Abstract

Understanding the importance of the existence of human resources in the current global era, one of the efforts that must be achieved by companies is to improve the quality of human resource performance. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that can affect the performance of employees at Perum LPPNPI Yogyakarta Branch. These factors are incentives, training and work environment. High performance will have a positive impact on the company / organization so that company goals can be achieved. Hypothesis testing was done by distributing questionnaires to employees of Perum LPPNPI Yogyakarta, especially ATC.Based on the results of the data calculation and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained, namely: Y = 10,162 (α) + 0,537 X1+ 0,246 X2 + 0,593 X3 Based on the analysis of the Multiple Regression Test conducted, it shows that the education variable has a t count value of 4.905 > t table 2.021 and a significance value of 0.000 < alpha 0.05. These results mean that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the training variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the analysis of the Multiple Regression Test conducted, it shows that the incentive variable has a t count value of 3.350 > t table 2.021 and a significance value of 0.002 < alpha 0.05. These results mean that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the incentive variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the analysis of the Multiple Regression Test conducted, it shows that the work environment variable has a t count value of 2.463 > t table 2.021 and a significance value of 0.018 < alpha 0.05. These results mean that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. metode penelitian dilakukan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi, dengan sampel berjumlah 60 orang. pengolahan data menggunakan spss 25 dengan analisis deskriptif.uji coba instrument menggunakan uji normalitas, uji reabilitas, uji multikoloniearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dinas koperasi dan UKM Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Industri mebel saat ini semakin berkembang, hal ini didorong oleh tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat yang terus meningkat, dalam bersaing merebut simpati konsumen perusahaan harus menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat agar tidak hanya dapat bertahan tapi bisa berkembang dan memenangkan persaingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada pelanggan dan pembeli di Sentra Industri Mebel desa Serenan.  Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling, sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pemkai produk mebel dari  desa Serenan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online melalui Google Forms. Pengolahan data menggunakan Uji  Validitas, Uji  Reliabilitas, analisis Regresi berganda dan pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil uji membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap variabel Dependen yaitu Keputusan Pembelian. Keempat variabel Independen dianggap penting ketika akan membeli produk mebel di Sentra Industri Mebel Serenan. Perlu menjadi perhatian lebih bagi manajemen setiap perusahaan di Sentra Industri Mebel Serenan kecamatan Juwiring kabupaten Klaten akan kualitas pelayanan, karena hal ini berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) pengaruh brand image terhadap keuputusan pembelian, (3) pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan (4) pengaruh influencer, brand image, kepuasan pelanggan bersama terhadap keputusan pembelian Skincare Ms Glow oleh Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif survey. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Untuk Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruhpositif antara influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian, hal ini diketahui dari nilai sig sebesar 0,000 ? 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara brand image terhadap keuputusan pembelian, hal ini diketahui dari nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.(3) Terdapat pengaruh positif kepuasan pembelian terhadap keputusan pembelian, diketahui dari nilai sig 0,000 ? 0,05. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of communication, teamwork, and discipline on employee performance at PT UMB (BOGA) in Yogyakarta. This research method is purposive sampling or data collection based on certain criteria. The results showed that partially communication, discipline had a significant positive effect on the performance of PT UMB (BOGA) employees in Yogyakarta. And teamwork has no effect on the performance of PT UMB (BOGA) employees in Yogyakarta. Conclusions, communication, teamwork, discipline simultaneously have a significant effect and have an influence of 52.5% on employee performance at PT UMB (BOGA) in Yogyakarta, while 47.5% of other variables are not present in this study. Abstract

Beringharjo Market is the largest traditional market in Yogyakarta owned by the Yogyakarta city government . Beringharjo Market is one of the markets affected by the Covid-19 pandemic so that this situation makes it difficult for market traders to serve consumers who usually gather at the stalls or market booths and make sales. The number of buyers decreased quite a lot and happened a decrease in visits from tourists by up to 70 percent. This condition resulted in approximately 5000 traders and 300 carrying workers experiencing negative impacts due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Based on these problems, the solution is the Sepasar application as a Hybrid Education and Online Marketing media. Sepasar as a solution to the problems faced by providing online courses according to the needs of Beringharjo market traders . The Sepasar application also helps increase sales for Beringharjo Market Merchants by promoting products, events, and services. Expected output targets from the joint community empowerment program Sepasar is existence enhancement knowledge, skills , HR and organizational capacity, as well as digital literacy of Beringharjo market traders in using various digital media that help them in marketing, finance and organizational management .

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of workload on employee work stress, conflict on employee work stress, and the influence of the environment on employee work stress at the Alexis Café, East Sumba Regency, NTT. The type of research is quantitative. The analytical tools used are validity and reliability tests using Smart (PLS) Version 3.0. PLS, with a Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. This research was conducted at Alexis Café, East Sumba Regency, NTT with a research population of 155 sources. The sampling method in this research used questionnaires and interviews so that the sample and population had the same size. The results show that workload has a positive and significant influence on work stress for employees of Alexis Café, East Sumba Regency-NTT, conflict has a positive and significant influence on work stress for employees of Alexis Café, East Sumba Regency-NTT, and the work environment has no effect on employee work stress. Alexis Café, East Sumba Regency-NTT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement dan Self-efficacy terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior di PT.Bio Dua Ribu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada sampel sebanyak 102 karyawan di PT. Bio Dua Ribu Surakarta. penelitian menggunakan program SPSS Statistic 26 (2019) sebagai alat untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, sedangkan Job Satisfaction dan Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kata Kunci : Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Self-efficacy, Organizational Citizenship Behavior
