Abstract

PT. Mega Esa Farma is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia, facing significant challenges in managing inventory information. The main issues lie in recording incoming and outgoing goods, final stock, and other inventory-related problems. These obstacles result in slow data processing and delays in providing accurate information, ultimately hindering the efficiency of product sales and distribution. This study aims to develop a web-based inventory information system capable of efficiently managing, processing, organizing, and storing data, while presenting accurate and real-time information. The system development adopts the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, which emphasizes short iterations, automated testing, simple design, and close collaboration between users and developers. System analysis is carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visualize the structure and functionality of the system. The implementation results show that the developed system simplifies inventory recording, accelerates information access, and improves data accuracy. It also provides features such as minimum stock notifications and real-time reporting, which were not available in the previous manual system. The main contribution of this study lies in applying the XP methodology in the context of pharmaceutical inventory system development, along with the integration of real-time reporting and stock alert features as a form of novelty. This system is expected to serve as an innovative solution to enhance inventory management efficiency in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly at PT. Mega Esa Farma.

Abstract

The West Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service Unit (PTSP Jakarta Barat) is a West Jakarta government institution that serves the needs and interests of the community, particularly pharmacists who handle the Pharmacy Practice License (SIPA) service. However, to apply for a Pharmacy Practice License (SIPA), one must visit the West Jakarta PTSP office in person, and the current registration system still utilizes paper for pharmacist data entry. The development of the SIPA information system can assist pharmacists in applying for a Pharmacy Practice License without having to visit the West Jakarta PTSP office. The method used is object-oriented with structured web modeling, the database utilizes MYSQL, while the application is developed using PHP programming with the assistance of the Laravel framework. The result is a web-based application program that facilitates the process of pharmacist practice licensing services.

Abstract

Karang Taruna RW.04 kelurahan Tegal Parang memiliki salah satu misi untuk mengembangkan dan menggali potensi baik di organisasi, maupun dibidang keahlian kerja melalui pelatihan kerja. Pada Kesempatan ini Universitas Nusa Mandiri melirik kesempatan untuk memberikan workshop pengenalan AI pada remaja Karang Taruna RW.04. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dasar tentang konsep-konsep dasar kecerdasan buatan kepada unit kerja Karang Taruna RW04 agar mereka dapat memahami teknologi yang semakin merambah ke berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. Workshop ini dilaksanakan agar unit kerja Karang Taruna RW04 memiliki pengetahuan tentang aplikasi praktis artificial intelligence yang digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan diri, program-program, prestasi dan kegiatan komunitas mereka kepada anggota komunitas dan masyarakat luas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pemaparan workshop yang dihadiri oleh 18 peserta. Hasil survey kegiatan menunjukan seluruh peserta merasa puas dengan workshop yang telah diberikan.

Abstract

In the current era, the use of computer applications almost all office work requires it. The development of technology, especially computer applications at this time is very helpful in processing administrative data, so that the data obtained can be arranged neatly and easily understood. One of them is administrative data processing at the Kopia Raya Insani Foundation which requires applications that support so that the data displayed can be understood because at this time some of the administrative data displayed is still fairly manual, the use of Microsoft Office applications in Foundation data processing is still not optimally used due to several reasons. Foundation administrators still do not understand the use of the application used. Microsoft office itself is a software application that is used to process, store, and combine data in the form of documents. The data that can be processed are digital data in the form of letters, pictures and numbers. This software has a special role in the office sector. Matters related to office data will be processed and stored briefly and in detail in Microsoft Office. The method used in providing education regarding the basic use of Microsoft Office is carried out by holding workshops on community service activities so that participants consisting of foundation administrators who will process the foundation's administrative data will be more familiar with the use of Microsoft Office applications to help process administrative data to make it more neat and tidy. easy to understand.

Abstract

One of them is administrative data processing at UKKT RW.06 which requires an application that supports so that the data displayed can be understood because currently some of the administrative data displayed is still fairly manual, use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Ms. Excel on Coral data processing. The cadets are still not being used optimally because some of the Karang Taruna administrators still do not understand the use of the application used. Microsoft Excel itself is a software application that is used to process, store, and combine data in the form of formulas. Data that can be processed, namely, digital data in the form of calculation results and diagrams. This software has a special role in office area. Matters related to office data will be processed as well stored briefly and in detail in Microsoft Excel. The method used in provide education about the basic use of formulas in Microsoft Excel carried out by holding workshops on community service activities so that participants consisting of Karang Taruna administrators who will process administrative data UKKT RW.06 will be more familiar with the use of the Microsoft Excel Application for help process administrative data to make it more neat and easy to understand.

Abstract

Advances in computer technology today have moved quickly and massively in various aspects. The computer, which is equipment created to facilitate human work, has changed the way and work system from conventional to computerized. Computerization has now been applied in all fields, including the product sales business. One of them is Pengcab Persambi Karawang which also requires an information system that can support and provide satisfactory service for customers in selling their products. For this reason, researchers built a sales system at the Persambi Karawang Branch Office, which until now has not been computerized. The existing system at Pengcab Persambi Karawang is still done manually, starting from recording customers who buy products, to storing other data related to the sales process to making reports, so that it is possible during the process that errors occur in the recording. The inaccuracy of the reports that are made and the delay in finding the necessary data are the weaknesses of the current system. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company, and with a computerized system an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting the activities of this organization. A computerized system is better than a manual system so that it runs more effectively and efficiently and the current sales system is more conducive than the previous system. The e-commerce system development method is carried out using the Rapid Application Development method approach. This method is a system development method that is carried out quickly and briefly. So it is considered more appropriate in the development of e-commerce systems.

Abstract

Abstract Technology implementation in the marketplace world has attracted the attention of researchers to analyze the reviews from customers. The Klik Indomaret application page on GooglePlay is one application that can be used to get information on review data collection. However, getting information on consumer’s opinion or review is not an easy task and need a specific method in categorizing or grouping these reviews into certain groups, i.e. positive or negative reviews. The sentiment analysis study of a review application in GooglePlay is still rare. Therefore, this paper analysis the customer’s sentiment from klikindomaret app using Naive Bayes Classifier (NB) algorithm that is compared to Support Vector Machine (SVM) as well as optimizing the Feature Selection (FS) using the Particle Swarm Optimization method. The results for NB without using FS optimization were 69.74% for accuracy and 0.518 for Area Under Curve (AUC) and for SVM without using FS optimization were 81.21% for accuracy and 0.896 for AUC. While the results of cross-validation NB with FS are 75.21% for accuracy and 0.598 for AUC and cross-validation of SVM with FS is 81.84% for accuracy and 0.898 for AUC, while there is an increase when using the Feature Selection (FS) Particle Swarm Optimization and also the modeling algorithm SVM has a higher value compared to NB for the dataset used in this study. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong penerapan rekam medis elektronik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas. Namun, gangguan pada sistem utama, seperti server down, error aplikasi, atau kegagalan integrasi data, dapat menghambat proses pelayanan dan pencatatan rekam medis. SI-RAMES (Sistem Informasi E-Rekam Medis Sementara) dikembangkan sebagai sistem cadangan yang digunakan ketika sistem utama mengalami gangguan, sehingga proses pelayanan tetap berjalan secara efektif dan data pasien tetap dapat terdokumentasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap SI-RAMES menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), yang mencakup tiga variabel utama, yaitu Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, dan Attitude Toward Using. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 25 tenaga kesehatan yang berasal dari lima Puskesmas di Kabupaten Banyumas. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Attitude Toward Using dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,2%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa SI-RAMES diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna serta mampu mendukung optimalisasi pelayanan kesehatan saat terjadi gangguan pada sistem utama.
