Abstract

The development of tourism in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly and become one of the sectors that play a major role in developing the economy and improving people's welfare. This study aimed to determine the effect of advertising, sales promotion and direct marketing on decision tourist visits (study on Water Fun Palembang). Respondents selected is the visitor of Water Fun amounted to 120 people. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, the researchers used their own judgment by way of deliberate in selecting members of the population which are considered to provide specific information in accordance with the desired criteria researchers. The effect of advertising variable on the decision of tourist to visit is 0.391. The effect of sales promotion variables on the decision of tourist to visit is 0.240. There is an effect of direct marketing variables on the decision of the tourist to visit amounted to 0.334. Manager of Water Fun Palembang should maintain and where possible to improve the promotion through advertising, sales promotion and direct marketing so that tourists will still decide to visit Water Fun.

Abstract

Makanan tradisional menjadi salah satu daya tarik pengunjung untuk datang ke suatu destinasi wisata kuliner. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengaruh kualitas lingkungan fisik dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung dan pesan berantai pada rumah makan tradisional. Sampel penelitian adalah konsumen yang datang dan menikmati makanan yang disajikan oleh rumah makan tradisional di Kota Palembang sebanyak 200 responden dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Model Persamaan Struktural (SEM) dengan bantuan AMOS 22.00. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kualitas lingkungan fisik berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Kualitas lingkungan fisik berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pesan berantai. Kualitas makanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Kualitas makanan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pesan berantai. Kepuasan pengunjung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pesan berantai. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi pengelola rumah makan dalam memberikan pelayanan lebih baik kepada pengunjung.

Abstract

Pengembangan destinasi wisata khususnya wisata kuliner tidak terlepas dari pemberdayaan dan pemanfaatan makanan tradisional menjadi simbol unik bagi wisatawan untuk datang dan menikmatinya. Model daya tarik kuliner lokal sebagai pendorong wisatawan untuk datang ke destinasi wisata kuliner dikembangkan untuk penelitian ini. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel penelitian, dimana sampel penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 200 responden. Perangkat AMOS 22.0 dan SPSS 23.0 digunakan sebagai alat analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis data mendeskripsikan bahwa keterlibatan wisatawan dengan kuliner lokal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap daya tarik kuliner lokal. Pengetahuan wisatawan tentang kuliner lokal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap daya tarik kuliner lokal. Pengalaman wisatawan dengan kuliner lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya tarik kuliner lokal. Daya tarik kuliner lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya tarik wisata kuliner. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi bagi pihak pengelola destinasi wisata kuliner dan peneliti lain

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the causality relationship between the motivation of tourists, the quality of service and the perception of value to the satisfaction of tourists. The population in this study are tourists who have visited in 4 attractions in the city of Palembang namely: Jaka Baring Sport City, Kemaro Island, Kuto Besak Fort and Kambang Iwak Park. The method of analysis used in this study is path analysis, To meet the minimum requirements of path analysis tool, the sample of the research is 180 respondents. The type of sampling used is purposive sampling. The results showed that there was no significant influence on the motivation of tourists to satisfy tourists. There is a significant influence on the quality of service to the satisfaction of tourists. There is a significant influence on the perception of value to the satisfaction of tourists.

Abstract

Purpose –Local food and tourism are the main components that determine tourist behavior. Key attributes of local food such as taste, quality, appearance, environment and employee behavior may vary from country to country. Local food plays an important role in determining the overall tourist experience of the destination.The purpose of this research is to develop a conceptual model to determine the loyalty of tourists in choosing local culinary. Methodology/approach –The population of this research is tourists who come to culinary tourism destinations in Palembang City at the time the survey was conducted. Convenience sampling method was used to determine the research sample. The sample in this study were 168 respondents. On researchdata analysis technique using SEM AMOS. Findings –This study explains that the quality of personal interaction and service quality have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty. Novelty/value –BBased on a review of various literatures related to this study, there has been no research in the field of tourism marketing that integrates the concepts of food quality, personal interaction quality, environmental quality, perceived value and service quality that were developed together to measure tourist satisfaction and the concept of tourist satisfaction. to measure tourist loyalty.

Abstract

This research focuses on task-oriented leadership styles that have paid very little attention, especially in assessing the impact of task-oriented leadership styles. leadership style on psychological capital, job satisfaction and employee organizational commitment. This research further develops research on the relationship between leadership style, psychological capital, job satisfaction and employee organizational commitment in SMEs in Indonesia, especially in the city of Palembang.The research design is a research plan, namely a detailed explanation of the entire research plan starting from the formulation of the problem, objectives, description of the relationship between variables. The number of samples in this study was 180. It was found that the leadership style variable had an effect on job satisfaction, the psychological capital variable had an effect on satisfaction work, leadership style variables affect organizational commitment, psychological capital variables affect organizational commitment, and job satisfaction variables affect organizational commitment

Abstract

This study aims   This research aims to determine the Potential Tourism Attraction of Kujur Batik in Muara Enim Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The research location is at the Kujur Batik Industry Center, Tanjung Enim Hamlet, Tanjung Enim Village. The results show that the typical Tanjung Enim Batik art craft had a large enough potential to be developed into a tourist destination or attraction because it met the dimensions of tourist attraction which include aspects of uniqueness, beauty, rarity, seasonality, sensitivity, accessibility and social function. . As for the obstacles in the development of Batik Kujur to become a tourist attraction, namely in the aspect of high prices, the cost of shipping raw materials and mambatik equipment that is still sent from outside the region, besides the lack of human resources, one of the efforts needed to overcome this is procurement raw materials and equipment for batik to the region as well as the continuous empowerment of human or community resources through training and socialization on tourism so that people understand better the importance of the sustainability of the Kujur Batik handicraft and its potential attractivenessThis study aims   This research aims to determine the Potential Tourism Attraction of Kujur Batik in Muara Enim Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan kondisi keuangan pada PT Atlas Resources Periode 2016-2018 untuk mencari penyebab kesulitan keuangan yang dialami oleh perusahaan sehingga digugat oleh krediturnya di saat industri tambang batubara sedang menurun. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan yang diperoleh melalui website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu www.idx.co.id untuk periode 2016-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Altman Z”-Score dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki Z”-Score bernilai negatif selama periode 2016-2018. Berdasarkan dari teori Altman Z”-Score perusahaan dikategorikan dalam kondisi yang bangkrut selama tiga periode tersebut. Kondisi ini terjadi karena perusahaan mengalami penumpukan piutang, penumpukan aset yang diakibatkan oleh banyak anak perusahaan yang tidak beroperasi, serta jumlah utang yang semakin bertambah. Ketiga hal ini menyebabkan terjadi ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah modal dan jumlah utangnya yang membuat perusahaan mengalami kesulitan keuangan. Untuk mengatasi kesulitan keuangan yang sedang dihadapi, perusahaan dapat melakukan pengendalian piutang dalam rangka meningkatkan aliran kas masuk, memperpanjang jatuh tempo utangnya, dan melakukan divestasi aset untuk membayar utang dan memperbaiki kinerja yang buruk tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and axplain how the strategies in developing alternative tourism throught the 3A elements is Attractions, Accessiility and  Amenities on the Sungsang Village tourist, Banyasin District, Sumatera Selatan . The studi was located at Sungsang Village tourist, Banyasin District, Sumatera Selatan. This type of research is quantitative research with sample of  30  visitors who had visited Sungsang Village tourist. The sampling technique used in this study was non purposive sampilng. This study use descriptive analysis, as well as using a SWOT analysis that is formulated throught the IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix and SWOT Matrix. The result showed that is position of Sungsang Village is in quadran I, so taht strategies taht can be used are support the agressive policies (growth oriented strategy) by the utilizing strenght to win opportunities that exist.
