Abstract

abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepribadian tokoh Tariq pada film Penyalin Cahaya dengan teori semiotika John Fiske. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, melalui pendekatan semiotika John Fiske. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak catat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tanda-tanda sinematik atau film yang signifikan dalam menggambarkan kepribadian tokoh Tariq pada film Penyalin Cahaya. Tanda-tanda pada film yang dimaksud relevan dengan perspektif teoretis semiotika John Fiske dengan tiga level yakni realita, representasi, serta ideology. Berdasarkan teori yang di gunakan John Fiske membuktikan bahwa kajian semiotika mampu menunjukkan beberapa fragmen dalam adegan video klip yang paling menekankan makna sesuai konsep dari mas-ing-masing video klip dengan teori semiotika.Kata kunci—Semiotika John Fiske, Representasi Kepribadian, Film.  Abstract—This study aims to determine the personality of Tariq character in the film Penyalin Cahaya with John Fiske semiotic theory. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, through John Fiske semiotic approach. The data collection technique used the note-taking method. The results of the study indicate that there are cinematic or film signs that are significant in describing the personality of Tariq character in the film Penyalin Cahaya. The signs in the film are relevant to the theoretical perspective of John Fiske semiotics with three levels, that is reality, representation, and ideology. Based on the theory used by John Fiske, it proves that the study of semiotics is able to show several fragments in the video clip scene that most emphasize the meaning according to the concept of each video clip with semiotic theory.Keywords— John Fiske Semiotics, Personality Representation, Film

Abstract

abstrak— Sebuah gagasan, ide atau pemikiran seseorang itu semua disampaikan melalui bahasa dikarenakan bahasa merupakan jembatan bagi penyampaian ide gagasan atau pemikiran tersebut, dengan itu semua yang ingin diungkapkan dapat tersampaikan dengan baik tentunya dengan penggunaan bahasa yang baik dan benar (Brastyan, Andini Prima 2019:14). Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dari segi pengkajian semiotika, maka dari itu mengapa pada penelitian ini kita fokus kepada analisis semiotika dalam lagu yang berjudul cinta sendiri yang dinyanyikan oleh Pasha Salsabila, M., & Putri, K. Y. S. (2022). Lagu cinta sendiri merupakan lagu yang ditulis dan dipopulerkan oleh Pasha ungu dalam lagu cinta sendiri merupakan lagu atau single kedua solo yang diluncurkan oleh Pasha pada 27 November 2020 lagu ini memiliki bahasa yang mudah dipahami oleh pendengar musik bahasanya yang ringan namun penuh arti. Dalam analisis lirik lagu ini mengajarkan kita tentang arti keikhlasan dan melepaskan sesuatu yang bukan memiliki kita serta kita lebih memahami makna dari lagu secara mendalam ketika kita memahami ilmu dalam semantik sebagai sarana pemahaman lirik lagu yang kita analisis.Kata kunci—Semantik, Lirik Lagu.  Abstract— An idea, an idea or a person’s thoughts are all conveyed through language because language is a bridge for the delivery of those ideas or thoughts, with that everything that wants to be expressed can be conveyed properly, of course with the use of good and correct language (Brastyan, Andini Prima 2019:14). In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach in terms of semiotic studies, therefore why in this study we focus on semiotic analysis in the song entitled Love sung by Pasha Salsabila, M., & Putri, K. Y. S. (2022). The love song itself is a song written and popularized by Pasha ungu in the love song itself, is a song or second solo single launched by Pasha on November 27, 2020, this song has a language that is easily understood by music listeners, the language is light but full of meaning. In analyzing the lyrics of this song, it teaches us about the meaning of sincerity and letting go of something that does not belong to us and we understand the meaning of the song more deeply when we understand the science of semantics as a means of understanding the lyrics of the song that we analyze.Keywords— Semantics, Song Lyrics.

Abstract

The aims of this community service program is to provide assistance the students of SMP MBS Al Amin Bojonegoro in writing short stories using project-based learning. The method of this program is divided into three stages, namely initial stage, main stage, and final stage. In the initial stage, observation and interview are carried out. Moreover, it conducts problem analysis and literature review. In the main stage, the students are trained to write short stories by implementing project-based learning. In the final stage, monitoring and evaluation are carried out. In the end of this stage, students are given gifts. The conclusion of this community service program is the students of SMP MBS Al Amin Bojonegoro are able to write short stories easily when projectbased learning is implemented. This method helps students in describing the storyline based on their experiences in the boarding house. They starts to write it using the stages given.
