Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan yang sering muncul pada budidaya udang vanname di tambak adalah mortalitas yang tinggi disebabkan oleh faktor lingkungan dan penggunaan kolom air tambak atau petakan tambak kultivan yang dipelihara lebih dari 2 jenis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji  pengaruh sistem polikultur pada udang vanname (Litopenaeus vannamei) dan rumput laut (Caulerpa racemosa) dengan bobot rumput laut yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelulushidupan serta perbaikan kualitas air tambak. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Pebruari sd Maret 2020 di Tambak mitra Pokdakan Sidomulyo, Kelurahan Krapyak Lor, Kecamatan Pekalongan Utara Kota Pekalongan. Bahan uji yang digunakan adalah  udang vanname  yang berukuran 6,45 ± 0,05 gr dan rumput laut (Caulerpa racemosa) dengan bobot 0, 75, 150, 225 gr. Rancangan penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan yaitu T1 (udang vanname 20 ekor), T2 (udang vanname 20 ekor + rumput laut 75 gr), T3 (udang vanname 20 ekor + rumput laut 150 gr), dan T4 (udang vanname 20 ekor + rumput laut 225 gr). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa polikultur udang vanname dengan rumput laut berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap pertumbuhan bobot mutlak, kelulushidupan dan konversi pakan (P<0.05). Pertumbuhan bobot mutlak pada udang vannamei tertinggi  pada T3 (20V+150 CR g RL) =udang vanname20 ekor + bobot rumput laut 150 g dengan bobot mutlak udang vanamei 19.60±3.42b g), kelushidupan 90±0.05b%, 1.65±0.09b, dan pertumbuhan bolbot mutlak C.racemosa T3 (932±2,73b g), kelulushidupan C.racemosa (90.25±4.25b%).Kata kunci: Polikultur, udang vaname, Caulerpa racemosa, pertumbuhan  AbstractThe problems that often arise of white shrimp vanname culture in ponds are high mortality caused by environmental factors and the use of pond water columns or pond plots that are maintained of more than 2 types. This study aims to examine the effect of the polyculture system on white shrimp vanname (Litopenaeus vannamei) and seaweed (Caulerpa racemosa) on different seaweed weights on growth and survival and improvement of pond water quality. The research was carried out from February to March 2020 in Pokkdakan Sidomulyo partner ponds, Krapyak Lor Village, Pekalongan Utara District, Pekalongan City. The test materials used were white shrimp vanname  measuring 6.45 ± 0.05 gr and seaweed (C. racemosa) with a weight of 0, 75, 150, 225 gr. The research design was carried out by experimental method using completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely T1 (20 white shrimp vanname ), T2 (20 white shrimp vanname + 75 gr seaweed), T3 (20 white shrimp vanname + grass. sea 150 gr), and T4 (20 white shrimp vanname + 225 gr seaweed). The results showed that white shrimp vanname polyculture with seaweed had a significant effect (P <0.05) on absolute weight growth, survival and feed conversion (P <0.05). The highest absolute weight growth in white shrimp vanname was at T3 (20V + 150 CR g RL) = 20 vannamei shrimp + 150 g seaweed weight with 19.60 ± 3.42bg absolute weight of white shrimp vanname ), 90 ± 0.05b%, 1.65 ± 0.09b, survival rate and the absolute bolbot growth of C.racemosa T3 (932 ± 2.73b g), survival rate of C.racemosa (90.25 ± 4.25b%). Keyword: Polyculture, white shrimp Vannamei, Caulerpa Racemosa, growth

Abstract

Daun sirih dapat digunakan sebagai obat alami maupun buatan karena mengandung chlavicol yang mempunyai sifat bakterasidal dan fungisidal pada bakteri dan jamur.  Selain itu daun sirih dapat menanggulangi serangan kloparasit pada ikan hias tetra salah satunya adalah ikan tetra. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai konsentrasi daun sirih terhadap kelulushidupan ikan neon tetra terhadap serangang ektoparasit dan konsentrasi optimal yang diberikan sebagai pengobatan terhadap seftrngan ektoparasit. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimental laboratories dengan rancangan dasar e.cak lengkap dan ikan uji yang digunakan adalah ikan hias tetra.Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi daun sirih yang berbeda mempunyai pengaruh sangat nyeta (P ( 0,01) terhadap Kelulushidupan  kan hias tetra dan padakonsentrasi  daun sirih 8,3 ppt (99,40%) paling efektif untuk mengurangi ektoparasit pada ikan hias tetra.Kata kunci : Daun Sirih, Ikan hias Tetra Ektoparasit dan Kelulushidupan.

Abstract

This purpose of this studyis to determinethe optimizationof the use of dextrin on shrimp feedin pellet form to reveal the value of protein efficiencyratio (PER), the efficiencyof feed utilization(EPP), the relative growth rate(RGR) andsurvival rate(SR) of juveniletiger shrimp(P. monodon). experimental method with used complete randomized design(CRD) 4 treatmentsandt 3 plications. Feedgiven4 timesa dayat 08.00, 13.00, 17.00 and23:00as much as 8% of theweight ofthe shrimpbiomass.TreatmentA,B, C, andDareapplied with a crumble shaped of artificial feedand different concentration of dextrin such as 19.98; 17.98; 15.98, and 13.98%. The variablestested wereRGR, SR, FCR, PER, EPP.The results showedthat the paste shape of artificialfeed with different proteinsconcentration give ahigh significantly different to theSGR, PER, EPP, and give not significantly differenttoSR of juveniletiger shrimp. Abstract

The aimed of this research to effect probiotics influented on the growth, survival rates, production, productivity and FCR and water quality condition of Pacific white shrimp L. vannamei in pond under semi intensif system. Six of pond compartments each sized 2,000 m2 were stocked with PL-12 at the density of 15 fries/m2. Two treatmens of probiotics application in pond were tested, there were A). 0 mg/L probiotic and B).1.5 mg/L fermentation of probiotic. Each treatment was done in three replicated. On treatment probiotic applied weekly to the ponds started on the first week before shrimp stocking until harvested, while in treatment B probiotic application was mixedwith feed pelled then it was given to the cultured shrimp in the ponds. Result of the research showed that final shrimp body weight in treatment B tend to be higher compared to the treatment A. Absolut shrimp growth-rate in treatment B: 20.727 ± 0.042 g and treatment A :15.7 ± 0.016 g, Shrimp survival rate treatment A 0.432±0.0003 and treatment B : 0.79±0.0145. Production-rate of shrimp in treatment A: 203.627±0.083 kg/2000 m2 and treatment B : 504.489 kg/200 m2. Productivity of shrimp in treatment A : 0.1 kg/m2/period of plants dan perlakuan B: 0.25 kg/m2/period of plants. FCR of shrimp in treatment A 1.79±0.005 and treatment B : 1.42±0.003. Probiotics used in treatment B resulted in the enchancement of water quality condition (total organic matter, nitrat) compared to the treatment A ( 0 probiotics). This condition presumably resulted the highest shrimp production in treatment A.Keywords : production, Pacific white shrimp, probiotics.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to study and find performance through the length and weight growth and survival of larvae feeding catfish with Tubifex sp. Mass culture results using fermented manure quail, rice bran and tofu waste. Test animals used were larvae of catfish (C. gariepenus) with a weight of ± 0.6 g / ind. The research method was experimental. The experimental method completely randomized design with 4 treatments, treatment A (100g / L bran; 100 g / L tofu); B (100 g / L quail manure; 50g / L rice bran; 50 g / L tofu waste); C (50 g / L quail manure; 100g / L rice bran; 50 g / L tofu waste) and D (50 g / L quail manure; 50g / L rice bran; 100g / L tofu waste) and 3 replications. Tubifex sp. naturally fed as many as five times a day. The results showed that feeding Tubifex sp. Mass culture results using fermented quail manure, rice bran and tofu waste significant (P <0.05) in length and biomass catfish larvae but not significant (P> 0.05) on the survival of hatched larvae catfish (C. gariepenus). Larvae catfish (C. gariepenus) have a range of 1.88 -3.94 cm and 31.98 g biomass - 45.95 g, and the survival rate ranges between 96% 98%.Based on research, the treatment of larval feeding catfish with Tubifex sp. Mass culture results in the treatment of 100 g / L quail manure; 50g / L of rice bran; 50 g / L tofu waste out best with a length of 3.94 cm, weight 45.95 g biomass and SR 98%Keyword : Tubifex sp. fermentation, catfish larvae, survival, growth, rice bran; tofu waste, quail manure

Abstract

Natural food is the best food for fish because the nutrient cannot be replaced by artificial food. Artemia is one of the best available live food for larvae shrimp (L. vannamei), it is due to Artemia has a good nutrient for larvae shrimp. The purpose of the study is to the influence of the growth, survival and biomass weight through feeding larval shrimp Artemia sp. local products fortified). Tested animals that used were larvae of shrimp with average stages PL1-PL10, this study was conducted by using completely randomized experimental design with 4 treatments and 3 replicates. The results showed that there were significant effects (P<0.05) on biomass of shrimp larvae fed by Artemia sp. local products enriched by diatom, which the Artemia sp. local products fed by C.calcitrans and S.costatum is the best treatment with 5.84±0.6%; for biomass and showed that there were significant effect (P<0.05) on biomassof shrimp larvae fed by Artemia sp. local products enriched by diatom is 5,93±0,12 gr and 87,62 ± 2,52%. For highest survival rate showed that there were significant effects (P<0.05) on biomass of shrimp larvae fed by Artemia sp. local products enriched by diatom with the highest biomass of shrimp larvae fed by Artemia sp.
