Abstract

Beberapa tradisi bersinggungan dengan keyakinan partisipannya pada Tuhannya. Seperti tradisi Panjang Mulud yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Kebaharan. Tradisi ini memiliki makna keagamaan didalamnya yang bersifat transenden. Partisipannya diyakini melakukan komunikasi transendental antara dirinya dan Tuhannya. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui motif apa saja yang mendasari partisipan, konsep diri partisipan yang terbangun dalam tradisi ini serta makna tradisi Panjang Mulud sebagai media Komunikasi Transendental. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan paradigma konstruktivis. Penulisan ini menggunakan teori konstruksi sosial dan interaksi simbolik. Hasil dari penulisan ini yaitu, motif yang mendasari partisipan adalah motif ibadah, ekonomi, perasaan (motif ‘untuk’) dan motif sosial, pengakuan, ibadah (motif ‘sebab’). Partisipan menilai dirinya sebagai muslim yang taat, dermawan dan berada. Makna yang terbentuk dalam tradisi ini sebagai bentuk ekspresi diri, identitas, momentum dan sebagai alat mencapai tujuan mereka. Komunikasi transendental ada dalam setiap proses tradisi panjang mulud dan dimaknai langsung oleh partisipan, melalui tindakan verbal berupa doa, dizkir mulud, marhaban dan pengajian maupun nonverbal seperti sedekah mengeluarkan panjang, silahturahim, dan ziarah yang kembali kepada keyakinan agama partisipannya sebagai bentuk keimanan, yang menjadi ciri komunikasi transendental. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Transendental, Tradisi Panjang Mulud, Makna, Interaksi Simbolik, Konstruksi Sosial

Abstract

The service program aims to increase public knowledge about various kinds of digital media literacy information, especially related to job opportunities, schools, Islamic boarding schools, and scholarships as an effort to form and develop an education literate society and alleviate poverty. The specific targets are: (1) Basic use of computers to search for information and needs; (2) the use of subjective needs and abilities; and (3) a consultation room for the information obtained. The method used: (1). Socialization about “Umah Information” at Azzahra Reading Park; (2). Socialization material according to target. The results of the service show that the village community is very interested in the digitization program, because of the availability of computers (PCs and laptops) that cannot be owned and accessed. Browsing is the easiest thing, as a habit from HP. The understanding and use of word, ppt, excel, and others is low, of the 30 participants consisting of elementary, high school students, junior high school age students - high school students, mothers and fathers from various professions, only those who have a profession as formal workers such as teachers, who already know, and are able to operate, and adapt quickly during training.

Abstract

Abstract This Community Service Program is the Economic Empowerment of Salafiyah Islamic Boarding Schools. Implemented through the Innovation Training for the Making of Mushroom Meatballs at the Pesantren Al-Barokah in Serang Regency. This activity is intended to help strengthen the institutional and economic capacity so that it can further improve the quality of its education services. Pesantren Al-Barokah is an independent, out-of-school educational institution that provides “optimal” educational services. The students are facilitated 1) religious education typical of the pesantren, 2) Pursuing Package education so that later they have formal legality (Equality Certificate), 3) skills in mushroom cultivation, 4) adequate accommodation and learning facilities. Problem: Because the tuitions is very light, pesantren income is relatively limited so that the operational costs of the pesantren are very dependent on the organizers. This pesantren has an oyster mushroom cultivation business unit, but because there is no creative economic process, it has not produced optimal income. Solutions to these problems were given entrepreneurship counseling and training on making mushroom meatballs as an effort to increase the value added of managed mushroom cultivation.

Abstract

This study explores the efforts to enhance economic independence through the establishment of the Koperasi Merah Putih (Red and White Cooperative) in Kalisari Village, Banyuglugur District, Situbondo Regency. The cooperative serves as a strategic initiative to empower the local community, particularly small-scale farmers and micro-entrepreneurs, by promoting collective economic activities based on mutual cooperation and local potential. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this research highlights the formation process, challenges, and early impacts of the cooperative. Findings indicate that the cooperative plays a significant role in fostering economic resilience, increasing community participation, and improving access to financial and business resources. However, sustainability still depends on continuous guidance, strong leadership, and consistent member involvement. This study suggests that with proper management and government support, community-based cooperatives like Koperasi Merah Putih can be a vital instrument in building rural economic independence.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between the Human Development Index (HDI) and regional economic growth in Probolinggo Regency during 2020–2024. HDI represents not only education and health, but also the overall quality of life of the population. On the other hand, economic growth is measured using the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at constant prices. This study applies a quantitative approach using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), with Pearson correlation analysis to examine the link between the two variables. The results show a positive and meaningful correlation, suggesting that improvements in human development tend to go hand in hand with better economic performance. These findings emphasize that developing human capital is not just a social priority, but a strategic move to build sustainable regional growth.
