Abstract

The study aims to examine the influence of transparency, accountability and society participation management of village fund allocation. The study used survey method with questionnairs as its instrument. The population of this study are the rural society and officials village Sidoharjo sub-district Sidoharjo in the district of Sragen. Based on purposive sampling , the number of samples obtained is 80 people. The type in this study is a quantitative study with a view to found the truth contained in this study, which is using multiple linear regression test and tested the validity and reliability the quality of the questionnairs with SPSS 21sofware application. The result of this study found that transparency, accountability and society participation have a significant positive effect management of village fund allocation. This study is expected to provide input for the rural goverment to synergize to improve transparency, accountability and society participation in management og village fund allocation.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to explore the level of religiosity among Muslim smokers aged 18-29 in Bandung City. Using a descriptive research approach, the study gathers data primarily through surveys. A total of 100 respondents were chosen via convenience sampling from the population of Muslim smokers in Bandung City. The research instrument is a questionnaire that includes a religiosity scale tailored to smoking behavior, as developed by Hanifah & Hamdan (2019). Data analysis was carried out using Spearman’s correlation test to assess the strength of the relationship between the studied variables. The findings emphasize the role of religiosity in reducing internal conflicts faced by young Muslim smokers in Bandung City. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat religiositas di kalangan perokok Muslim berusia 18-29 tahun di Kota Bandung. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif, data dikumpulkan terutama melalui survei. Sebanyak 100 responden dipilih melalui convenience sampling dari populasi perokok Muslim di Kota Bandung. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner yang mencakup skala religiositas yang disesuaikan dengan perilaku merokok, berdasarkan skala yang dikembangkan oleh Hanifah & Hamdan (2019). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman untuk menilai kekuatan hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menekankan peran religiositas dalam mengurangi konflik internal yang dihadapi oleh perokok muda Muslim di Kota Bandung.

Abstract

The ability to write well and effectively is an important skill to master, especially for beginning writers. This paper aims to guide budding writers to become effective writers. It will discuss the problems faced by a novice writer and tips to become an effective writer. The method used is a qualitative literature study approach (library research). The result is that qualitative research is carried out with a research design whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or in the form of counts but aim to reveal phenomena in a holistic-contextual manner by collecting data from natural settings and utilizing researchers as key instruments. Data collection is done by finding sources and reconstructing from various sources, such as books, journals, articles, and existing research. This qualitative research design can be used as a method in research because the design is described in a comprehensive manner that is easy for researchers and academics to understand.

Abstract

Leadership It is not about commanding or giving orders but inspiring and motivating teams toward the achievement of exceptional output. This will form that bond driving this success engine, whose potential is unimaginable. This paper will discuss the role of motivation in leadership and types of leadership motivation. The method used is qualitative literature study approach (library research). The result is that qualitative research is done with a research design whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or in the form of counts, but rather seek to reveal phenomena in a holistic- contextual manner by collecting data from natural settings and making use of researchers as key instruments. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Paired Story Telling learning model on the narrative essay writing skills of grade V students of MI Assa'Adah Bungah for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The problems raised in this study focus on the low ability of students to write narrative essays in a sequential, interesting, and correct structure. The Paired Story Telling model was chosen because it is considered to increase students' interest and active involvement in learning to write by retelling the content of the story with their partners. The method used in this study is a pseudo-experiment with between subject design. The sample in this study consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class that was given treatment using the Paired Story Telling model, and the control class that was not given special treatment and still used conventional learning methods. The research instrument is in the form of a narrative essay writing test that has gone through a validity and reliability test. The population in this study is all students of class V MI Assa'Adah Bungah for the 2024/2025 Academic Year which totals 42 students. The data analysis technique used a t-test which showed that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05 which means that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Paired Story Telling model has a significant effect on improving students' narrative essay writing skills. These findings suggest that collaborative learning models such as Paired Story Telling can be used as an alternative strategy in effective writing teaching in elementary schools.
