Abstract

This study aims to identity the impact of fnancial leverage, corporate size and capital on the proftability of hotel’s company in Indonesia. The Study used capital structure as an intervening variable. On this Study, the researcher selected the fnancial data from 10 Hotel’s Company which is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The period of research are 10 years from 2007 untill 2016. Based on the fnancial data provided, the researcher has 100 obeservation data. The Study used path anlysis with the out put result as an beta of the impact and path diagram, the beta will be add on the path equation and this study will translate and intepretation the path equation. The result of the study are there is signifcant impact between fnancial leverage and Capital Structure, Capital has a negative impact to the Capital Structure, Financial Leverage has negative impact to the proftability, Corporate Size has signifcant impact to the Proftability, Capital has negative impact to the Proftability and Capital Structure has negative impact to Proftability of Hotel’s Company in Indonesia. Based on the result of the study above, can be concluded the management of source of fund which consist of external source of fund (Financial Leverage) and internal source of fund (Capital) not good enough managed by the company that made the uses of the source of fund has decrease the proftability of Hotel’s Company in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the development of Focus Group Discusion (FGD) ecotourism P. Pramuka, at Kepulauan Seribu District shows the difference of public expectation, the facilities provided by the Government and the desire of tourists as measured on the basis of benefts and interests of all stakeholders. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) attempts to capture the various proposals of the participants in the discussion, but often to analyze the root of the problem and the solution does not include the identifcation of needs in analyzing. As a result the discussion becomes unfocused and becomes diffcult to fnd the root of the problem, and ultimately there is no fundamental solution. To trace the problem and able to give a realistic suggestion can be used as a solution to do the method of Problem Root Analysis and Solution (MAAMS) which presents a way of thinking with supported flow charts to get the best solution. The application of the MAAMS, guides researchers in inductive or deductive, qualitative and quantitative thinking, in greater depth and comprehensiveness, facilitating multi-disciplinary cooperation. The fnal result of this research is able to give consensus solution to synergize each other to catch the opportunity by welcoming the coming of ekowisatawan which keep increasing and fnally able to improve prosperity of society around P Pramuka, Kepulauan Seribu District

Abstract

The growing use of the internet has created an opportunity for entrepreneurs to attract consumers. The opportunity, utilized by entrepreneurs (MSMEs) to expand the reach of marketing through online advertising. Some discusses on MSMEs try to test the effectiveness of this approach on ice cream products with purple yams raw materials. Some articles describe the literature review of online advertising and how to make it work. In this article done the application of facebook fanpage as an online marketing strategy by optimizing facebook ads feature - fanpage. The end result shows a large increase in the number of consumers and on the application of e-commerce can increase the sales volume of 32% for the city of Surakarta

Abstract

Improving of assignment line balancing at work stations must be use to get increasing effisiency production line. The effisiency of production line can be represented by minimum number of worker to put in production, and minium idle time. The aim of research is to find improving of assembly production line and to achieve the production target into simulation system in line balancing. Line CY.14-XX is one of the production line that proude television with capacity 190 unit per hour. Time work have been measure by time study method. The first condition efficiency of production line is 70 percent with idle time is 191 second or 29 percent, and number of operating workers for producing television using 40 operator. The result of simulation system in production line shows efficiency of production line increase 81 percent with idle time is 115 seconds or 19 percen, and number of operating workers for producting television decreasing 4 operators or using 36 operators. Pursuant on simulation system result that the proposal of improvement line of balancing electronic assembly can be applied to real production system.
