Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of internal control systems (ICS) on organizational effectiveness at PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia, focusing on the goal attainment approach in the field of airport services. This research is motivated by the inconsistency between the increase in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score from ACI World and the number of complaints received by the company. The COSO internal control framework is used as a theoretical foundation to evaluate the implementation of ICS in the company. The empirical analysis results show that the simultaneous implementation of ICS has a significant effect on organizational effectiveness. Specifically, the control environment, information and communication, and monitoring have been proven to have a significant impact on organizational effectiveness, while risk assessment and control activities do not show a significant impact. This study recommends that PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia update its company regulations related to ICS by adopting the latest COSO framework, as well as developing guidelines for internal auditors to evaluate the implementation of ICS effectively. The implication of this research is the importance of focusing on developing ICS elements that have been proven effective in improving organizational effectiveness

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to systematically examine the influence of capital structure, liquidity, and profitability on firm value and performance, based on nine scholarly articles published between 2012 and 2024. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a PRISMA-based approach to select and analyze relevant articles. The synthesis results show that capital structure (measured by DER), liquidity (CR, FDR), and profitability (ROA, ROE, NIM) have varying effects depending on the industrial sector, research period, and geographical context. Capital structure tends to negatively affect firm performance when leverage is excessively high, while profitability generally correlates positively with firm value. Liquidity demonstrates mixed effects—both positive and negative—depending on how it is managed. This study contributes to the development of financial management and industrial engineering by emphasizing the importance of a holistic and data-driven approach in strategic corporate decision-making.

Credit risk can be mitigated by doing customer segmentation precisely. Mitigation is done by other risks, namely, operation, market, liquidity, legal, strategic, and pandemic risk-covid 19. Pandemic risk-covid 19 is an additional risk and positively correlates to start-up fintech elements. Abstract

LPS is permitted to propose changes to the deposit insurance coverage limitations. The evaluation dimensions of effectiveness and efficiency are used as the primary assessment criteria in this paper to analyze these adjustment criteria utilizing the evaluation dimensions theory. Data on savings account distribution are all used. According to the analysis's findings, just 0.1 percent of all banking accounts hold 60.42 percent of the sector's total nominal deposits. The study comes to the conclusion that the standards used to gauge the level of deposit protection offered by LPS do not entirely correspond to the theoretically derived dimensions of efficiency and effectiveness. This study emphasizes the possibility of systemic risk by focusing on the dynamics of banking customers' deposits, account distribution, and nominal distribution of bank deposits.
