Abstract

This study aims to determine the remaining cemeteries and the capacity of cemeteries in Makassar City for the next 20 years and to develop directions for the development of cemeteries in Makassar City. This study uses descriptive analysis methods, population projections, burial land capacity and swot analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the capacity of public cemeteries in Makassar City, they are no longer able to accommodate the number of deaths until 2041 with a normal system and based on the results of the swot analysis for directions in the development of meeting the needs of cemeteries in Makassar City can be carried out in various ways, namely: optimizing cemeteries and Utilization of regulations related to stake prices for non-native residents of Makassar City to control limited land for cemeteries.

Abstract

Sustainable Management of Coastal Resources for the Development of Coastal Areas in South Galesong District, Takalar Regency" This study aims to determine the potential that exists in the coastal area of South Galesong District in the development of coastal areas and strategies in developing coastal areas of South Galesong District, Takalar Regency. The population in the coastal area is the target of this study. The data collection approach is observational, it is decided that sustainable resource management. Another potential resource that can be developed is tourism development. From this potential, it is necessary to develop coastal areas with sustainable management of coastal resources. The results showed that the coastal area in South Galesong District with the highest level of development of coastal resource potential was in Bontorannu Village, where there was potential for the development of tourism and other types of fish, as well as Mangindara and Bonto Kanang villages which had a moderate level of development and potential for milkfish development. shrimp, coral reefs, seagrass beds, and mangroves. To maximize utilization, management, techniques for catching and processing fishery products, as well as a marketing system as a center for economic development for fishing communities in Takalar Regency, develop an integrated fishery area around the coastal area of South Galesong District. Development of better facilities and infrastructure for the operationalization of the coastal area of South Galesong District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the availability of green open space in Tamalanrea Village and how the strategy to maximize green open space in Tamalanrea Village can be an input or reference for the government as a policy determinant in the development, private parties, social institutions, or communities that act as development implementation and for planners in terms of increasing development, especially in terms of providing green open space. This qualitative research uses data collection techniques using observation, interview, documentation, and literature study methods. The data obtained were then analyzed using the spatial approach, qualitative descriptive analysis, and Indonesian Green-Blue Index (IHBI) approach. The conclusion of this study is that the availability of green open space in Tamalanrea Village based on MINISTER OF ATR / BPN Number 14 of 2022 concerning the provision and utilization of green open space consisting of allotment areas or green open space zones, namely RT parks and green lanes, allotment areas or other zones, namely agricultural areas, green open spaces on plots, namely parcels in residential zones, parcels in office zones, and home yards, as well as blue open space areas, namely lakes whose availability needs to be maximized ecologically and socially based on MINISTER OF ATR / BPN Number 14 of 2022.
