Abstract

Tiger grouper fish commonly known as "groupers" and it is the one commodity that has domestic and international market opportunities. Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of different feeding pellets and squid on the growth and survival of tiger grouper  (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus). The study was carried out on April 25th, 2014 until May 24th, 2014 in Hatchery home scale, Saga vilage, District of  Tanjungpandan,  Belitung  province.  The  experimental  design  in  this  study  is  using  a  complete randomized  design  (CRD)  with  2  treatments  and  4  replicates,  they  are  treatment  A  (pellets)  and treatment  B  (squid).  Result  shows  the  highest  average  weight  gain  of  biomass  tiger  grouper  seed obtained  on  treatment  A  (pellets)  biomass  weight  gain  is  16.18  grams  and  survival  100%,  whereas treatment B (squid) the biomass weight gain 11.53 grams and survival 85%. The results of t test step, note that the value of T count is greater than the T table which means the ratio of feed pellets and squid provide  highly  significant  influence  on  the  growth  and  survival  of  seed  tiger  grouper  (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus). Water quality maintenance media for research is still at a decent range of temperature is from 27.5-30°C, pH 7.6 - 8, and dissolved oxygen 3.4-5.4 ppm.  Key Words: tiger grouper, growth, survival rate, feed

Abstract

 This  research  was  done  for  analyzing  the  influence  of  the  Daphnia  which  is  cultured  by organic fertilizer like, chicken  dung,  rice  shifting,  bungkil (residue  of copra  after  extracting oil) which were fermented prebiotic bacteria toward the growth and survival ratio of cat fish larva.... the threatment are (A) chicken dung 1.2 g/l of, rice shifting 1.2 g/l, (B) chicken dung 1.2 g/l of, bungkil 1.2 g/l, (C) chicken dung 1.2 g/l of, rice shifting 0.3 g/l, and bungkil 0.9 g/l, (D) chicken dung 1.2 g/l of, rice shifting 0.9 g/l, and bungkil 0.3 g/l, (E) chicken dung 1.2 g/l of, rice shifting 0.6 g/l, and bungkil 0.6 g/l,   (F)  Non-fermented  Chicken  dung  2,4  g/l. Three  days  of  cat  fish  larva  was  spread  in  a  100x50x40  cm  aquarium  with  48  fish/  liter stockdensity. The Daphnia feeding was given in five times a day in adlibitum during 14 days. The result of the relative growth showed the real distinguish (p>0,05) with the best growth on treathment B. Survival ratio showed that there was no difference (p<0,05).  Key word : organic fertilizer like, fermentation, cath fish of larva, growth, survival ratio.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of different stock density in plastic ponds for the production of vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). The method used in this research is explorative by focusing on case studies. Different stock density in this research were 60,72,80 shrimps/m2. Result showed that stock density 84 shrimps/m2 gives the best production. The highest survival rate (SR) was obtained in stocking solids of 60 shrimp /m2 around 94%. The smallest feed conversion value occurs in stocking stock 60 shrimps/m2 of 1.28. Water quality parameters for research is still in the range of optimum temperature about 27.8 to 31.3 °C, dissolved oxygen (DO) 6.7 to 8.1 ppm, pH 7.8 to 8.5, salinity 31,9- 33.9 ppt and brightness from 30.3 to 35.3 cm.

Abstract

Milkfish is one commodity that has high economic value because it is important in the fulfillment of community nutrition. This study aims to determine the provision of probiotics from banana stumps, with different doses in artificial feed on the growth of milkfish seed (Chanos chanos Forskal). The study used a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments were 3 cc / kg of feed, 6 cc / kg of feed, 9 cc / kg of feed and 12 cc / kg of feed. The research was conducted from 23rd May – 21st June 2015 at the Brackish Water Laboratory of Slamaran. The results showed that the highest average biomass growth in the treatment of doses of 12 cc / kg of feed reached 14.75 grams. The lowest yield was obtained in the treatment of 3 cc / kg of feed about 10.00 grams. The growth response to the proportional dose rate showed a linear form and the survival rate of larvae reached 100%. The water quality range during research is still appropriate to support growth, where temperatures range from 23 to 31 C. pH ranges from 6.5 to 7.5, dissolved oxygen content ranges from 5.5 to 5.6 ppm and salinity of 8-12 ppt.Key Word : Probiotics, growth, Milkfish

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in production and FCR vannamei shrimp in ponds plastics with widely different. The method used in this study is a survey. The survey was conducted in ponds plastic BUSMETIK SUPM State Tegal, Central Java number 3 pieces pond with an area different from that plot A1 (an area of 1000 m2), plot A2 (area of 800 m2) and plot A3 (area 600 m2) for three (3) maintenance cycle. The production of vannamei shrimp with an area of different A (1000 m2), B (800 m2) and C (600 m2) for 3 cycles of maintenance in the pond BUSMETIK SUPM State Tegal indicate that the harvest vannamei shrimp highest in area ponds A (1000 m2) with average yields 2473.667 kg, followed by the pond area B (800 m2) with yields 1933.667 kg, and the yield was lowest for the vannamei shrimp pond area C (600 m2) with results 1183.667 kg. Results of analysis of variance of the data results of the study (Appendix 4), then the result is that the value of F count (103.112)> F table 5% (5.14) and F table 1% (10.92). FCR value for each area of the pond is still good enough (maximum 1.3). FCR is the smallest value occurs in the pond with an area of 1000 m2, namely (1.2), while in the pond area of 800 m2 and 600 m2 FCR is still quite good value (1,3).Keyword : Vannamei Shrimp, Busmetik, Growth, FCR

Abstract

Water quality is one of the major factors in the success aquacultur vannamei shrimp in ponds. This study aims to determine differences in the different water sources in the management of ponds for the production of vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeuse vannamei). The method used in this study exploratory kompar with descriptive analysis of qualitative and quantitative. Statistical t-test results on the water quality of the pond water boreholes and water sources tidal pond in the mornings and evenings differ significantly consisting of salinity, temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, brightness and ammonia. Production results obtained pond water source wells drilled better gained an average of 2850 kg, FCR 1.2, SR 93.7% growth and weight of 26.3 grams / tail, then the tidal pond water source gained an average of 2052, 5 kg, FCR 1.6 SR 92.7% growth and weight of 20 grams /. Suggestions vannamei shrimp culture with artesian well water sources need to be tail. Conclusions water quality and production wells drilled pond water better than water tidal pond applied and developed society to farmers and water quality observation needs to be done carefullyKeywords : Vannamei shrimp aquaculture, water quality, the result of production.

Abstract

Vaname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) was kind of shrimp that cultivating by globally. Vaname shrimp has an euryhaline character or able to live on wide salinity. At low salinity watery, the availibility of minerals is too low. This research has to analized using dolomite as pellet for moulting period of vaname shrimp. This research was use sample survey method or field survey, and analyzing descriptively. The value of research shows that adding dolomite at vaname shrimp’s feed could help moulting proccess and growth faster. Growth data in pond 1 shows that MBW is 16,39 g with size 61 and pond 2 MBW is 13,7 g with size 72. Difference result in Mean Body Weight (MBW) is 2,69 g and size difference on 11. Water quality take effect on osmoregulation and metabolic rate.Keywords : Vaname shrimp, dolomite, moulting, growth, water quality

Abstract

Vannamei shrimp’s culture (Litopenaeus vannamei) is need waterwheel as an oxygen supply. Density high require the amount wheendmill sufficient for the needs cultivan oxygen fulfilled. Therefore this study aimed to get the design waterwheel assemblies in the cultivation of vannamei shrimp and comparethe use of whind mills water paddel wheel. This research method is experimental design to make the design engeneering water wheel assemblies on the cultivation of vannamei shrimp in ponds result obtained design water wheel assemblies btained by the design of the water wheel using the first propulsion desel engeine 8 PK can move the two assemblies to maximize aeration process in the ponds with (area) at the same ponds, water wheel assemblies can move the eight (8) leaves the mill simultaneously the while (paddel using one engine to drive the dynamo 2 leaves movement resulted water more evenly wheel assemblies circulation well.Keywords : vannamei shrimp, assembled mills, paddel whell.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, communication and motivation on employee job satisfaction at CV. Chandra Motorsport. The sampling technique in this research was total sampling with a population of 35 CV employees. Chandra Motorsport. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses SmartPLS to manage data. The results of this research indicate that the Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at CV. Chandra Motorsport. The Communication variable has a positive and significant effect on CV Employee Job Satisfaction. Chandra Motorsport. The motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on CV employee job satisfaction. Chandra Motorsport. The first hypothesis tests whether the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y). The test results show a p-value of 0.002 or smaller than 0.05. And has a t statistical value of 3,050 (t statistic > t table 1.96). This proves that the Leadership Style variable(X¬1) has a significant positive influence on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) so that the first hypothesis can be accepted.The second hypothesis tests whether the Communication variable (X2) has an effect on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y). The test results show a p-value of 0.004 or smaller than 0.05. And has a t statistical value of 2,913 (t statistic > t table 1.96). This proves that the Communication variable has an influence on Job Satisfaction (Y) so it can be concluded that the second hypothesis can be accepted.The third hypothesis tests whether the Motivation variable (X3) has an effect on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y). The test results show a p-value of 0.000 or smaller than 0.05. And has a t statistical value of 4,573 (t statistic > t table 1.96). This proves that the Motivation variable has an influence on Job Satisfaction (Y) so it can be concluded that the third hypothesis can be accepted. Based on the results of research analysis that has been carried out regarding the influence of leadership style, communication and motivation on employee job satisfaction at CV. Chandra Motorsport can draw the following conclusions: Based on the test results, the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the test results, the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the test results, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.
