Abstract

The discovery of the law by the judge in the court judgment is important. However, if these findings are based on a mistaken interpretation of the law, then such a step can not be regarded as legal discovery and it will have implications for the emergence of public disappointment. The results of analysis of 13 court verdict shows disparities legal interpretation both horizontally and vertically on Articles 2 and 3 of Law on Corruption Eradication. Among the legal interpretation of the most prominent of which are used judges is an interpretation of a restrictive, so that the element of "everyone" in Article 2 is interpreted as people who are not civil servants or state officials, while the element "any person" in Article 3 is interpreted as civil servants or state officials , The interpretation does not make sense because the resulting civil servants or state officials can not be charged under Article 2 (tort) and can only be charged under Section 3 (abuse of authority). Article 3 The minimum penalty is much lighter than a minimum sentence of Article 2, so that decisions are based on a restrictive interpretation of the implications for the injustice and legal uncertainty. In addition, in a systematic interpretation haldemikian contrary to criminal law umbrella because according to Article 52 of the Criminal Code, a threat to a crime in office plus one third. Abstract

Most of the concepts in chemistry are abstract. So the potential misconception that is common to the students, so it is necessary to develop the learning medium, especially in the student worksheet. This study aims to develop student works-heet based on science process skills. In this study, using the method of research and development (Research and Development) by Borg Gall and Gall, 1989 (Sukmadinata, 2009). Results of student worksheets developed are student worksheets that can measure students' science process skills. Furthermore performed limited testing to see what students and teachers based on student worksheets science process skills are developed. Limited testing done at one school in the town of Bandar Lampung. Based on limited testing for teachers on aspects of compliance content, readability, and the construction of the student worksheet based on science process skills obtained results respectively 90%, 85%, and 88.88%. While the limited testing conducted for the students to aspects kemenarikan, legibility and keterlaksanaan the student worksheet based on science process skills acquired respectively 88.93%, 87.85%, and 100%. Based on these results can be simpulankan the student worksheet based on science process skills can increase student interest and may assist students in the mastery of concept sespecially inacid-base material.Keywords: student worksheet, science process skills, acid-base.

Abstract

This study was carried out to (1) seek to identify underlying factors influencing consumers’ decision to purchase branded packaged-rice; (2) understand whether packaging and brand are important factors influencing consumers’ decision t purchase packed-rice; (3) analyze consumers’ perception toward the function of brand in a packed-rice; and (4) seek to identify correlation between the level of income as well as education of consumers and their response to brand-factor on their decision to purchase a branded packaged-rice. The results of analysis show that brand and packaging were amongst important factors influencing consumer behavior on purchasing packed rice. Based on their importance, factors influencing consumer behavior on purchasing branded packaged-rice respectively were perceived quality; price; brand; purchasing place; source of information (reference); rice physical quality; product packaging; and promotion. Consumers mostly agree that brand is associated with several positive dimension of their perception. According to consumers, the dimensions associated with brand-factor respectively were product aesthetics, product performance, consumer satisfaction, product hygiene, product reliability and availability of the product. No correlation was found between the consumers’ level of income and their decision to purchase branded packaged-rice, but significant correlation was found for consumers’ level of education. This indicates that level of education potentially can be utilized to segment the branded packaged-rice market.Keywords: Rice, Consumer behaviour, Brand, Labelling

Abstract

Tujuan   dalam   penelitian     ini  adalah   mengidentifikasi     dan   mengetahui     tanggapan    sikap kepuasan    konsumen    terhadap   kondisi   motor  Sanex  serta  membuktikan     opini  masyarakat apakah    benar,   motor   Sanex   tidak   handal.   Metode    yang   digunakan    angket,    observasi. dokumentasi,      studi    pus taka    dan    wawancara.     !vietode    analisis     butir    angket    yang digunakan     adalah    validitas    dan   reliabilitas.    Analisis    kepuasan    dengan    menggunakan skala   guttman,    yaitu   metode   scalogram    atau  analisa   skala   (scale  analisis)   sangat    baik untuk   meyakinkan    peneliti    tentang   kesatuan   dimensi   dari  sikap   atau  sifat  yang   diteliti, yang  disebut   isi universal    (universe   ofcontent)    atau  atribut  universal   (universe   attribute). Berdasarkan    hasil  penelitian    dari  J 5 butir  angket   dan  37  responden    (populasi),    obyek  di kecamatan    Juwiring    Klaten,   bahwa  dinyatakan    J 3 butir  valid  dan  reliabel. Berdasarkan analisis    atribut   yang   dianggap    penting    oleh  para    responden    sesuai   prioritas     adalah kelengkapan    produk    8.05%,   kenyamanan     7.74%,   daya   tahan   7.14%.  akselerasi     7.35%. responsivitas     7.91%,  performa    produk 7.98%.      design  produk 7.42%.     speare  paris   7.14%, harga   beli  8.68%.   harga  puma   jual   7.35%.  mengikuti    ternd   7.63%.   wama    7.28%.     dan iril bahan   bakar  8.33%.   Terdapat   5 atribut  yang  masuk  dalam  kategori   sikap  sangat  puas yaitu   kelengkapan    produk,    responsivitas,    performa   produk, harga   beli,  irit  bahan   bakar. Sedangkan    untuk  atribut   yang   masuk   da/am  kategori   sikap  puas   ada  delapan   ( 8 ) yaitu kenyamanan,     daya   tahan,   akselerasi,    design   produk,    speare   parts,    harga   puma    jual, mengikuti     trend   dan   warna.   Dari   hasil   penelitian     tentang    sikap   kepuasan    pengguna motor   Sanex   di  daerah   Juwiring    Klaten   dapat   ditarik   kesimpulan     bahwa  persepsi    a/au opini   masyarakat     bahwa   motor   Sanex   tidak  handal   tidak   terbukti,   dalam   artian   bahwa motor  Sanex  mempunyai    beberapa   kelebihan   dan  mempunyai    beberapa   kekurangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk [kualitas produk (X1), fitur produk (X2), desain produk (X3), merek (X4), dan garansi (X5)] terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada mobile games : Mobile Legends : Bang Bang (studi pada mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya Malang). Jenis penelitian ini explanatory research bertujuan untuk meneliti kedudukan variabel - variabel serta pengaruh antara satu variabel dengan variabel yang lain di dalam satu populasi melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan  sampel sebanyak 60 orang responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling dengan karakteristik responden mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya yang memainkan Mobile Legends : Bang Bang. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel [kualitas produk (X1), fitur produk (X2), desain produk (X3), merek (X4), dan garansi (X5)] secara bersamasama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada mobile games : Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Hasil pengujian parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel desain produk (X3) dan garansi (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada mobile games : Mobile Legends : Bang Bang. Sedangkan variabel kualitas produk (X1), fitur produk (X2), dan merek (X4) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada mobile games : Mobile Legends : Bang Bang (studi pada mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya Malang).  Kata Kunci: Atribut Produk, Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui keterlaksanaan penggunaan strategi point counter point melalui media compact disc (CD) interaktif pada proses pembelajaran biologi di kelas XI IA 1 SMA N 1 Banguntapan; (2) mengetahui banyaknya siklus pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai peningkatan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IA 1 SMA N 1 Banguntapan; dan (3) mengetahui peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IA 1 SMA N 1 Banguntapan dengan menggunakan media compact disc (CD) interaktif melalui strategi point counter point pada materi sistem reproduksi manusia. Model penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research/CAR). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IA 1 SMA N 1 Banguntapan tahun pelajaran 2010/2011 yang berjumlah 38 siswa. Keberhasilan penelitian ini ditunjukkan oleh keberhasilan peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Keberhasilan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa diperoleh melalui  lembar observasi dan angket, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa diperoleh dari nilai pre-tes dan post-tes. Data motivasi belajar siswa dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan memaparkan persentase rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa yang meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II. Data hasil belajar siswa diperoleh dari hasil pre-tes dan post-tes dengan teknik effect size, yaitu membandingkan rerata nilai post-tes siklus I dan rerata nilai post-tes siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pembelajaran menggunakan strategi point counter point melalui media compact disc (CD) interaktif dapat terlaksana di kelas XI IA 1 SMA N 1 Banguntapan; (2) Siklus pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa sebanyak 2 siklus; dan (3) strategi point counter point melalui media compact disc (CD) interaktif dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Motivasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 26% pada siklus II. Rata-rata nilai post-tes siklus I adalah 7,77, dan rata-rata nilai post-tes siklus II adalah 8,13. Jadi, hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari tiap siklusnya dengan effect size sebesar 0,36.   Kata kunci:  Strategi point counterpoint, compact disc, motivasi dan hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in production and FCR vannamei shrimp in ponds plastics with widely different. The method used in this study is a survey. The survey was conducted in ponds plastic BUSMETIK SUPM State Tegal, Central Java number 3 pieces pond with an area different from that plot A1 (an area of 1000 m2), plot A2 (area of 800 m2) and plot A3 (area 600 m2) for three (3) maintenance cycle. The production of vannamei shrimp with an area of different A (1000 m2), B (800 m2) and C (600 m2) for 3 cycles of maintenance in the pond BUSMETIK SUPM State Tegal indicate that the harvest vannamei shrimp highest in area ponds A (1000 m2) with average yields 2473.667 kg, followed by the pond area B (800 m2) with yields 1933.667 kg, and the yield was lowest for the vannamei shrimp pond area C (600 m2) with results 1183.667 kg. Results of analysis of variance of the data results of the study (Appendix 4), then the result is that the value of F count (103.112)> F table 5% (5.14) and F table 1% (10.92). FCR value for each area of the pond is still good enough (maximum 1.3). FCR is the smallest value occurs in the pond with an area of 1000 m2, namely (1.2), while in the pond area of 800 m2 and 600 m2 FCR is still quite good value (1,3).Keyword : Vannamei Shrimp, Busmetik, Growth, FCR

Abstract

The educational process is, of course, influenced by various parties, one of which is the environment. The relationship between the two cannot be separated. Today, it is often found that there are many environmental problems. This happens because of human activity itself; most people nowadays tend to be more concerned with their own needs without thinking about the impact on other people or the environment. The purpose of this study is to explain the Clean 11 program in an effort to cultivate a caring attitude towards the school environment and strengthen P5 at MIS NU Al-Utsmani. This type of research was conducted using field research methods with a qualitative, descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the "11 Clean" program at MIS NU Al-Utsmani is a routine habituation activity in the implementation of environmental care character education, namely through routine pickets. This activity is carried out by teachers and students, especially those in grades IV, V, and VI. This activity is carried out every day at 11 o’clock in the afternoon before they leave school so that they can understand that when they come into a clean environment, when they want to leave, they also have to return it to its original condition, which is clean again. This program is carried out every day on a scheduled basis, taking turns according to an agreed schedule.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing how a documentary film can be used as an educational and advocacy tool for the community regarding the impact of development policies on environmental aspects. This study focuses on a documentary film entitled "LautAntropogenik" which raises the issue of coral reef damage on Pramuka Island, Seribu Islands Regency, DKI Jakarta Province. The damage caused by anthropogenic, especially the construction of breakwaters, is strongly visualized to clarify the impact of damage that is difficult to explain if only through written data. This study was conducted using qualitative methods and a descriptive approach implemented through data collection techniques through field observations and interviews. The results of the study revealed that documentary films have a significant role when used as educational materials. Several elements in the film such as stories of community experiences, visualization of environmental impacts, interviews with expert sources, visual statistical data, and the use of music or sound effects can help the community understand the issues being presented. However, to get more effective results, documentary films in their production need to improve the quality of production both in terms of technical production and the content of the story being presented. This study also recommends efforts to distribute films massively through platforms digital, film festivals and programs in formal education. With the right strategy, documentary films have great potential to become an effective media to encourage public awareness and behavioral change in responding to the impacts of development that damage the environment.
