Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has enhanced business competition at both public and private universities. As a consequence, the competition encourages universities to promote a creative strategy. To deal with this issue, this study examines the driving factors affecting lecturers and employees at PGRI University Semarang during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The sample was selected using simple random sampling with a total of 206 respondents consisting of 81 employees and 125 lecturers. The measurement of the study adopted a Likert scale, and the data obtained were processed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that there is a direct influence of employee management on organizational culture. Additionally, this study remarks that a robust correlation between organizational learning and organizational culture as well as organizational culture can promote the performance of lecturers and employees. Lastly, there is no direct influence of employee arrangement on the performance of lecturers and employees. The largest total effect on the performance of lecturers and employees is organizational learning, which includes a direct effect of 39.3 percent and an indirect effect through the organizational culture of 21.9 percent. Keywords: Staffing Practices, Organizational Learning, organizational culture, employee performance

Abstract

The aims of the research were to identify understanding of parents, the implementations of 3P (Provision, Protection, and Participation) in family, and identify the caharacteristics of parents, as well as developing the intervention child-friendly model. The method of research was conducted Research and Development (R&D). The population of research was the parent of students in SD Negeri Secang I dan SMP Negeri 1Tempuran, Distric of Magelang and purposive technique sampling. Data collection was conducted with triangulation data (observation, interview, and questionnaires). The result of the research were (1) the understanding of parents about child-friendly was still limited toward duty and the obligation parents to students; (2) the form of implementation 3P (Provision, Protection, and Participation) was implemented of parents maximum yet because the diversity of understanding by the parents; (3) the parents of students in SD Negeri Secang 1 and SMP Negeri 1 Tempuran, district of Magelang still faced the obstacles in implementing child-friendly in their family; (4) the diversity of characteristic of parents mainly education and economic background. Abstract

AbstractEach Posdaya (Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga/Family Empowerment Post) is expected to have four important pillars: education, health, entrepreneurship, and the environment. Posdaya Kusuma Jaya which is the best Posdaya in Semarang is located in the South Muktiharjo still not optimal in developing Posdaya in the environmental field. So there needs to maximize the field of innovation through the creation of an aquaponics. Aquaponics is an integrated crop cultivation techniques with fish ponds, the use of continuous water from fish to plant maintenance and vice versa from the plant to the fish pond. The basis of the system of this technology is the optimum water supply for each commodity by using re-circulating system. In conclusion through IbM Posdaya Kusuma Jaya Muktiharjo Kidul Pedurungan Semarang community can optimize one Posdaya field is the field of the environment. Besides, this IbM hopefully can increase knowledge and skills of the people in the manufacture of aquaponics.Keywords: Posdaya, Aquaponics, Environment

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu isu strategis pembangunan nasional adalah?é?á Peningkatan dan perluasan kesejahteraan rakyat. Salah satu komitmen besar untuk mendorong perluasan kesejahteraan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat adalah melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Desa yang memerlukan pendampingan dalam implementasi undang-undang Desa adalah Kecamatan Kayen, Kabupaten Pati yang merupakan Kabupaten dengan jumlah desa yang lebih banyak dibandingkan kabupaten lainnya. Target luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan IbM ini antara lain perangkat Desa mendalami asas, tujuan, dan isu-isu penting yang terdapat dalam undang-undang dan PP yang terkait; menyiapkan awal agar desa memahami dan dapat melaksanaan undang-undang Desa secara khaffah yang menyejahterakan desa serta menggerakkan pengelolaan aset yang dimiliki desa; merumuskan rekomendasi bagi pemberdayaan desa dan/atau regulasi yang perlu disiapkan oleh pemerintah daerah. Metode pelaksanaan ini Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan bimbingan tehnis Implementasi undang-undang Desa. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dalam bentuk sosialisasi undang-undang Desa telah dilaksanakan dengan lancar, mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik dari peserta, dan peserta mampu menyusun keuangan dan aset Desa. Abstract

The purpose of community service activities Ib.M is to provide training and mentoring to teachers in the district Purworedjo PGRI members in order to enhance the professional development of teachers Sustainable pascasertifikasi scientific publications based on the results of PTK . The method used is the method of lecture , discussion , question and answer , the methods of training , assignment , and mentoring . The approach includes five stages are carried out systematically and continuously by stages : 1 ) the first phase , the delivery of material : ( 1 ) Technical Proposal Preparation Class Action Research , (2 ) Technical Report Preparation TOD ; ( 3 ) Techniques of Writing Action Research Results classes and ( 4 ) Rule Tata Write Journal of Advanced Research ; 2 ) the second stage , the preparation of training proposals and reports PTK; drill results TOD article preparation ; 3 ) the third stage , the implementation of TOD mentoring practices in the field , 4 ) The fourth stage , mentoring and supervising the preparation of TOD , and 5 ) the fifth stage , mentoring practices PTK compose articles results ready for publication in research journals . Outcomes generated targets are teachers : 1 ) motivated and willing to develop innovative learning in school through PTK and 2 ) make the results TOD article that is ready to be loaded and Teaching Education Research Journal Educational Insights air- ISSN 2354-5739 Volume 1 Number first issue 1 November 2013 . Abstract

Abstract There are still a few handouts created by the teachers. In fact, teachers feel lazy to make a handout to succeed their teaching and learning process, especially civic teachers who are still low in understanding how to make and design their own handout. A handout is an instrument that teachers supposed to writing it. By writing a handout, teacher can explore his material based on the problems faced in the class. That is way; the Team thought that we need to give them something to train them in writing their own teaching handout. This community service was given to civic teachers of senior high school who has the important role in tranfering knowledge about civic subject. This activity had some sessions, there were; lecturing, discussion, questions answer and feedback. It hopes that by understanding the way in designing a teaching handout, they will be encouraged to make their own handout to support their teaching learning process in the classroom. ?é?á Key words : a teaching handout, a civic subject ?é?á

Abstract

Bank Sampah Mutiara (BSM) merupakan Bank Sampah yang didirikan atas inisiatif masyarakat pada th. 2023 beralamat di RW 10 Kelurahan Tingkir Tengah Kecamatan Tingkir Kota Salatiga, yang bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan sampah rumah tangga yang tidak bernilai ekonomi menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomi. Sampah-sampah rumah tangga selama ini dibuang di TPA melalui tenaga angkut sampah yang berbayar dilain pihak sampah-sampah tersebut banyak yang bernilai ekonomi misalnya kardus bekas kemasan, botol plastic kemasan air minum, besi bekas berbagai bekas bangunan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi BSM antara lain ; pengurus belum semua aktif, belum mempunyai jejaring yang luas masih terbatas dengan pemerintah Kota Salatiga, pengelolaan administrasi masih manual, kesadaran masyarakat untuk memilah sampah masih rendah, sehingga dikawatirkan keberlanjutannya bisa terancam. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu ; Memotivasi pengurus BSM supaya aktif melalui AMT (achiment motivation training), memfasilitasi pembentukan jejaring, melatih komputerisasi administrasi, pelatihan pemilahan sampah kader PKK RT/RW, Kader Posyandu, Pengurus RT dan RW. Kegiatan yang akan dilakukan yaitu Menyelenggarakan AMT bagi pengurus BSM, memfasilitasi pembentukan jejaring dg berbagai pihak a.l. perguruan tinggi, BUMN, dan swasta, pelatihan komputerisasi administrasi BSM, Pelatihan pemilahan sampah organic, non organic, dan sampah B3

Abstract

Children's forums at the village level do not have an optimal role in health service accessibility. The children intended in this study are in the category of adolescents aged 12-18 years. This study was conducted to describe the importance of adolescent health and nutrition education, and to analyze the role of the Children's Forum in violence-prone areas in health access. The study was carried out using qualitative methods and phenomenological descriptive approaches. Data was obtained from observation and filling out adolescent healthy lifestyle questionnaires, health and nutrition accessibility questionnaires through the Youth Posyandu. Data analysis was carried out by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study show that adolescent health and nutrition education needs to be carried out in a structured manner with continuous assistance by the right parties. It is also known that the Children's Forum has an important role in the accessibility of adolescent health in violence-prone areas. It was concluded that health and nutrition education at the Children's Forum in violence-prone areas can be carried out by optimizing adolescent health service posts (Posyandu) for adolescents, establishing health and nutrition service centers, and adolescent counseling on an ongoing basis.   ABSTRAK Forum anak di tingkat desa belum memiliki peran optimal dalam aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan. Anak yang dimaksudkan pada studi ini adalah kategori remaja dengan usia 12-18 tahun. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan pentingnya pendidikan kesehatan dan gizi remaja, dan menganalisis peran Forum Anak di kawasan rentan kekerasan pada akses kesehatan. Studi dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif fenomenologis. Data diperoleh dari observasi dan pengisian kuesioner gaya hidup sehat remaja, kuesioner aksesibilitas kesehatan dan gizi melalui Posyandu Remaja. Analisis data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan dan gizi remaja perlu dilakukan secara terstruktur dengan pendampingan berkelanjutan oleh pihak yang tepat. Diketahui pula bahwa Forum Anak memiliki peran penting dalam aksesibilitas kesehatan remaja di Kawasan rentan kekerasan. Disimpulkan bahwa edukasi kesehatan dan gizi pada Forum Anak di kawasan rentan kekerasan dapat dilakukan dengan optimalisasi pos pelayanan kesehatan remaja (Posyandu) Remaja, dibentuknya sentra layanan kesehatan dan gizi, dan konseling remaja secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan pembentukan karakter religius melalui pembiasaan di SMP Teuku Umar Semarang. Latar belakang dari penelitian yaitu adanya permasalahan yang timbul dari karakter siswa dan kurangnya penerapan karakter religius dari diri siswa dilingkungan sekolah yang terlihat dari perilaku peserta didik seperti terlambat masuk sekolah dan tidak taat aturan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pembentukan karakter religius melalui pembiasaan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Teuku Umar Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu guna mengetahui pembentukan karakter religius melalui pembiasaan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Teuku Umar Semarang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil yaitu 1) Mengucapkan salam sudah dilaksanakan di sekolah. 2) Berdoa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran sudah dilaksanakan di sekolah. 3) Melaksanakan ibadah keagamaan sudah terlaksana di sekolah. 4) Merayakan hari besar keagamaan sudah dilaksanakan di sekolah. 5) Toleransi sudah dilaksanakan di sekolah. Kata Kunci : Karakter, Religius, Sekolah Abstract The purpose of this research is to describe the formation of religious character through habituation at Teuku Umar Junior High School Semarang. The background of the research is the problems arising from the character of students and the lack of application of religious character from students in the school environment which can be seen from the behavior of students such as being late for school and not obeying the rules. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the formation of religious character through habituation at Teuku Umar Junior High School Semarang. The purpose of this study is to determine the formation of religious character through habituation at Teuku Umar Junior High School Semarang. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study found that 1) Saying greetings has been implemented at school. 2) Praying before and after learning has been carried out at school. 3) Carrying out religious worship has been implemented at school. 4) Celebrating religious holidays has been implemented at school. 5) Tolerance has been implemented at school.
