Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital adequacy, problematic financing, profit sharing and inflation rates on Mudharabah deposits in Islamic commercial banks. There are 5 samples in this study that meet the criteria, namely Bank Jabar Banten Syariah, Panin Dubai Syariah Bank, Bukopin Syariah Bank, BCA Syariah and Maybank Syariah Indonesia. The analytical tool used is panel data regression analysis. The chosen model is Random Effect which is tested by F test and t test, with a significance level of 5%. From the results of the analysis, it is known that simultaneous Capital Adequacy, Problem Financing, Profit Sharing and Inflation Rate have a significant effect on Mudharabah Deposits. Partially Capital Adequacy, Problem Financing and Inflation Rate have no significant effect on Mudharabah Deposits while Profit Sharing has a positive and significant effect on Mudharabah Deposits.

Abstract

This study aims to examines three elements shape leadership in Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) theory as a relationship and process. The goal of supply-chain management is to create a satisfied customer by coordinating all of the activities of the supply-chain members into a seamless process.  LMX quality is important for the company, because it relates to employee behavior and attitudes, including improving employee performance. The research method applied literature review using description logic and systematics. In this article the theory will be observed specially the effect of LMX on employee performance and antecedents of LMX. The results of the study found that the effect of LMX quality on performance is determined by the characteristics of the task as antecedent LMX in the company.

Abstract

This paper examines the relationship between employee commitment and supply chain integration dimensions by Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) to explain several performance measures, such as flexibility, delivery, quality, inventory and customer satisfaction. So three elements shape leadership in Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) theory as a relationship and process are investigated. LMX quality is important for the company, because it relates to employee behavior and attitudes, including improving employee performance. Abstract

Banking Mediation is a dispute resolution efforts between the bank and its customers conducted by the FSA or LAPSPI for the interests of the parties in order to achieve results that benefit both parties. LAPSPI role in mediating disputes banks have not been effective because there are still weaknesses in the Regulation on Rules and Procedures LAPSPI Mediation. The result of mediation is LAPSPI not provide legal protection against the parties because they have not regulated the legal consequences if there are parties who are not acting in good faith. LAPSPI branches to be made at all branches of the FSA in each province, the number of facilitators (mediators, adjudicators, arbitrators) certified and expert in banking plus so handling the case of banks through the mediation can be effective. Banking institutions should be more active in providing direction or preventive education to the customer to avoid a dispute with the bank, in addition to the complementary rules yet regarding a party who is not acting in good faith and the role of legal counsel when representing clients in dispute. Abstract

Infrastructure development drives changes in livelihoods, incomes, and social status. The construction of the Teluk Lamong Terminal is a phenomenon of community social change that originates from environmental changes. This study aims to explain the socio-economic changes in the surrounding community after constructing the Teluk Lamong Terminal. This research was conducted using a descriptive method by interviewing 161 employees who are also part of the local community. This study found that most people felt the socio-economic changes that occurred because of the multiplier effect in the economic field, such as opening business opportunities. In the social field, changes also occur in social relations in the community, namely the improvement in conditions of social harmony and the role of PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal in terms of repairing various infrastructures in the affected areas. Through the concept of Green Port and Green Culture, PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal also creates cultural changes in the community to participate consistently in protecting the environment.

Abstract

The increasing divorce rate in South Sulawesi, particularly in Makassar, poses significant challenges to the protection of children's and women's rights. This study aims to enhance community understanding in Panampu Village regarding these rights post-divorce through legal counseling. The method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), which involves the community in every stage of the activity, from problem identification to evaluation. The counseling event was held on November 15, 2024, attended by 50 participants, and the pre-test results indicated a low level of understanding. However, after the counseling, the post-test results showed a significant improvement in understanding, with all participants answering correctly regarding the rights of children and women. This activity is expected to contribute to increased legal awareness and the protection of children's and women's rights in the community

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop effective learning media, which is based on animated videos about the importance of tolerance and communication ethics. The method used in this research is qualitative with an R&D (Research and Development) approach. The research subjects involved three material experts, one media expert, as well as Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and Counseling Guidance (BK) teachers. The results showed that the material feasibility test using the Aiken-V index obtained a value of 0.84, which indicates a very high category and means very feasible. While the results of the media feasibility test reached a value of 1, which also means very high and feasible. Thus, this video-based learning media is very feasible to use to improve students' understanding of religious tolerance and communication ethics. However, there are some evaluations related to this learning media, especially regarding the duration of the video which is considered too long. This can cause students to lose focus and interest. Therefore, it is recommended to revise the duration of the video to make it more concise and concise, so that it can increase the effectiveness of material delivery.

Abstract

This research examines the form of prokem language in speech events used by MAN 2 Serang City students. The aim of this research is to describe the use of prokem language forms in the speech events of MAN 2 Serang City students. This research uses a descriptive research approach as its method. Data collection was carried out through field observations, recording dialogue results, interviews with a list of questions, as well as listening and note-taking methods. The data analysis process in this method uses a descriptive approach. The technique used in this research is a distributional technique. The research results show four processes of morphological formation of prokem language in the speech events of MAN 2 Serang City students, namely abbreviations, acronyms, affixation and reduplication. Apart from that, there are words taken from regional/Javanese languages, taken from English, and the creation of new words with new meanings. In the formation of the phonology of prokem language vocabulary, namely reversal of syllables, replacement of vowels and consonants.
