Abstract

Technology in learning is developing very rapidly, especially in the field of assessment. With the development of technology, educators should be able to transform conventional assessments into digital reviews to support the digitization process in education. The main objective of this research is to create a math course assessment using Ispring Quiz Maker and then integrate it into Moodle. Combining quiz maker software with LMS will add insight to readers, especially teachers and lecturers, in making online math assessments. A development method with the ADDIE model was used (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Several stages were passed to produce a discrete mathematics course assessment prototype. The resulting assessment instrument has undergone item and material validation to obtain a reasonable and feasible tool. Specifically, this instrument is a final question for the discrete mathematics exam, accessed through Moodle but created using Ispring. This kind of instrument has never existed in previous studies. This instrument can later be used for the Final Semester and Midterm examinations for Discrete Mathematics courses..

Abstract

Moodle is a trendy digital learning platform in education widely used to create online courses. Moodle's role in education is crucial because it provides many benefits, including facilitating distance learning, increasing student participation, increasing teaching efficiency, enabling easy assessment, enabling personalized teaching, and so on. There have been many studies on Moodle in the form of articles from year to year. Therefore, in this research, a bibliometric study will be carried out on the roles of Moodle in the world of education, mapping research results, looking at research trends, and looking for possible gaps that can still be studied more deeply. The method used in this research is a Systematic Literature Review using bibliometric analysis with the help of VoS Viewer. The study results show that Moodle is widely used to benefit learning in various fields, especially STEM. Moodle is generally used to digitize learning, including, in this case, the assessment and gamification process in learning.

Abstract

The objectives of this study include: 1) to determine the mathematics learning outcomes of students in class X.IPS SMAN 2 Mawasangka Tengah before the MEA cooperative learning model with a scientific approach is applied; 2) to find out the average increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes after applying the MEA cooperative learning model with a scientific approach; 3) to find out the MEA cooperative learning model with a scientific approach is effectively applied in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes. This type of research is Pre-Experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were all students of class X.IPS SMAN 2 Mawasangka Middle School Year 2020/2021 with a total of 27 students, while the sample in this study was the entire population selected using the totally sampling technique. Data on students' mathematics learning outcomes were obtained from the results of the Pretest and Posttest in the form of essays, indicating that there was an average increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes before being applied (60.95%) and (75.17%) after the MEA learning model was applied. Furthermore, the results of testing based on hypothesis testing were carried out with one sample t-test statistic (one sample t-test) obtained t hitung ( 5 , 6735 ) > t tabel ( 2 , 05553 )then H0 it was rejected and H1, accepted. So it was concluded that the MEA cooperative learning model was effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is an ex post facto research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Ladongi with a total of 73 students. Using total sampling technique so that a total sample of 73 students is obtained. Data collection techniques using tests. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The conclusions in this study are as follows: (1) Decryptively, students' mathematics creative thinking abilities are in the quite creative category, students' basic mathematics abilities are in the medium category, students' mathematics problem solving abilities are in the low category; (2) there is a significance influence of students' mathematics creative thinking skills on mathematics problem solving abilities with thitung > ttabel 8,81 >1,666 and sig < ? atau 0,001 < 0,05; (3) There is a significance positive effect on basic mathematics ability on mathematics problem solving ability with thitung > ttabel or 3,10 > 1,666 and sig < ? atau 0,004 < 0,05; (4) There is a significance positive influence on mathematics creative thinking skills and basic mathematics abilities on the mathematics problem solving abilities of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Ladongi with FHitung = 65,71 or FTabel = 3,13 or FHitung ? FTabel and significance = 0.000 < ? = 0.05

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the sevima edlink application through application in lectures using mixed methods. The advantages and disadvantages obtained are expected to be input for the university for the development of a better campus LMS. A good LMS will support the implementation of good MBKM through distance learning programs. In addition to finding out the advantages and disadvantages of Edlink, another important point is to involve students including lecturers involved to actively participate in using learning technology. This is one of the important points of this research. The methods used were case study, in-depth interview and participative observation. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview guidelines. The results of this study indicate that edlink is very feasible to use as a campus LMS although there are some features that must be improved.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research that aims to find out whether The Learning Cycle 5e Model can improve mathematics learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were students of class VIIc MTS Al-Ikhlas Iwoimenda, as many as 34 students—retrieval of data with test results and observation sheets. Observation sheet data and mathematics learning achievement tests were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results achieved after implementing the action through The Learning Cycle 5e Model for two cycles: a) the average score of learning outcomes in the first cycle was 63.10 froman ideal score of 100 and is in the excellent category. It increased in the second cycle to 78.43 from an ideal score of 100 and was in the excellent category. b) There was an increase in the percentage of observations of student activity in the first cycle of the first meeting by 41.67%, the second meeting was 66.67%, and the second cycle first meeting was 83.33%, the second meeting was 91.67%. From the research results on these data, the Learning Cycle 5e Model on operational material and properties of integer operations can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIIc MTS Al-Ikhlas Iwoimenda.
