Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu menggali potensi wisata di Desa Ledokdawan Kecamatan Geyer Kabupaten Grobogan, berupa peningkatan kualitas kolam pemandian, yang selanjutnya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan juga pendapatan Desa Ledokdawan. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi mengenai optimalisasi potensi wisata desa, manajemen wisata desa, dan bantuan perbaikan kolam pemandian yang ada di Desa Ledokdawan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 orang yang terdiri atas tokoh masyarakat, tokoh pemerintah desa, dan dari unsur pemuda desa. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan meningkatkan animo masyarakat untuk mengunjungi kolam pemandian di Desa Ledokdawan, sehingga masyarakat mendapatkan kesenangan/kesejahteraan melalui adanya kolam pemandian tersebut. Lebih lanjut peningkatan animo masyarakat ini akan mendorong munculnya pedagang-pedagang yang dapat menjadi sarana dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan sampah bonggol jagung yang selama ini belum dimanfaatkan menjadi salah satu potensi ekonomi di Desa Ledokdawan Kecamatan Geyer Kabupaten Grobogan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan juga pendapatan Desa Ledokdawan. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi mengenai potensi sampah bonggol jagung, kriya bonggol jagung, dan manajemen pemasaran hasil produk bonggol jagung yang ada di Desa Ledokdawan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 orang yang terdiri atas unsur PKK dan pemuda/pemudi Desa Ledokdawan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan mengurangi sampah bonggol jagung dan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat, yang selanjutnya dapat menjadi pendukung potensi Desa Ledokdawan menjadi desa wisata di Kabupaten Grobongan. Kata kunci: bonggol jagung, kriya, ekonomi masyarakat, desa wisata, Ledokdawan.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research aiming at determine the effect of economic growth, local revenue and general allocation funds on capital expenditure of all sub-districts of Karanganyar district from 2018 to 2022. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from budget realization report and economic growth. Population in this research 17 sub-districts in Karanganyar regency. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research wa 17 sub-districts within 5 years so the sample is 85. The data analysis methods used are classical acceptance and multiple linear regression tests, F-tests, t-test and R2-tests. The results of the F-tests on the variables of economic growth, native local income, and general allocation funds influence government policies in allocating capital expenditures. The t-test results show that the variables economic growth and village income have a large effect on investment, while the general allocation fund has no effect on investment Keywords: Economic growth, capital investment, general grants, local revenues

Abstract

The study aims to determine The effect of local Taxes on the finansial performance of district/city regional goverment financial in Central Jawa in 2019-2022, The effect of Regional Retribution on Regional Goverment Finansial Performance in 2019-2022, The effect of Capital Expenditure on Regional Goverment Finansial Performance in 2019-2022. This Research is a quantitative reserch. The subject of this research is the District/City Regional Goverments in Ceintral Jawa, totaling 35 regencies and cities. The data used comes from the Realization Report of the Directorate General of Taxes, Ministry of Finance. Data collection techniques using the documentation method. The requirements analysis test uses the classical assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the study show that Regional taxes have a sigmificant positive effect on the Finansial Performance of District/City Goverments in Central Jawa in 2019-2022, Regional Levies have no significant efeect on the Finansial Performance of Regency/City Goverments in Central Java in 2019-2022, Capital Expenditure has a significant negative effect on the Financial Performance of Regency/City Regional Goverments in Central Java in 2019-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the use of accounting information on SMEs in the Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency. The independent variabels in this study are accounting knowledge, business experience and business scale. While the dependent variable is the use of accounting information for SMEs in Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency. The sample used in this study were 85 SMEs in the trade sector in Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency. Data was collected by d istributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 28. The results of this study indicate that there are only two of the three variables that have a significant effect on the use of MSME accounting information in Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency, namely accounting knowledge and business scale.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, revenue and operating costs on profits at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jongke Surakarta Branch for the 2019-2021 period, either simultaneously or partially. In this study, the researcher used sekunder data with descriptive analysis method, classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test) and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R² test. Based on the results of product research, income and operating costs on profit, it is obtained that f count = 30,744 > f table = 2.96, with a significance of 0.000 0.05, so that there is no positive and significant effect of Product on Profit at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta Jongke Branch for the period 2019-2021. Based on income research on earnings, the results obtained tcount = 8.590 > ttable = 2.055, with a significance of t 0.000

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the significant influence of Accounting Knowledge, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurial Personality on the Performance of rattan MSME Businesses in Trangsan Village. The type of data used is primary data using the Slovin formula obtained from 58 sample respondents. The data collection techniques used are, Observation, Interview, Questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis tests, validity tests and reliability tests. The classical assumption tests used are the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing uses the t test using SPSS 23. The results of the study show that accounting knowledge, human resource management, entrepreneurial personality have a significant effect on business performance in the rattan UMKM of Trangsan Village

Abstract

The research purpose was analyzed the effect of community participation, competence of village government officials, and transparency on the accountability of managing village funds in Gatak District, Sukoharjo Regency. The research type is quantitative research with primary data sources. The samples were community members (members of the BPD) and employees who worked in 14 village offices in Gatak District, Sukoharjo Regency, totaling 98 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used survey techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS test tool. The hypothesis testing method used the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that community participation and competence of village government officials had a positive and significant effect on village fund management accountability in Gatak District, Sukoharjo Regency. Transparency has not significant effect on the accountability of managing village funds in Gatak District, Sukoharjo Regency. Community participation, competence of village government officials, and transparency are able to explain village fund management accountability by 35.6%, the remaining 64.4% is explained by other factors not explained in the regression model. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of tangibility, growth opportunity, and company age on company performance in sub-goods and consumer manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2022. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The research method used is quantitative research with a sample size of 14 consumer goods and consumption companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis used is path analysis using SPSS version 23. The research results show that growth opportunity and company age influence company performance. Meanwhile, tangibility has no effect on company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic ability and actualization design on the results of the actualization of the CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The number of samples as many as 399 participants were taken by purposive sampling technique. The results of the study concluded that: 1) Academic ability had a positive but not significant effect on the results of the implementation of the actualization of the CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province; 2) The actualization design has a positive and significant impact on the results of the actualization implementation for the participants of the CPNS Basic Training at BPSDMD Central Java Province; 3) Academic Ability and Actualization Design simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the Results of the Implementation of the Actualization of CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province; 4) The actualization design significantly positively moderates (strengthens) the relationship between the influence of academic ability on the results of the implementation of the actualization of CPNS Basic Training participants at BPSDMD Central Java Province. The recommendations given are 1) For State Administration Institutions to conduct a more in-depth study or evaluation related to the correlation between the provision of academic material that results in the participants' academic abilities and the implementation of actualization; 2) For the Central Java Province BPSDMD to conduct a study or evaluation of the implementation of the CPNS Basic Training comprehensively and to make an evaluation instrument for the role of the coach; 3) For other researchers, the results of this study can be developed both in terms of location and research variables; 4) For Civil Servants (PNS)to keep trying to find the formulation of effective learning methods and for coaches to continue to improve their role to be more effective.
