Abstract

The purpose of this study is to help predict the number of prospective new students who will register in the academic year 2023/2024 until the academic year 2026/2027. The research method uses the Statistical Parabolic Projection Method with data on the number of new student registrations of UNISI (Indragiri Islamic University) Tembilahan over the past 7 years. Research Results Based on Research Equations formed in predicting the number of new students who will register in the academic year period 2023/2024 are 651 students, 2024/2025 are 818 students, 2025/2026 are 1001 Students, 2023/2024 are 1200 Students. Suggestions for future researchers who are still in the same theme as this research can be compared with other methods so that the resulting output can be more precise and accurate.

Abstract

The lack of lecturer mastery in managing the Online Journal System (OJS) is one of the factors that slows the journal accreditation process. Empowerment of lecturers in the management of OJS aims to increase the role of lecturers as journal managers according to journal accreditation standards. This empowerment method is carried out by means of webinars, workshops, training, and OJS assistance both online and offline. Through workshops, lecturers as journal managers open their mindsets about the importance of managing OJS in accordance with journal accreditation standards, through workshop activities, lecturers are able to design journals and complete journal managers in accordance with accreditation standards, then in training activities, lecturers practice the functions of each manager. OJS and in mentoring activities, lecturers receive assistance for DOI activation, indexation and registration for journal accreditation through the arjuna application. Through lecturer empowerment activities in managing OJS, the number of accredited journals can be increased.

Abstract

Human resources play a very important role in the sustainability of a company or institution. Human resources are responsible for managing and managing all company or institution activities, from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. HR is responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy corporate or institutional culture, as well as creating a conducive work environment for all employees. As a research method used the method of observation and observation of PT. XYZ, but the data studied is data that comes from observations and observations are sampled to find relative occurrence, distribution and relationships between variables. In this study the sample consisted of 96 employees who used saturated sample data collection techniques. Research shows that work quality and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at the PT. Both work quality and individual work motivation also have a significant influence on employee performance. However, 64.90% other factors outside the research also affect employee performance. Factors that affect the quality of work at the PT include growth and development, participation, reward system innovation, work environment, and welfare. While the factors that influence work motivation on employee performance include salary, working conditions, job opportunities, job performance, management recognition, and the job itself.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and business trends that are constantly changing, an entrepreneur must keep moving and be able to adapt quickly to remain competitive and survive in an increasingly competitive market. Creativity and innovation are important keys to making the most of information technology in business. Utilization of information technology and social media can help entrepreneurs improve business efficiency and effectiveness, expand market reach, increase consumer involvement, and speed up the transaction process. Therefore, entrepreneurs need to learn and understand how to use information technology and social media properly and effectively in their business. Community service activities that focus on product marketing training through social media are very important activities to help entrepreneurs increase sales of their products. In today's digital era, marketing through social media is becoming increasingly important because many consumers actively use social media as a means to find and buy products. Through this training activity, participants are expected to be able to understand the concept of entrepreneurship and digital marketing in depth, and be able to optimize the use of social media to increase sales of their products. By understanding the characteristics of a good entrepreneur, participants will be able to increase creativity and innovation in developing their products

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is an effect of risk tolerance on cryptocurrency investment decisions. In this study, data analysis used a simple regression analysis method using the SPSS Statistics 25 application. Data sources used primary and secondary data while data types used quantitative data with an associative approach. The research population that was conducted by the researchers were active and inactive investors in cryptocurrency investing with a sample of 96 people from a small number of sub-districts across Indonesia. With data collection techniques through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the t test, there is a significant influence of the Risk Tolerance variable on Cryptocurrency Investment Decisions
