Abstract

Perkembangbiakan Dendrobium secara in vitro dengan metode kultur jaringan umumnya dilakukan dengan eksplan pseudobub muda. Pemotongan pseudobulb muda merugikan petani anggrek, karena dari pseudobulb muda ini kelak akan menghasilkan kuncup bunga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan tumbuh nodus dari pseudobulb tua anggrek Dendrobium secara in vitro. Medium dasar yang digunakan adalah medium New Phaleonopsis (NP). Penambahan zat pengatur tumbuh (zpt) adalah kombinasi furfuril amino purin (kinetin) dan α-Naphtalena Acetic Acid (NAA) kadar 0, 1, 2, 3 dan 4 ppm dengan metode Mohr yang dimodifikasi. Pengirisan eksplan pada nodus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan zpt NAA dan kinetin dapat merangsang pertumbuhan mata tunas pseudobulb tua dan pseudobulb muda anggrek Dendrobium Wolter Oumay. Nodus pseudobulb tua tumbuh paling baik pada medium dengan kombinasi zpt NAA 2 ppm dan kinetin 2 ppm. Mata tunas pseudobulb muda tumbuh baik pada medium NP dengan penambahan NAA 4 ppm.

Abstract

Peternak usaha sapi potong di Kabupaten Grobogan banyak memelihara sapi sebagai usaha sampingan. Permasalahan yang terdapat dalam pengembangan usaha sapi potong keterbatasan modal. Tujuan penelitian (i) menganalisis keragaan faktor kredit; (ii) menganalisis kemampuan anggota Kelompok Tani Ternak dalam memenuhi kewajiban pengembalian kredit; (iii) menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor kredit terhadap tingkat pengembalian kredit. Penelitian menggunakan metode survai.Rasio rata-rata tingkat pengembalian kredit dari 100 responden anggota Kelompok Tani Ternak penerima kredit ketahanan pangan dan energi adalah 1.1586. Rasio tersebut diperoleh dari perhitungan rata-rata pokok kredit dan bunga yang telah dibayar (Rp. 30.748.073,00) dengan rata-rata pokok kredit dan bunga yang seharusnya dibayar (Rp. 26.635.545,00). Hasil persamaan regresi menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan (X3), jumlah ternak (X4) dan lama beternak (X5) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengembalian kredit. Sedangkan pokok kredit (X1), bunga kredit (X2), usia peternak (X6), jumlah tanggungan keluarga (X7) tidak berpengauh tingkat pengembalian kredit.Kata kunci : sapi potong, KKPE, tingkat pengembalian kredit

Abstract

Factors influencing purchasing decision is vital for the product development and market line expansion. This study aimed to analyze consumer’s characteristics and factors influencing the purchasing decision of crystal guava in agrotourism sites owned by the Agricultural Technical Implementing Service Unit in Semarang City. This was a survey study conducted in Cepoko Agrotourism and Purwosari Agrotourism. These locations selected according to several considerations: managed by the Agricultural Technical Implementing Service Unit, Agricultural Board of Semarang City, distributed crystal guava with lower price, and consumer’s high interest in crystal guava that offered in the agrotourism site. A quota sampling technique was employed to select the number of participant required in the study. There were 100 consumers, 67 consumers from Cepoko Agrotourism and 33 consumers from Purwosari Agrotourism. Accidental sampling tecnique then applied to choose the eligible study participants. Descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis enrolled to analyze the study data. Results revealed that the majority of the participant were women, aged between 39 to 45 years old, graduated from senior high school and university (bachelor/diploma), housewives and entrepreneurs, had an average income of IDR 4,500,000/month, and had four family members. Product quality, promotion activity, attitude, and lifestyle identified as factors that affected the purchasing decision. Price, location, and motivation found to be not associated with the consumer’s purchasing decision.

Abstract

Jasmine is a type of floriculture plant, that is white and has a very fragrant aroma. Jasmine flowers are widely used for activities related to customs as well as industrial raw materials. The use of jasmine is increasingly decreasing because many industries use the essence of jasmine because they are cheaper. The selling price of jasmine flowers tends to fluctuate because the production of jasmine is determined by the season and requests for certain festivals and ceremonies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of jasmine flower farmers and analyze the factors that influence the income of jasmine flower farming. The research was carried out in September 2018 in Batang District and Kandeman District, Batang Regency. The research method uses survey methods and data collection methods through interviews. The method for taking samples using Slovin techniques, determining the number of each sub-district using proportional allocation. Methods of data analysis using income analysis, multiple linear regression test and one sample t-test. The results showed that the income of jasmine flower farmers was Rp. 3,330,909 / 0.51 ha / month. The results of the analysis of one sample t-test show that the income of jasmine flower farmers is greater than the District Minimum Wage (UMK). Factors of seed costs, pesticide costs, fertilizer costs, selling prices and labor costs have an effect on simultaneously or partially on the income of jasmine flower farmers.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the amount of costs, production volume, revenue, and business profit of CV Tani Subur and analyze the BEP and optimize the use of resources in organic fertilizer production in CV Tani Subur to produce maximum profit. The study was conducted in December 2019 at CV Tani Subur, Sleman. The research method used was quantitative method with cost-volume profit and linear programming data analysis. The results showed cost-volume profit analysis is unsuitable to be used in CV Tani Subur profit planning. The re- event point of CV Tani Subur in 2017 had the highest value and caused losses to CV Tani Subur due to its inability to break even. Furthermore, the analysis of linear programming in CV Tani Subur shows that the company will get optimal results if it only produces cow organic fertilizer as much as 548.3925 tons per year. The advantage achieved if producing organic cow fertilizer which is calculated by calculating the simplex method using POM Quantitative methods for windows version 3 software is IDR. 248,392,500 per year.

Abstract

As we know, the most important human need is food. Nowadays, many people awared that food with high nutrition is one of the welfare indicators in the society. Beef is animal food commodity from livestock that has high nutritional value. The aims of this research were to analyze the characteristic and consumers’ preference to the beef at traditional market in Semarang City. The researcher chose Semarang City as the research location based on purposive method. The sample was randomly chosen, of 100 respondents based on the quota sampling technique. Meanwhile, the taking sample method that used was purposive sampling method. This research used some data analysis, which were descriptive analysis, chi square analysis, crosstab analysis and conjoin analysis. Based on the research result, it conducted that most of the consumer characteristic was female, 36 – 40 years old, graduated from Senior High School, worked as housewife and have family income of > Rp. 5.000.000 per month. There was a connection between the number of family member and the number of beef purchase. The consumers more preferred bright red beef, without fat and beef cut of the part 3 (shank, rib, flank and brisket). The sequences of beef from the most important part based on Importance Values was 44,99% of fat, 28,24% of the color and 26,75% of the cut.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi lahan, benih, pupuk Phonska, pupuk Za, pestisida, dan tenaga kerja terhadap hasil produksi usahatani semangka merah dan semangka kuning, serta untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi ekonomi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi usahatani semangka merah dan usahatani semangka kuning. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2017 di Gapoktan Ngudi Santoso Desa Bakalan Kecamatan Dukuhseti Kabupaten Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Penentuan jumlah responden dilakukan dengan metode slovin, kemudian dari hasil tersebut ditetapkan sebagai kuota dengan metode quota sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari responden dengan wawancara menggunakan panduan kuesioner. Data sekunder diambil dari sumber atau instansi-instansi terkait serta dari pustaka lain yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan fungsi produksi model Cobb-Douglas, analisis regresi linier berganda dan independent sample t-test. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi luas lahan, benih, pupuk Phonska, pupuk ZA, pestisida dan tenaga kerja secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap produksi semangka merah dan semangka kuning. Nilai signifikansi t-test efisiensi ekonomi lahan, benih, pupuk Phonska, pupuk ZA, pestisida, dan tenaga kerja usahatani semangka merah dan semangka kuning berturut-turut adalah 0,001; 0,002; 0,000; 0,000; 0,000; dan 0,000. Determination of the number of respondents is done by the Slovin method, then the results are determined as quota with the quota sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from respondents by interview using a questionnaire guide. Secondary data is taken from sources or related agencies as well as from other literature related to this research. Data analysis used the Cobb-Douglas model production function, multiple linear regression analysis and independent sample t-test. The results of the study, namely the use of factors of production of land area, seeds, Phonska fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, pesticides and labor simultaneously affect the production of red watermelon and yellow watermelon. The significance value of the t-test is the economic efficiency of land, seeds, Phonska fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, pesticides, and red watermelon and yellow watermelon farming labor. successively is 0.001; 0.002; 0,000; 0,000; 0,000; and 0,000. Abstract

Soybean is a commodity that is rich in protein and acts as a source of vegetable protein which is very important for the body. Soybeans demand continues to increase due to the high demand for processing industry activities. The research was aimed to identify the tempeh industry profile and analyze the factors that influence the demand for soybeans in tempeh industry in South Semarang District. The research was conducted in July 2018 in South Semarang District. Slovin method used for sampling method with total sample of 89 respondent and proportionally in 10 existing sub-district. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the majority of tempeh craftsmen in South Semarang are in the productive age for work, dominated by high school graduates, and the average experience is 17.5 years. Simultaneously the soybean price variable, the price of supporting goods, business capital, income, and the price of tempe had a significant effect on the demand for soybeans in the tempe industry in South Semarang District. While partially, the variable price of soybean, the price of supporting goods, and income has a significant effect soybean demand in the tempe industry in South Semarang District. The value of the price elasticity is less than one, so the elasticity is inelastic. The value of income elasticity is positive, this indicates that the normal goods are soybeans.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari – Maret 2021 di The Farmhill store Kota Semarang. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive). Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis bauran pemasaran produk melon hidroponik dan menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran melon hidroponik The Farmhill terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 pelanggan melon hidroponik di The Farmhill di Kota Semarang. Data yang dikumpulkan dari data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis data menggunakan paket program SPSS 21.0. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah nilai dari Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,732 atau 73,2%, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 0,732 atau 73,2% dan sisanya 26,8 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Aspek marketing mix yang meliputi variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi secara serempak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melon hidroponik The Farmhill di Kota Semarang. Secara parsial aspek marketing mix yang meliputi variabel produk, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melon hidroponik The Farmhill di Kota Semarang, sedangkan variabel harga tidak mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan melon hidroponik The Farmhill di Kota Semarang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini adalah untuk (i) mengenali pengaruh stimulus pemasaran terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen, (ii) mengenali efek atau pengaruh dari stimulus pemasaran kepada variabel loyalitas konsumen, (iii) efek stimulus pemasaran kepada variabel loyalitas konsumen dengan variabel perantara berupa kepuasan konsumen, serta (iv) mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen Kafe Semasa di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2020. Kafe Semasa dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian didasarkan pada pertimbangan bahwa Kafe Semasa memiliki konsep outdoor café, pemanfaatan bangunan kecil di sudut ruko, dan tidak memiliki fasilitas wifi namun tetap memiliki jumlah pelanggan yang banyak. Jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan quota sampling sebanyak 110 pelanggan Kafe Semasa sebagai responden, sedangkan penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan accidental sampling. Kriteria responden adalah konsumen yang membeli produk kopi di Kafe Semasa dengan kunjungan sebanyak minimal tiga kali dalam sebulan. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara berdasarkan kuesioner yang telah dipersiapkan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan  analisis path, analisis kepentingan dan kinerja (IPA), serta analisis index kepuasan konsumen (CSI). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, variabel kualitas pelayanan, serta variabel promosi memiliki pengaruh secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Variabel kualitas pelayanan serta promosi melalui kepuasan konsumen memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen produk kopi Kafe Semasa. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen kafe Semasa adalah 85,2% yang memperlihatkan bahwa konsumen berada pada tingkatan sangat puas.
