan analisis dari Google Review, Rumah Sakit X di Bekasi Selatan mendapatkan keluhan dari pasien tentang pelayanan perawat yang lambat, kurang ramah, dan tidak responsif, yang menunjukkan adanya masalah dalam kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh burnout, life satisfaction, resilience, dan stress terhadap nurse performance, dengan work engagement dan kepercayaan diri (self-efficacy) sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode cross-sectional digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data kuantitatif dari 105 perawat di 11 departemen melalui kuesioner tervalidasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan PLS-SEM untuk menguji 12 hipotesis hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Burnout, kepuasan hidup, resiliensi, dan stres berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja, dengan keterlibatan kerja dan kepercayaan diri sebagai mediator. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi manajerial bagi rumah sakit dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat melalui pengelolaan Burnout, peningkatan kepuasan hidup, penguatan resiliensi, manajemen stres, serta optimalisasi keterlibatan kerja dan kepercayaan diri. Keterbatasan dan rekomendasi penelitian turut disampaikan.

Abstract

The Industry 4.0 era marks a fundamental transformation in how businesses operate, with digitalization as a key catalyst in reshaping marketing strategies and branding. This study aims to examine the business and marketing digitalization strategies implemented by companies to increase brand awareness amidst technological disruption. By leveraging technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data analytics, companies can expand brand reach, create more personalized communications, and increase real-time consumer engagement. The novelty of this study lies in its deep exploration of how these advanced technologies not only enhance operational efficiency but also significantly strengthen brand positioning by delivering more relevant, personalized, and integrated digital experiences to consumers. This study uses a mixed-method approach, namely a qualitative approach through case studies and a quantitative approach through a survey of industry players actively adopting Industry 4.0 technologies. The results show that digitalization not only improves operational efficiency but also strengthens brand positioning in the minds of consumers through relevant and integrated digital experiences. Furthermore, companies that successfully combine technological innovation with data driven marketing strategies tend to have stronger brand equity and high adaptability to market changes. These findings underscore the importance of investing in digital infrastructure and developing an innovative culture to strengthen brand awareness and sustainable business competitiveness.
