Abstract

Every time players are assessed in terms of their performance on the field, players have the potential to compete for individual and team achievements in football, therefore a decision support system is made for the selection of the best premier league players in October 2020/2021. The 7 criteria for using the assessment include the number of goals, assists, kicks, wins, passes, fouls and plays time. In this study, there are three best player assessment methods, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE), and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The use of three methods in the assessment provides a good comparison of accuracy compared to one method alone and also aims to assess concretely and accurately so that the assessment runs fairly. The making of the premier league best player selection system is programmed with PHP and uses a MySQL database that is useful for storing player data and scores.

Abstract

Saat ini proses pencatatan transaksi penjualan dan pembelian obat di Apotik Marlasria masih secara manual yaitu menggunakan buku besar dan sangat tidak tertata dengan rapi. Sehingga hal ini sangat tidak efektif dan efisien serta dapat menimbulkan kesalahan pada saat input data, pencatatan penjualan,  pencatatan pembelian maupun dalam pencarian informasi obat-obatan para karyawan sering sekali mengalami kesulitan. Oleh karena itu hal ini dilakukan untuk mendesain sistem informasi web dengan menggunakan metode waterfall serta menggunakan algoritma sequential search untuk klasifikasi pencarian nama obat, kategori, tanggal kedaluarsa, harga jual atau unit obat dan algoritma selection sort untuk mengurutkan data dari ascending atau descending dari  data barang obat atau tanggal masa kedaluarsa. Dengan adanya system informasi yang telah dirancang ternyata memudahkan pihak Apotik Marlasria untuk mencari informasi data obat, pada saat input data transaksi dan dapat mempermudah untuk mengecek obat yang perlu distok kembali supaya tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam proses pembelian barang atau habis masa kedaluarsa.

Abstract

The research objective is to build a web-based library application. The research method consists of data collection, while the application implementation uses string matching, exact matching, and string matching algorithms. Entity-relationship diagrams are also used in building relationships in the database. Use cases are used as a description of the scope of a system that is built. The conclusion of this study is that; 1) This information facility system is very effective in influencing library admins to look for borrowed books, 2) Providing integration that produces non-digital information in one application, and 3) Librarians can take advantage of web-based automation and manage the circulation of book loans and book returns.

Abstract

Education in children is not only learning from books, with the development of educational technology it can be done using technological equipment such as computers, smartphones, or gadgets. The use of the Augmented reality application can be used as an example in learning in early childhood by introducing land animals in 3D. This study aims to provide education, especially to children, about the introduction of land animals by utilizing augmented reality technology. This research uses a marker-based tracking method and a fast corner detection algorithm. The results of the study resulted in an application that contained the introduction of land animals consisting of dogs, horses, kangaroos, cats, wolves, elephants, deer, camels, giraffes, and cows. Brief information about each animal, designed to be as attractive as possible for children. Applications can run on the Android operating system.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, many types of laptops and smartphones have sprung up. The many types on the market can make consumers confused in choosing products. The decision support system for choosing this personal device uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The basic concept of this method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative for all attributes. In the results of manual and system calculations, the SAW and TOPSIS methods produce the same ranking. In the SAW method, the highest-ranking of laptops is obtained by Acer Swift 3 (SF314-56G) with a value of 0.977 and on smartphones, the highest score is obtained by the Samsung Galaxy M51 with a value of 1. In the TOPSIS method, the highest-ranking is obtained by a laptop with a value of 0.9507 and a smartphone with a value of 1.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a web-based expert system application to provide information about chili plant diseases and to diagnose the symptoms of diseases that attack chili plants and to provide solutions for appropriate handling methods, which can be accessed anywhere and utilized by the wider community and can speed up the time to deal with diseases that attack chili plants. This study uses the Forward Chaining and Naïve Bayes Methods in order to know the facts/signs of chili disease so that you can get the best quality chili. Based on the results of the discussion and calculation of the web-based expert system for diagnosing chili disease using the Forward Chaining and Naïve Bayes methods, it can be concluded that a simple application it can make it easier for users to diagnose chili disease and find out the causes and solutions. And can find out the total number of all comparisons of the 2 methods.

Abstract

Many things in this world are implementations of graph coloring, because the models are very useful for broad applications, such as registration and scheduling of web-based instructor data. The purpose of this study is to support the virtual training process by generating training schedules automatically. of the week. There are types of training programs with a duration of 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours. Previously the instructor had to register in advance and determine how many hours of training sessions and the availability of an empty schedule. The application of graph coloring can help formulate instructor schedules so that they do not clash with other instructors' schedules. From the results of this study, each instructor who teaches in a week is selected by the system with the total number of time slots in a week is 8x6 = 48 hours. If the total teaching hours of applicants reach 60, 61 or 62 hours, the system will shut down automatically.

Abstract

Kedai HP is a private distributor E-Commerce website that focuses on selling smartphones with various brands and prices. With the E-Commerce Kedai HP, people's purchasing power is increasing because they don't need to come directly to the shop to make transactions. The purpose of this research is to create an online distributor website to make it easier for people to transact and provide practicality in shopping. This study uses a Model View Controller (MVC) based system using the Scrum method, which is a method that is suitable for implementation in system development because it is flexible compared to the static waterfall method. The Model View Controller (MVC) is one of the design patterns that is currently widely used by some frameworks to develop applications so that the HP Store E-Commerce can run the transaction and reporting system automatically. Testing of this research uses the Blackbox Testing method which is a software testing technique that focuses on the functional specifications of a software. The test results show that the functional system that has been developed is functioning as it should.

Abstract

Hkbp Taman Mini is a church located in the east of Jakarta, in Cipayung, Cipayung District, to be precise. Until now the inventory in this church is still manual and information dissemination still uses paper media. This makes record keeping inefficient and inconvenient for church officials to record church inventories. To overcome these problems, we need an information system that can be used by church officials easily, accurately and precisely to create efficiency in recording church inventory and make it easier for congregations or donors in the future. Therefore, a website-based church asset information system with MYSQL database and hypertext preprocessor (PHP) was created. In designing this web-based inventory information system, the authors use the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. It is hoped that this system will be the best solution for solving problems in managing inventory at the HKBP Taman Mini church. Using managed data computing technology reduces the risk of data loss and errors in data processing faster. To find out user satisfaction with the system created by the author, a usability test was carried out in the form of the System Usability Scale (SUS) by distributing questionnaires to 43 respondents. There are 10 statements in the questionnaire, and respondents will assess them with a choice of values ​​from 1 to 5 for each statement. Questionnaire results were obtained and a total score of 82 was calculated.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang selalu terjadi pada negara berkembang, khususnya Indonesia. Kemiskinan merupakan kondisi seseorang ketika tidak sanggup untuk menyanggupi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Selama pandemi Covid-19 kemiskinan di DKI Jakarta cenderung meningkat. Pada wilayah Jakarta Selatan jumlah penduduk miskin terdapat 61,77 ribu jiwa (2,73%) per 2019, lalu meningkat menjadi 78,09 ribu jiwa (3,34%) ditahun 2020 dan menjadi 81,50 ribu jiwa (3,56%) pada tahun 2021. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengoptimalisasikan program bantuan sosial yang dinilai masih kurang tepat sasaran. Dengan menggunakan metode K-Means penelitian ini mencoba untuk membagi data penduduk kurang mampu kedalam 3 cluster berdasarkan variabel pendidikan, pekerjaan, tanggungan dan pengeluaran. Dari hasil proses K-Means didapatkan kelompok yang setelah dianalisis menghasilkan kelompok layak mendapat bantuan, sangat layak mendapat bantuan dan kurang layak mendapat bantuan dengan hasil pengujian mendapatkan skor DBI (Davies Bouldin Index) yang cukup baik, yaitu -0,996.
