Abstract

The Directorate General of the Military Court and State Administrative Court or abbreviated to Ditjen Badilmiltun is one of the Organizational Units of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on this research paper, the writer conducted a systematic anaylyzing about leave of absence system in Ditjen Badilmiltun that in fact did not use the full advantages of information and technology.Employee who wants the information of leave of absence, the first thing they do is ask in employee resources development department and it will takes a long time to get the information or even to get the approvement of leave of absence. To solve that problem, the author took the initiative to design a online web based of leave of absence application. Online web based of leave of absence application, designed by using CodeIgniter, PHP and MySQL and for a User Interface using a tamplate from Bootstrap. This application provides information more easily and quickly to employees. Employees may apply for leave wherever and whenever they want so do approval of leave of absence by superiors and authorized officials.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Menaravisi Mediatama baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jenis penelitin yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitan ini menggunakan sempel berjumlah 50 orang karyawan pada PT Menaravisi Mediatama yaitu sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan besar berbagai keperluan rumah tangga dalam bentuk souvenir, percetakan dan periklanan. Setelah melakukan pengolahan data diantaranya dengan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t didapatkan nilai signifikan masing-masing variabel sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, dengan demikian to < tα, maka Ha (hipotesis alternatif) diterima dan Ho (hipotesis nihil) ditolak, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa : secara simultan Pemberian Insentif serta Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan di PT Menaravisi Mediatama. Selanjutnya dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian yang digunakann dengan uji F (simultan) diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai signifikan variabel X1 Insentif serta variabel X2 Kepemimpinan adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan pemberian insentif serta kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan di PT Menaravisi Mediatama. Kata kunci : Insentif, Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and leadership on employee performance at PT Menaravisi Mediatama either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is research with a quantitative descriptive approach. This research uses samples of 50 employees at PT Menaravisi Mediatama, a company engaged in the wholesale trading of various household needs in the form of souvenirs, printing and advertising. After processing the data, including by testing the hypothesis with the t test, the significant value of each variable is 0.000 <0.05, thus to <tα, then Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted and Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected, it can be concluded that: simultaneous giving of incentives and leadership has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Menaravisi Mediatama. Furthermore, in testing the research hypothesis used with the F test (simultaneous), it was found that the significant value of the Incentive X1 variable and the X2 leadership variable was 0.000 <0.05, thus Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneously providing incentives and leadership has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis  Saphire Lounge untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kenyamanan bagi pengguna jasa Bandar udara. Penting selalu menjaga reputasi perusahaan di mata pelanggan dengan selalu memberikan kinerja pelayanan yang prima agar pelanggan merasa puas. Jumlah sampelnya adalah 75  member yang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin.Hasil analisis tingkat kesesuaian (Tki) antara variabel X (Kinerja Pelayanan) maupun variabel Y (Kepentingan Pelanggan) Lounge Saphire di Bandar udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta didapatkan nilai sebesar 94,93%. Harapan atau kepentingan pelanggan berada pada tingkat kesesuaian tinggi yaitu 94,93%, dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa pelanggan puas dengan kinerja pelayanan yang telah diberikan.Hasil analisis Diagram Kartesius pada Kuadran A, merupakan faktor-faktor atau atribut yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan penanganannya perlu diprioritaskan karena keberadaan faktor-faktor ini  yang dinilai sangat penting oleh pelanggan, tetapi kinerja pelayanan yang telah diberikan belum melakukan sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan, faktor-faktor yang termasuk dalam kuadran ini di antaranya: pernyataan  lima  yaitu kecepatan pelayanan, tanggap, keluhan, dan mengerti apa yang diinginkan, hendaknya segera dilaksanakan sebab faktor-faktor ini dinilai sangat penting oleh pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian insentif dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Rotaryana Engineering baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Segel yang digunakan adalah 40 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis koefisien korelasi berganda, uji determinasi, pengujian hipotesis dengan uji f dan uji t. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan uji t diperoleh nilai signifikan pemberian insentif sebesar (0,000 0,05), dan nilai signifikan Work Discipline (0,001 0, 05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Insentif secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Rotaryana Engineering, serta Work Discipline secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan di PT. Rekayasa Rotaryana. karena nilai signifikan dari pemberian insentif (0,000 0,05),) lebih kecil dari nilai signifikan dari Disiplin Kerja (0,001 0, 05), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial pemberian insentif yang lebih berpengaruh tentang peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Rekayasa Rotaryana. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan uji F, ditemukan bahwa nilai signifikan F adalah 0,000, artinya 5%, (0,000 0,05). Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Insentif dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Rekayasa Rotaryana. Saran yang dapat penulis sampaikan sebagai masukan bagi perusahaan antara lain: Perusahaan harus terus memberikan insentif dalam bentuk bonus yang disesuaikan dengan pekerjaan karyawan secara adil dan transparan, dan Perusahaan disarankan untuk lebih bertemu dan memperhatikan dengan lebih baik. untuk kebutuhan karyawan, perusahaan juga harus memberikan fasilitas konseling bagi karyawan yang kurang antusias dalam bekerja, mengadakan rapat konsolidasi untuk menghindari kesalahan informasi yang diberikan sehingga dapat meningkatkan moral karyawan dan disiplin kerja karyawan di PT. Rekayasa Rotaryana.

Abstract

Variable rates of workplace accidents can partly contribute to inefficient cooperation and communication patterns among workers. Therefore, the researchers set out to find out how job satisfaction and safety performance are related to factors like safety leadership, the dedication of OSH experts, and responsibility for accidents. For this study, we used the descriptive quantitative research method, and for data analysis, we employed the partial most minor square testing with model fitting. In addition, they are using a questionnaire to collect responses from 99 employees as part of the data collection process. According to the study's findings, safety leadership, as well as the commitment and accountability of K3 experts, significantly impact job satisfaction. In addition, the study discovered that factors such as job satisfaction and safety leadership affect safety performance. Meanwhile, K3 expert commitment and accountability only significantly affect company performance. According to the study's findings, workers report higher levels of job satisfaction when leadership, safety, K3 expert commitment, and accountability effectively implement. It suggests that employees' higher levels of job satisfaction will affect the organisation's ability to improve its safety performance. However, the research found that incidents where K3 expert commitment and accountability didn't found, which were able to improve safety performance. The condition arises as a result of a lack of commitment part of employees to implementing K3 and accountability. The implication is that it is necessary to position K3 aspects so that they cannot separate from one another as an integral part of the company's operations and the consequences for improving safety performance standards

Abstract

Ketangguhan  suatu perusahaan atau organisasi sebagian besar ditentukan oleh keberhasilan karyawan yang akan jadi tiang utama bagi kekar berdirinya perusahaan atau organisasi tersebut. Jadi maksud penelitian ini untuk pemahaman dan jalan keluar mengenai tentang bagaimana cara mempertahankan dan menaikkan kemampuan karyawan dalam untuk bersaing di tingkat Asia maupun internasional. Dalam penelitian ingin menjelaskan tentang pengaruh stress kerja dan motivasi serta akibatnya  pada kinerja karyawan Kwarnas (Kwartir Nasional) Pramuka. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa stress kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kwartir Nasional Gerakan Pramuka. Adapun masukan yang penulis sampaikan yaitu diharapkan adanya pembagian beban tugas antar karyawan dan unit kerja dapat dibagi sesuai jabatan dan tanggung jawab semua karyawan agar menimbulkan pengaruh yang positif, karena di antara para karyawan menjadi saling mendukung dan diharapkan peraturan perusahaan dapat lebih fleksibel mengatur pemberian reward sesuai dengan kompetensi dan kinerja agar karyawan merasa diperlakukan secara adil. Kata kunci: kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja, stress kerja  ABSTRACT The resilience of a company or organization is largely determined by the success of employees who will be the main pillar for the solid establishment of the company or organization. So the purpose of this research is to understand and find solutions regarding how to maintain and increase the ability of employees to compete at the Asian and international levels. In this research, we want to explain the effect of work stress and motivation and its consequences on the performance of Scout Kwarnas (National Kwartir) employees. The results of the study found that work stress and work motivation together had a significant effect on employee performance in the National Scout Movement Kwartir. As for the input that the author conveys, namely it is expected that there will be a division of workload between employees and work units that can be divided according to the positions and responsibilities of all employees so that it creates a positive influence, because among employees they support each other and it is hoped that company regulations can be more flexible in regulating reward according to competence and performance so that employees feel they are treated fairly. Keywords: employee performance, work motivation, work stress.

Abstract

Human resources play a very important role in the sustainability of a company or institution. Human resources are responsible for managing and managing all company or institution activities, from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. HR is responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy corporate or institutional culture, as well as creating a conducive work environment for all employees. As a research method used the method of observation and observation of PT. XYZ, but the data studied is data that comes from observations and observations are sampled to find relative occurrence, distribution and relationships between variables. In this study the sample consisted of 96 employees who used saturated sample data collection techniques. Research shows that work quality and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at the PT. Both work quality and individual work motivation also have a significant influence on employee performance. However, 64.90% other factors outside the research also affect employee performance. Factors that affect the quality of work at the PT include growth and development, participation, reward system innovation, work environment, and welfare. While the factors that influence work motivation on employee performance include salary, working conditions, job opportunities, job performance, management recognition, and the job itself.

Abstract

Scientific article writing training is very important in improving the skills of students and lecturers in compiling good and correct scientific articles. With this training, it is hoped that students and lecturers can acquire the knowledge and skills needed to face challenges in the academic world, and can gain recognition for the scientific work they produce through publication in accredited national journals and reputable international journals. The purpose of this training is to increase the understanding of students and lecturers in writing good and correct scientific articles and it is hoped that participants will gain knowledge and skills in compiling scientific articles in accordance with standards set by accredited national journals and reputable international journals. The method used in scientific article writing training through zoom meetings with a combination of lecture and practice methods is a very appropriate method. With this method, participants can follow the training material more easily and can immediately practice writing good and correct scientific articles. The participants who took part in the training were approximately 100 people, a large enough number of participants for a scientific article writing training. The results of the service activities carried out were very satisfying, with increased partner knowledge in terms of writing scientific articles. This training can also help students to realize the importance of scientific publications in the context of disseminating knowledge. With scientific publications, students and lecturers can make a real contribution to the academic world and can help improve the quality of education in Indonesia
