Abstract

This study analyses the effect of work on job performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. A total of 210 respondents representing construction companies in Jakarta were involved in this study. PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling) was used to test the research model. Working conditions do not have a significant effect on work performance. However, it is known that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between working conditions and work performance. This study has several limitations so that the results of the study cannot be generalized to other sectors.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah di Provinsi Aceh telah menerapkan prinsif prudent of banking dalam menjalankan ketentuan Anti Pencucian Uang (APU) dan Pencegahan Pendanaan Terorisme (PPT), hambatan apa yang ditemukan dan upaya penyelesaiannya. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat Juridis Empiris, yaitu menelaah Peraturan yang mengatur tentang Anti Pencucian Uang (APU) dan Pencegahan Pendanaan Terorisme (PPT) serta Informasi Debitor dalam lingkup proses pemberian pembiayaan dibeberapa Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) di Provinsi Aceh. Berdasarkan penelitian di 11 Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah di Provinsi Aceh diketahui 7 bank, atau 68,3 % telah memiliki system operasional prosedur (sop) tentang APU dan PPT dan menjalankanya dengan baik, sementara 4 bank, atau 31,7 % memiliki ketentuan APU dan PPT, namun belum menjalankannya secara optimal. Alasan belum dilaksanakannya ketentuan tersebut secara maksimal masih dibutuhkan sosialisasi lebih intensif kepada pihak terkait, dalam hal ini petugas yang menangani dan bertanggung jawab atas terlaksananya program tersebut

Abstract

Background: The problem of International Human Resources management is inseparable from cultural factors. Due to the cultural differences of each country, it is necessary to adjust the differences with modernization solutions and changing patterns of technological solutions. The purpose of the study: Finally, we set the goal of this study to gain a new understanding of how and why international HR can be solved with digital applications Research method: We have analyzed with the help of the Google translation application if there are difficulties in understanding terms and content, then examine the data and evaluation and conclude based on valid and reliable information accuracy. Because we found this data from the results of previous studies, we say our study is secondary data following experts' opinions. Then we also process this study as a qualitative and descriptive study. The results of the study: digital technology can convince companies to train their HR; among others, companies can easily prepare their HR upgrades when they apply their digital technology applications. Furthermore, technology also has an essential role in implementing and corporate human resources training, including international companies. Digital has also been proven to be able to transform human resources for international companies. Our findings hope that they will become essential inputs and contributions for further studies and corporate policy issues Conclusion: we come to our conclusion that the understanding that we get from the study of many papers published in well-known journals is that the purpose of our study has been obtained, which, among other things, we conclude that digital applications can increase the human resources of international companies because digital applications are indeed an essential element so that companies can easily believe in its superiority.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has reduced field activity, especially for students who will research their final task. This article aims to explain (1) the direction of research topics selected and conducted by students and (2) learning media plans implemented during covid-19. We have spread the questionnaire online to several colleges so that 146 respondents are acquired. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics as well as qualitative analysis to look at concepts or variables as well as reference sources used by students in determining the topic of research. The results showed that the research topics chosen by students did not all lead to the development of ICT-based learning media during the Covid-19 period. This is seen from 61.64% choosing qualitative variable studies to facilitate the process of retrieving data through the spread of online polls. From this result, it is also seen that the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on the determination of student research topics is only 17.12%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze implementation of Inaportnet Information Technology and service performance on user satisfaction at Tanjung Priok Port. The Implementation of Inaportnet at a port is aimed at improving ship and cargo services at the port so as to enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian ports. The study uses a quantitative method with path analysis. The number of research samples is as many as 62 port service user. The result of the hypothetical test on the research shows the information technology system it is expected that the system can assist the activity processes of a port and reduce the high cost in the port sector, and through Information Technology it can monitor the port activities which still need improvement

Abstract

The performance of employees is one of the most important factors in the company's progression. The enhancement of an employee's performance may receive support from either human resources or employee development. This new development in human resources will almost certainly affect employee performance. The goal of this study was to investigate the factors that play a role in enhancing the performance of employees. This qualitative research uses a case study approach based on phenomena, symptoms, facts, or social information. According to Sugiyono (2019), qualitative research methods are based on philosophy after positivism, which is used to examine the natural conditions of objects, where researchers are the main instrument, sampling sources from data sources, and data analysis is inductive or qualitative. In addition, the findings of qualitative research emphasize the concept of generalization. The findings indicate that the elements that impact employee performance are work pressure, communication, workload, and attitudes that contribute to work pressure, followed by the provision of Compensation that is not as expected by employees following working hours and employee guarantees. At the same time, efforts must make to improve performance, specific guidance and direction, training and development, and a discipline against company rules that are expected to improve employee performance

Abstract

MSME packaging is an important part of attracting sales. But on the other hand, challenges that are not easy to face by MSMEs, there are many problems and obstacles for MSMEs in developing their role in competing and distinguishing products sold from other products. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out Community Service activities to overcome it. PKM activities have been carried out to MSME actors. This training on making packaging and logos uses simple design stages and relatively understands the components. There are six stages that must be done to be able to develop brand identity by creating a packaging and logo, this method stage among others. (1) recognize the characteristics of the product or the profile of one's own business; (2) Collection of information; (3) Design (4) Logo Making; (5) Testing; (6) Implementation. Abstract

There is a scarcity of credible Islamic human resources who are not only professionals in banking operations but also understand, animate, and implement Islamic teachings in a comprehensive way. The purpose of this research is to show whether the Islamic work ethic is universal and to analyze whether the Islamic work ethic influences organizational commitment. The research method uses descriptive analysis and simple linear regression using SPSS. The results of his research are that the Islamic work ethics of bank employees show a high value scale (good) and that Islamic work ethics have a significantly positive effect on the organizational commitment of conventional banks and Islamic banks

Abstract

Scientific article writing training is very important in improving the skills of students and lecturers in compiling good and correct scientific articles. With this training, it is hoped that students and lecturers can acquire the knowledge and skills needed to face challenges in the academic world, and can gain recognition for the scientific work they produce through publication in accredited national journals and reputable international journals. The purpose of this training is to increase the understanding of students and lecturers in writing good and correct scientific articles and it is hoped that participants will gain knowledge and skills in compiling scientific articles in accordance with standards set by accredited national journals and reputable international journals. The method used in scientific article writing training through zoom meetings with a combination of lecture and practice methods is a very appropriate method. With this method, participants can follow the training material more easily and can immediately practice writing good and correct scientific articles. The participants who took part in the training were approximately 100 people, a large enough number of participants for a scientific article writing training. The results of the service activities carried out were very satisfying, with increased partner knowledge in terms of writing scientific articles. This training can also help students to realize the importance of scientific publications in the context of disseminating knowledge. With scientific publications, students and lecturers can make a real contribution to the academic world and can help improve the quality of education in Indonesia

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada hakikatnya merupakan salah satu tindakan implementasi sebuah aplikasi e-learning berbasis sistem komputasi yang diterapkan di lingkungan pendidikan. Sebuah penerapan aplikasi tentunya perlu analisis peninjauan kembali terhadap keberhasilannya. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis keterlaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan oleh guru dengan memanfaatkan e-learning yang sudah disediakan oleh pemerintah secara online dan gratis. Analisis menggunakan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. Dari hasil analisa data diperoleh informasi bahwa respon para pengguna (guru) masuk kategori sedang (cukup) dengan tingkat penerapan sebesar 35,9%. Abstract: The implementation of online learning is essentially one of the actions of implementing an e-learning application based on computing system applied in an educational environment. An application application needs to be reviewed for its success. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of online learning conducted by teachers by utilizing e-learning that has been provided by the government online and for free. Analysis using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. From the results of data analysis obtained information that the response of users (teachers) entered the category of moderate (sufficient) with an application rate of 35.9%.
