Abstract

This study discusses System and Marketing Strategy Analysis in the Tofu Industry (Case Study on the Samani Tofu Industry in Meurah Mulia District). Samani Tofu Industry has a big potential in tofu industry, but still restricted by marketing system, promotion, capital, and also higher price material. Thus, this study aim to analyze its system and marketing strategy. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. This study uses data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the marketing system of the tofu in the Samani tofu industry in Meurah Mulia District includes quality raw materials, competent employees, a clean and strategic place and cooperation with local community transportation. Mean while, marketing system of the tofu in the Samani tofu industry in Meurah Mulia by producing high quality products, offer a lower price, affordable among the community. distribution strategy applied to Samani's tofu business is by directing it into the hands of consumers and also through intermediaries, namely retailers, direct approach with community and word of mouth.

Abstract

In order to instill the virtue of frugal living, it is imperative to educate children on the practice of saving from an early age. Sharia-compliant banks offer a secure platform for savings. A recent educational initiative undertaken at Tarbiyatul Athfal Kindergarten, Lhokseumawe, on Thursday, July 11, 2024, using an interactive lecture approach to impart a comprehensive understanding of Sharia banking and its associated terms to young children. This program effectively equipped the children with a sound grasp of Sharia banking, as evidenced by their successful responses during the evaluation phase

Abstract

The conventional marketing system which still distributes their product from mouth to mouth and social medial using hasn’t maximized yet were problems that found in livestock business owned by Desa Uteunkot is contributing this community services activities. The purpose of this activity is educating mitra about the importance of marketing communication to reach out more consumer. The implementation method used is socialization to the society in Desa Uteunkot. The number of this socialization participants was 25 participants. After this community service implementation, there is an increase in catfish sales volume in the amount of 11%.

Abstract

Zakat is a large scope of financial potential in Islam which has a very broad impact if it is properly optimized and managed. For that, it takes not only a leader figure but also a person who has leadership in maximizing zakat fundraising. This study aims to see the role of leadership in zakat fundraising using qualitative research methods. The type of research used is literature review by exploring relevant sources obtained from previous research, books, journals and trusted websites. This research shows that leadership has a very important role in the fundraising of zakat. With good leadership, a good system will also be built in various aspects of zakat fundraising. In a larger scope, it takes the role of the government as the main leader in zakat fundraising. The presence of the government with various potentials and good leadership will be able to optimize the receipt of zakat funds. Zakat merupakan scope besar potensi keuangan dalam Islam yang memiliki dampak sangat luas jika dioptimalkan dan dikelola dengan baik. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan tidak hanya sosok leader tetapi personal yang memiliki leadership dalam memaksimalkan fundraising zakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran leadership dalam fundraising zakat dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah literatur review dengan mengeksplorasi sumber relevan yang didapatkan dari penelitian terdahulu, buku, jurnal maupun website terpercaya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa leadership memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam fundraising zakat. Dengan leadership yang baik maka akan terbangun sistem yang baik pula dalam berbagai aspek fundraising zakat. Dalam cakupan yang lebih besar, dibutuhkan peran pemerintah sebagai leader utama dalam fundraising zakat. Kehadiran pemerintah dengan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki maupun kepemimpinan yang baik akan mampu mengoptimalkan penerimaan dana zakat.

Abstract

Students have various funding problems before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. 2018 data from the Ministry of Education shows that there are 8,043,480 students in Indonesia. In the same year, there were 3% of students who dropped out of college due to various reasons, including the economy. The government itself has made various efforts to overcome this problem. However, in practice, many students do not feel the assistance provided by the government. For this reason, the campus certainly must not let go and must provide solutions for students to stay in college. This research will look at the right waqf bank model as one of the solutions that can be done by the campus. The researcher uses descriptive qualitative research using secondary data in examining the Amal Jariyah Student Waqf Bank and STF UIN Syahid Jakarta as a waqf bank model that can be developed by each campus. The results of this study indicate that the Amal Jariyah Student Waqf Bank and STF UIN Syahid Jakarta are the right models for other campuses to establish waqf banks. These two waqf bank models have proven to be successful in providing great contributions not only to students but also to the wider community.

Abstract

The market capitalization of the Jakarta Islamix Index has continued to decline in the last five years. This can be influenced by several macroeconomic variables such as exchange rates, interest rates and Money Supply. This study aims to examine the effect of these three macroeconomic variables on the market capitalization of the Jakarta Islamix Index. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary time series data from 2003 to 2021 which was taken from Bank Indonesia and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. The data is processed using the Error Correction Mechanism method with the help of the Eviews application. The results show that in the long term the three independent variables have an influence on the market capitalization of the Jakarta Islamic Index which is indicated by a prob value <0.05. While in the long term, there is not a single independent variable that has an influence on the dependent variable marked with a prob value > 0.005

Abstract

This study is entitled "Comparative Study of the Influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction Level between BSI Bank and Aceh Bank (Case Study of FEBI IAIN Lhokseumawe Students)" The background of this study is based on the rapid development of Islamic banking in Indonesia, especially Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) as a national bank and Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) as a regional bank. Although both are Sharia-based, there are differences in students' perceptions of service quality and the level of satisfaction provided by each bank. This study aims to determine : (1) The influence of service quality on customer satisfaction of Bank BSI, (2) The influence of service quality on customer satisfaction of Bank Aceh, and (3) Comparison of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction between Bank BSI and Bank Aceh. The method used is a comparative quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 94 FEBI IAIN Lhokseumawe students who are customers of both Banks . Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test , classical assumption test , simple linear regression, and independent sample t- test . The results of the study indicates that service quality at Bank BSI has a contribution to customer satisfaction of 26.1% (R² = 0.261), but is not statistically significant (p = 0.416 > 0.05). Meanwhile , the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Aceh is only 8.9% (R² = 0.089).

Abstract

One of the investments that people are interested in today is Cryptocurrency. This is a form of investment that occurs due to advances in the world of technology that are felt by the community without exception also for Muslims. Conventional investment is defined as having broad benefits and impacts on the country's economy. However, Islam provides various limits in investing. For an investment to be recognized in Islam, four aspects must be owned, namely: material/financial aspects, halal aspects, social and environmental aspects, and divine aspects. For this reason, this research will describe in detail, whether cryptocurrencies meet these aspects or not. In answering these problems, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach with valid secondary data sources. This research results that none of the four aspects can be fulfilled from cryptocurrency, both material/financial aspects, halal aspects, social and environmental aspects as well as divine aspects.Keywords: Cryptocurrency; investment; Islamic economy
