Abstract

Current world trade are no longer constrained by space and time. Human mobility is high demanding world trade is able to provide goods and services quickly in accordance with the request of the consumer. Advances in technology and a growing current of information increasingly make online sites provide such services in various fields, especially in the business world that leads to an online transaction activity.Online transactions is better known under the name of e-Commerce that links between the B2B, B2C, C2B, and P2P. Airzone is one form of a system that uses e-commerce as a medium to conduct business in the world of the internet by using the methodology of B2C. Internet users are growing in Indonesia, making the e-Commerce is increasingly required by the company to continue to develop its business activities. Thus Airzone is present in the world of e-commerce is to be able to update the implementation of e-commerce in favor of a business. E-commerce in the world of technology is important in running the buying and selling of companies and organizations, so that the existence of a system of e-commerce makes it easy for businesses to address the assessed transaction activity is still less effective and efficient. So that it can serve as a means of airzone for product development, promotion, online transactions, product delivery and after sales support that will mutually support each other to gain revenue and profit are better.

Abstract

The terminal is a road transportation infrastructure that takes the form of a transportation node for the purpose of raising passengers, loading / unloading goods, arranging the arrival and departure of public transport and the place to start and end trips. Simpang Aur Terminal is a type A terminal serving inter-city transportation in the province (AKDP), between inter-provincial cities (AKAP) in the City of Bukittinggi. This condition makes facilities at terminals important, but there are still many lack of terminal facilities at Simpang Aur that have not met Terminal service standards based on PM No. 40 of 2015. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate Simpang Aur terminal service facility standards to improve terminal services good in accordance with established standards, safe and comfortable for users. The method used in this study is the method of direct observation, literature, and interviews. The results of the Simpang Aur terminal facility service standard analysis based on the availability of available infrastructure, in terms of reliabilit/regularity, obtained a suitability value of 60%, comfort services obtained 36.4% conformity value, and convenience /affordability services that is 80%. The loading factor for AKDP public transportation is 44.58%, and for AKAP is 46.72%. Waiting time / parking duration for AKDP 44 minutes, for AKAP 81 minutes. The results of the analysis of the physical condition based on the Dirjen Wahana Tata Nugraha Decree in 2010 showed that the physical condition of Simpang Aur Terminal was 59% that met the requirements, with the assessment weight in the range ≤60% included in the medium category, then for Terminal Aur facilities needed additional facility as a type A terminal for convenience for terminal infrastructure users.Keywords: Simpang Aur Terminal, Type A Terminal, Terminal Facilities, Physical Conditions, Service Standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan dampak penggunaan aplikasi pinjaman online (pinjol) terhadap gaya hidup konsumtif mahasiswa di Bogor. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 16 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan akses pinjol memungkinkan mahasiswa memenuhi kebutuhan finansial mendesak, namun juga meningkatkan risiko perilaku konsumtif. Iklan di media sosial menjadi faktor signifikan dalam mendorong penggunaan pinjol, sedangkan tekanan sosial dan pengaruh teman memiliki pengaruh yang bervariasi. Meskipun tidak semua mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam melunasi pinjol, sebagian responden mengalami tekanan finansial akibat ketidakmampuan mengelola utang. Penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya literasi keuangan agar mahasiswa dapat membuat keputusan finansial yang lebih bijak.
