This study aims to determine the relationship between discipline and academic achievement. The hypothesis of this study states that there is a positive relationship between discipline and academic achievement. Subjects of this study were 123 students of Perguruan Setia Budi Abadi Perbaungan. Data were obtained from the school report card to measure academic achievement and data were obtained from a scale to measure discipline. Data were analyze by Spearman’s Rank Order Correlation with SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that the correlation coefficien was 0,688 (p<0,05). It showed that there is a positive relationship between discipline and academic achievement. From these results it is concluded that the hypothesis stating there is a positive relationship between discipline and academic achievement is acceptable.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work life balance dengan keterikatan karyawan. Untuk penelitian ini yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah karyawan pada PT Bank Sinarmas KC Medan, meliputi karyawan bagian Operasional maupun Non operasional yaitu sebanyak 111 orang karyawan dengan menerapkan teknik total sampling. Alat yang digunakan dalam metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode skala likert. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Psychological Well-Being dengan Loneliness pada Lansia yang Tinggal di Panti Jompo di Kota Medan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan negatif antara Psychological Well-Being dengan Loneliness pada Lansia yang Tinggal di Panti Jompo di Kota Medan. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 orang lansia yang menetap di panti jompo dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Psychological Well-Being dan skala Loneliness masing-masing sebanyak 31 aitem. Every organization in general has a dependency on aspects of human resources. Organizations are required to obtain, develop, and maintain quality human resources in order to plan, do, and determine the realization of the goals of the organization. This study aims to determine the relationship between career development with turnover intentions. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a negative relationship between career development and turnover intentions. The research subjects used in this study were employees of PT Benua Penta Global in Medan was 103 people selected by using total sampling. Analysis of the data used is to use Product Moment correlation through the help of SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed r = -0,299, and p = 0.002 (p 0.05) which shows that there is a negative relationship between career development and turnover intention. The results of this study indicate that the contribution (R2) given by career development variables to turnover intentions is 9 percent, while the remaining 91 percent is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the relationship between conscientiousness personality traits and cyberbullying. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a negative relationship between the traits of conscientiousness personality and cyberbullying. The research subjects used in this study were class XI students of Bodhicita Private High SchoolMedan, totaling 119 people. Data is obtained from a scale to measure the traits of conscientiousness and cyberbullying personality. Calculations are carried out by conducting an analysis prerequisite test (assumption test) consisting of a normality test and a linearity test. Analysis of the data used is using Product Moment correlation through SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of -0.575 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). The results of this study indicate that the contribution given to the conscientiousness personality traits variable towards cyberbullying is 33.1 percent, the remaining 66.9 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the research hypothesis there is a negative relationship between the traits of conscientiousness personality and acceptable cyberbullying.

This study aims to find relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The hypothesis of this study states that there is a positive relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The subjects of this study were teachers in Methodist-2 private school Medan consisting of 110 subjects selected by using purposive sampling method. Data were obtained from a scale to measure organizational commitment and OCB. Analysis of the data used is Pearson Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 20.00 for Windows program. The results of this research showed a correlation of 0.388 (p <0.05) and showed that there is a positive relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable organizational commitment to the OCB was 15,1 percent and the remaining 84,9 percent is influenced by other factors that are not examined. From these results it is concluded that the hypothesis is acceptable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keadilan organisasional dengan komitmen organisasional. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara keadilan organisasional dengan komitmen organisasional, dengan asumsi semakin tinggi keadilan organisasional, maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasional dan sebaliknya. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT.Datascrip Medan sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih dengan metode sampling jenuh. Data diperoleh dari skala untuk mengukur keadilan organisasional dan komitmen organisasional. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Pearson Product Moment Correlation melalui bantuan program SPSS 17.00 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.450 (p<0.05). Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara keadilan organisasional dengan komitmen organisasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan variabel keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional adalah sebesar 20.3 persen, selebihnya 79.7 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima.a

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara conscientiousness dan cyberloafing. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan negatif antara conscientiousness dengan cyberloafing. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. C sebanyak 105 orang yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari Skala untuk mengukur conscientiousness dan cyberloafing. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan melalui uji prasyarat analisis (uji asumsi) yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas hubungan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan korelasi Product Moment melalui bantuan SPSS 17 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.561 dengan p sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif antara conscientiousness dengan cyberloafing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan variabel conscientiousness terhadap cyberloafing adalah sebesar 31,5%.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara body shaming dengan self-confidence pada remeja perempuan di SMA Swasta Kalam Kudus Medan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu adanya hubungan negatif antara body shaming dengan self-confidence pada remeja perempuan di SMA Swasta Kalam Kudus Medan. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 remeja perempuan yang mengalami prilaku body shaming dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif, dengan menggunakans skala body shaming 48 butir dan skala selfconfidence 48 butir. Uji asumsi yang digunakan terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linerlitas. Data di analisis menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment dengan SPSS versi 20.0 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara body shaming dengan self-confidence pada remaja perempuan di SMA Swasta Kalam Kudus Medan dengan koefisien korelasi Pearson Correlation sebesar r = 0.772 dengan Sig sebesar 0.000 (p < 0.05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan efektif yang di berikan variabel body shaming terhadap self-confidence sebesar 59,6 persen dan sisanya 40,4 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian adanya hubungan negatif antara body shaming dengan self-confidence di tolak. This study aims to determine the relationship between body shaming and self-confidence in adolescent girls at the Kalam Kudus Private High School Medan. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a negative relationship between body shaming and self-confidence in adolescent girls at the Kalam Kudus Private High School Medan. The research subjects used in this study amounted to 75 female teenagers who experienced body-shaming behavior by using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative method, using a body-shaming scale of 48 items and a self-confidence scale of 48 items. The assumption test used consists of a normality test and linearity test. The data were analyzed using the Pearson product-moment correlation test with SPSS version 20.0 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive relationship between body shaming and self-confidence in adolescent girls at the Kalam Kudus Private High School Medan with a Pearson Correlation coefficient of r = 0.772 with a Sig of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results of this study indicate that the effective contribution given by the body-shaming variable to self-confidence is 59.6 percent and the remaining 40.4 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis that there is a negative relationship between body shaming and self-confidence is rejected

This study was intended to find out the relationship between self-control and Consumtive behavior in teenagers k-pop fans in the ONCE community Medan. The research subject used in this study were 100 teenagers k-pop fans in the ONCE community at medan using purposive sampling technique. This study used quantitative method, data collection used 40-item of self-control scale and 40-item of psychological consumtive behavior scale. The assumption test consisted of normality test and linearity test. The data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation test with the SPSS version 25.0 for Windows. The data analysis showed a negative correlation between between self-control and consumtive behavior in teenagers k-pop fans in the ONCE community Medan with pearson product moment coefficient of correlation r= -0,384 dan sig sebesar 0,000 (p <0,05). These results indicate that the research hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, the effective contribution of self-control in influencing consumptive behavior is 14.7 percent. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis, which stated that there is a negative relationship between selfcontrol and consumtive behavior is acceptable.
