Abstract

PT. Nusantara Autoworld International adalah perusahaan otomotif yang bergerak pada bidang jasa dan sparepart khusus untuk kendaraan berlogo Chevrolet. Pada saat ini, pengolahan data sparepart pada PT. Nusantara Autoworld International masih dilakukan secara manual, yakni dengan cara menyimpan data inventori tersebut ke dalam Microsoft Office Excel. Setiap hari laporan dalam format Excel tersebut harus dilaporkan. Sistem tersebut menjadikan pihak perusahaan tidak dapat mengetahui data persediaan stock sparepart dengan cepat dan akurat. Mengingat tingginya permintaan pelanggan untuk pembelian sparepart dan untuk kebutuhan bengkel PT. Nusantara Autoworld International itu sendiri. Untuk itulah dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) penulis mencoba membuat tugas akhir mengenai sistem informasi inventory sparepart berbasis web yang bisa meningkatkan kecepatan dan keakuratan dalam pengelolaan data sparepart. Aplikasi sistem informasi ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada, karena dengan adanya sistem informasi ini proses pengelo laan data sparepart menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dibanding sistem manual.

Abstract

Seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru berfungsi untuk mendapatkan mahasiswa yang berkualitas. Kualitas mahasiswa dapat diukur dengan masa pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Lulusan yang tepat waktu yang mempunyai predikat mahasiswa berkualitas. Jumlah kelulusan mahasiswa sangat mempengaruhi penilaian akreditasi bagi suatu perguruan tinggi. Banyak faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan waktu kelulusan bagi mahasiswa seperti, jenis kelamin, umur, status pernikahan, IPK, dan status pekerjaan. Kelima faktor inilah yang akan dijadikan variabel input dalam menentukan klasifikasi kelulusan mahasiswa. Variabel-variabel tersebut akan diolah dengan algoritma KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor), Naive Baye, C4.5. Data mahasiswa diseleksi sebanyak 300 mahasiswa. Data preprocessing menggunakan data mahasiswa yang terdiri dari data pribadi (jenis kelamin, umur, status pernikahan, dan status pekerjaan) dan data akademik (IPK). Berdasarkan data kelulusan, 203 siswa lulus tepat waktu dan 97 siswa lulus terlambat.Setelah dilakukan transformasi, keseluruhan data dapat digunakan karena tidak ada nilai yang kosong. Data yang diubah adalah umur (muda : 19 - 24, tua : 25 - 50) dan IPK (besar : 3 - 4, kecil : 1 - 2.9). Hasil confusion matrix, menunjukkan bahwa Naive Bayes mempunyai accuracy 100.00% dan AUC 1.000 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan C4.5 dan KNN. Sehingga algoritma Naive Bayes mempunyai kinerja yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan KNN dan C4.5.

Abstract

PT Bageur Solusi Indonesia has one of the rather well-known dakwah websites with temporary domain addresses. Id because during the creation of the dakwah website, The id has never measured the quality of the website and received input and advice from the dakwah user websites. The dakwah website must always increase its quality so that the quality of information, interaction, and use always increase to be better. Because in islamic writing, the prayer schedule and Koran reading must be taken very seriously in written and written content on the website. As for the purpose of this study to measure the quality of the website felt by user or user. The study USES a webqual 4.0 method using a SPSS version 25.0 sample used in research and data collection of 92 respondents by sampling methods using abstract samples and dissemination of questionnaire using Google form on the dakwah website for the instant. This study shows that based on a double linear regression test analysis the usability quality results of 0.358 and information quality of 0.309 and for service ediquality of 0.374, which means the website is sterling quality. Then the correlation and determinations test came up with 73.6% and the remaining 26,4% Was affected by another factor not tested in this study. Based on the new data based on value value of 25,390, which means PT.Bageur was able to acquire the value of usability quality 21.365 and information quality service of 17.953. And from the test f of 190.487 the significance of 0,000, the quality of the website has significant value.

Abstract

Abstract Technology implementation in the marketplace world has attracted the attention of researchers to analyze the reviews from customers. The Klik Indomaret application page on GooglePlay is one application that can be used to get information on review data collection. However, getting information on consumer’s opinion or review is not an easy task and need a specific method in categorizing or grouping these reviews into certain groups, i.e. positive or negative reviews. The sentiment analysis study of a review application in GooglePlay is still rare. Therefore, this paper analysis the customer’s sentiment from klikindomaret app using Naive Bayes Classifier (NB) algorithm that is compared to Support Vector Machine (SVM) as well as optimizing the Feature Selection (FS) using the Particle Swarm Optimization method. The results for NB without using FS optimization were 69.74% for accuracy and 0.518 for Area Under Curve (AUC) and for SVM without using FS optimization were 81.21% for accuracy and 0.896 for AUC. While the results of cross-validation NB with FS are 75.21% for accuracy and 0.598 for AUC and cross-validation of SVM with FS is 81.84% for accuracy and 0.898 for AUC, while there is an increase when using the Feature Selection (FS) Particle Swarm Optimization and also the modeling algorithm SVM has a higher value compared to NB for the dataset used in this study. Abstract

PT Dimensi Nirmana Semesta and is a company providing marketing communication services through digital platforms. One of the marketing strategies at PT Dimensi Nirmana Semesta on social media is to use influencer marketing. It's just that, choosing the right influencer to promote a product or service is not easy. If you choose the wrong influencer, this can affect the image of the business in the eyes of consumers. In addition, the results obtained may not be optimal because the influencer's performance is not optimal in promoting the product or service. The construction of an influencer marketing information system can assist business owners in choosing the right influencers to market products according to the type of product. The method used is object-oriented with structured web modeling, the diagram used is UML and the database uses MYSQL while the application is made using PHP programming with the help of the Laravel framework. And a web-based application program is produced that can make it easier to choose an influencer .

Abstract

Now, using technology has become a necessity for everyone. both in the fields of business, government, education, tourism, and the economy. The necessity of face-to-face transactions in buying and selling has been replaced by online media. PT. Sukses Abadi Teknik is a business company that distributes equipment, machinery and food products. At this time, PT. Sukses Abadi Teknik already has a website, namely satmachine.com. However, the number of sales obtained from the information on the satmachine website still does not meet the expected standards. The aim and purpose of this research is to understand the end user's overall evaluation of the use of the satmachine.com website, and measure the quality of the satmain.com website based on variables Webqual 4.0 dimensions are usability, information quality, service interaction and importance performance analysis on user pleasure. Which resulted in suggestions for follow-up on the company's website to maintain and improve the quality of the satmachine.com website. The Slovin formula was used to obtain the minimum sample size, the sample obtained from the slovin formula calculation was 88 respondents. Then the online questionnaire was distributed to 88 respondents via Google Forms. The results showed that the level of the satmachine.com website still did not meet user expectations with a value of 94.33% and a gap value of -0.25. Mapping on the Cartesian diagram is expected to improve the quality of information by displaying the latest information.

Abstract

Website persuratan pada lembaga peradilan membantu pengelolaan persuratan baik persuratan terkait teknis perkara maupun persuratan terkait administrasi non perkara. Melihat peran krusialnya website persuratan dibutuhkan evaluasi terkait kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan pada website persuratan tersebut. Hal ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap website persuratan. Salah satu metode evaluasi terkait kesuksesan sistem informasi yaitu menggunakan metode Delone and Mclean. Dimana model Delone and McLean ini memberikan kerangka kerja praktis untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan keberhasilan sistem informasi. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas pelayanan pada website persuratan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, penggunaan dan manfaat bersih dengan menggunakan Model Kesuksesan DeLone dan McLean. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 orang yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi dan uji T (Uji Parsial). Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan dan analisis data didapatkan hasil bahwa kualitas website persuratan dapat digolongkan dalam kualitas baik, hal ini merujuk pada seluruh koefisien dari hasil pengujian pada masing-masing variabel yang nilainya positif dan signifikan. Meski tergolong berkualitas baik namun ada beberapa perbaikan dan penambahan layanan kedepannya untuk meningkatkan variabel kepuasan pengguna. Dengan meningkatnya kepuasan pengguna akan meningkatkan juga kualitas website kedepannya.

Abstract

Kedaung Wetan 6 SDN today still relies on a manual system in managing academic data, which often poses barriers such as inaccurate data, slow processes, and difficulties in accessing information. The research aims to design and develop web-based academic information systems that are more efficient and effective in addressing such problems. The system development adopted the Scrum method using PHP technology, framework CodeIgniter (CI) and MYSQL. With Scrum, the system development was gradually carried out in short sprints, enabling the team to adapt to changing needs and deliver faster results. The academic information system produced is expected to include features such as student data management, teacher data, student ratings and absences. Thus, this system will be expected to improve the efficiency of the work of teachers and administrative staff, facilitate access to information for all stakeholders, and improve the quality of educational services in SDN Kedaung Wetan 6

Abstract

Advances in computer technology today have moved quickly and massively in various aspects. The computer, which is equipment created to facilitate human work, has changed the way and work system from conventional to computerized. Computerization has now been applied in all fields, including the product sales business. One of them is Pengcab Persambi Karawang which also requires an information system that can support and provide satisfactory service for customers in selling their products. For this reason, researchers built a sales system at the Persambi Karawang Branch Office, which until now has not been computerized. The existing system at Pengcab Persambi Karawang is still done manually, starting from recording customers who buy products, to storing other data related to the sales process to making reports, so that it is possible during the process that errors occur in the recording. The inaccuracy of the reports that are made and the delay in finding the necessary data are the weaknesses of the current system. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company, and with a computerized system an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting the activities of this organization. A computerized system is better than a manual system so that it runs more effectively and efficiently and the current sales system is more conducive than the previous system. The e-commerce system development method is carried out using the Rapid Application Development method approach. This method is a system development method that is carried out quickly and briefly. So it is considered more appropriate in the development of e-commerce systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi usability aplikasi dengan menggunakan heuristic evaluation dan system usability scale (SUS) untuk menilai pengalaman pengguna. Latar belakang ini mencakup masalah yang dihadapi pengguna, seperti person error yang tidak jelas yang menyebabkan kebingungan dan kesulitan memahami aplikasi. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi tingkat usability dari aplikasi menggunakan dua metode heuristic evaluation dan system usability scale. Analisis menggunakan SUS menghasilkan rating grade C dengan penilaian Acceptability pada level marginal, Adjective OK, dan NPS (Net Promoter Score) sebagai passive dengan skor 70,25%. Sementara itu, heuristic evaluation menunjukan bahwa aplikasi berada dalam kategori C dengan hasil learnability 72%, efficiency 72%, error 70%, memorability 72% dan satisfaction 65%. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa meskipun berada pada kategori C masih dapat diterima oleh pengguna, terdapat area yang perlu diperbaiki, khususnya dalam layanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi.
