Abstract

Based on the evaluation, learning in economics education courses still use that method one direction, in which the students listen, most of the students tend to be quiet, and students are rarely asked and expression. These conditions resulted in less active students and experiencing saturation in learning, so that will have an impact on student learning outcomes. To overcome these problems required the efforts of lecturers create attractive learning environment and has a learning innovation by involving students to acquire knowledge so as to facilitate the achievement of learning objectives in particular. Researchers attempting to implement a strategy of active learning (active learning) one debate active learning.Through active debate method (active debate) which is a blend of listening and speaking skills that can give freedom to all students to express their opinions in a way to think critically about an issue from all sides, according to ability and knowledge to be able to improve learning outcomes. Based on the results, it can be concluded that through active debate methods can enhance students' critical thinking skills in entrepreneurship courses. Such improvements can be seen from the average score of students' critical thinking students who obtained before any action is 1,9, then the cycle I got an average score of 2,8 and learning activities in the second cycle received an average score of learning activities amounting to 3,6. This means that the critical thinking skills of students in entrepreneurial learning criteria increased from low, to medium and increased again to high criteria.

Abstract

Thisystudy aims to analyzepand find out the effect of service quality drivers on customer loyalty throughysatisfaction. Primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to Gojek service users using Google Form. The population in this study is not limited in number. In this study, the sample used was 100 respondents who used Gojek services. This study uses 3 variables which are then analyzed using path analysis. From?the results of the t test research, namely the quality of service on satisfaction has a value of t count (1.819) t table (1.66) with a significance of 0.072 so that there is a significant effect. Analysis of t test data, namely the quality of service to customer loyalty has a value of t count (5.258) t table (1.66) with a significance of 0.000 so there is a significant effect. The t-test analysis is that satisfaction with customer loyalty has a value of t count (4.168) t table (1.66) with a significance of 0.000 so that there is a significant effect. From the results of the calculation of the sobel test of service quality on customer loyalty through the satisfaction of online Gojek service users in the city of Jember, it can be obtained a value of 2.274, because the z value obtained is greater than the t-table value (1.66), it can be concluded that satisfaction can indirectly mediate service quality customer loyalty

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan delay avoidan, work method dan cara belajar terhadap prestasi belajar,. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah confirmatory research. Dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode Proportionate Stratified Rondom Sampling. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian melalui penyebaran angket kepada siswa-siswi kelas XI IPS 1, 2 dan 3 SMA Negeri 5 Jember. Data yang terkumpul akan di analisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji f) diperoleh Fhitung= 93,006 > Ftabel = 2,769, dan hasil sig 0,000, sehingga H1 yang berbunyi “Delay Avoidan, Work Method, Cara belajar berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap prestasi  belajar” diterima.Kata Kunci : Delay avoidan, Metode kerja, Cara belajar dan Prestasi belajar

Abstract

Understanding determinant factors affecting students interest in higher education will promote a greater human resource. This study aims to investigate the impact of the social-economic conditions of the fishing community in Jember of Indonesia on students’ intention to higher education, as well as understanding the role of learning achievement. This study involved 110 completed questionnaires for analysis purposes. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a path analysis model. The results of this study indicate an impact of the social economic conditions of the fishing community on students’ intention to higher educations. This study can be concluded that social economic conditions and their learning achievement perform students’ interest in higher education. This study also notes that learning achievement has successfully mediated the relationship between social-economic and interest to higher students.Keywords: Social economic, Students’ achievement, Intention to higher education

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of lexicon in the Java language (bJ) which has the meaning of bamboo-based container. The description is based on the formation of lexicon not necessarily formed and spoken without considering the external aspects of the language (metabahasa) that exist in the community of speakers. Meta The language that became the starting point and the basis of categorization makes this research not only involves linguistic analysis but a combination of linguistics and anthropology and commonly called etnolinguistik. The lexicon categorization of bamboo-based containers in Javanese is adapted to the form, the domain of use and the meta aspects of the language reflected in each lexicon. From the analysis results obtained three domains of use and overall leksikon nouns.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of entrepreneurship learning and social media conducted by the school. With this, it shows an increase in students` interest in entrepreneurship so that it can be formulated in this study that how is the impact of entrepeneurship learning and social media both partially and simultaneously on interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze and determine the impact of entrepreneurship learning and social media on interest in entrepreneurship. From primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to class XII students at Trunojoyo High School, Jember. The population in this study were students of class XII BDP 1, 2 and 3, amounting to 75 respondents. And in this study the sample used amounted to 75 respondents of class XII BDP students. The type in this research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis method with data processing using SPSS IBM version 25. The hypothesis test in this study is the t test and f test with a value level of = 5%. From the results of the t-test research, the first variable of entrepreneurial learning on interest in entrepreneurship has a value of 10.610>1.6660 with a significance of 0.000 so that there is a partially significant effect. The t-test data analysis of the second variable of social media on the interest in entrepreneurship has a value of 151.826> 1.6660 with a significance of 0.000 so that there is a significant effect. Furthermore, the analysis of the f test data Simultaneously the independent variables (entrepreneurship learning and social media) in this study had a value of 20478 > 3.12 so that there was a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the interest in entrepreneurship in class XII BDP students at at Trunojoyo High School, Jember

Abstract

This research was conducted 1) to determine the partially significant effect of advertising on consumer buying interest in online tutoring services at SMAN 3 Jember. 2) To find out the partially significant effect of brand ambassadors on consumer buying interest in online tutoring services at SMAN 3 Jember. 3) To determine the simultaneous significant effect of advertising and brand ambassadors on consumer buying interest in online tutoring services at SMAN 3 Jember. The population in this study were students of class X and XI at SMAN 3 Jember. The type of research used by the researcher is descriptive research using multiple linear regression analysis method with data processing using the SPSS 22 program. Hypothesis testing in this study uses t test and f test with a value level of a = 5%. The results of this study indicate that 1) partially advertising has a significant effect on consumer buying interest in online tutoring services at SMAN 3 Jember, while 2) brand ambassadors partially have no significant effect on consumer buying interest in online tutoring services at SMAN 3 Jember. 3) Simultaneously, advertising and brand ambassadors have a significant effect on consumer buying interest in online tutoring services at SMAN 3 Jember

Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the factors that become internal strengths and weaknesses, factors that become external opportunities and threats, and determine the right marketing strategy to be applied to G Vape Jember. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The number of respondents is 25 people, the determination of respondents in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses triangulation by examining the use of sources. The results of the study show that: 1) the internal strengths and weaknesses of G Vape Jember are G Vape's strategic location, quality products sold, friendly store service, affordable prices offered to consumers, availability of member cards to get free liquid products if the purchase is 10 times. While the weaknesses of G Vape are: incomplete product variations, lack of security, lack of employees. 2) factors that become external opportunities and threats to G Vape Jember, namely the Vape Trend which is growing, Improving people's consumptive lifestyle, Technology is increasingly sophisticated. While the threats to G Vape are: More and more similar vape shops, Competitor products have competitive prices. 3) The right strategy to apply G Vape Jember in marketing its products based on SWOT analysis theory. are typically sectioned logically as an overview of what appears in the paper

Abstract

Microeconomics learning aims to help students understand how economic concepts and theories can be used to analyze and solve economic problems in everyday life. The study aims to develop Eco-mobile learning applications as learning media intended to improve critical thinking skills in terms of the cognitive style of economic education students. This research followed the Lee and Owen’s development model with the stages of need assessment and analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were 105 economic education students taking microeconomics courses. The results of the media expert's assessment of the Eco-mobile learning application media as a whole were 94%, material experts gave an assessment of 97.3%, and student and lecturer responses to the practicality of the Eco-mobile learning application were 86.4% and 95.2%. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the media can be obtained from the results of the critical thinking post-test scores in the experimental and control classes. Based on the overall results, it can be concluded that the Eco-mobile learning application developed in this research is suitable for use and effective in improving critical thinking skills in terms of the cognitive style of economics education students. Keywords: Eco-mobile learning, Critical thinking skill, Cognitive style
