Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun  jaringan radio paket menggunakan modem Baycom dengan protokol AX.25 yang diintegrasikan dengan protokol standar internet TCP/IP menggunakan sistem operasi Linux dan mengetahui kinerja jaringan radio paket yang dibangun dari sisi server dan client. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data, menganalisa, merancang dan mengimplemetasikan sehingga sistem jaringan radio paket dapat bekerja dan menguji sistem untuk memperoleh kinerja dari sistem jaringan internet radio paket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem client-server untuk komunikasi data paket radio dengan modem Baycom dan pesawat radio Handy Talky dapat dibangun dan bekerja dengan baik. Kinerja modem Baycom telah bekerja dengan baik dan relatif stabil selama transmisi data dengan data rate yang rendah.

Abstract

Abstract Physics learning are currently given by using model and varied online media learning. However, that varied learning model is still rarely pay attention to students learning styles. Consequently, learning becomes less optimal and less motivated students. Rapidly information technology blooming gave a great opportunity for the development of online learning models that have the adaptive feature of the student's learning style. The aim of this research is to produce learning model blended learning, merger between models of online learning and face-to-face learning, adaptive by learning styles of students. This product was validated by experts consist of media experts and learning physics expert. The results showed that developed of learning model, according to experts has validated in good categories so that used in physics learning. Keywords: model learning, blended learning, learning style Abstrak Pelajaran fisika saat ini telah banyak diberikan dengan menggunakan model dan media pembelajaran online yang variatif. Namun, dari berbagai model pembelajaran tersebut masih jarang yang memperhatikan gaya belajar siswa. Akibatnya, pembelajaran menjadi kurang maksimal dan kurang memotivasi siswa. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat telah memberikan peluang yang besar bagi pengembangan model pembelajaran online yang memiliki sifat adaptif terhadap gaya belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pembelajaran blended learning, yakni penggabungan antara model pembelajaran online dan pembelajaran face to face, yang adaptif sesuai gaya belajar siswa yang mengikutinya. Produk ini divalidasi oleh ahli yang terdiri atas: ahli media, dan ahli pembelajaran fisika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan, menurut para ahli memiliki validasi dalam kategori baik sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika. Kata-kata kunci: model pembelajaran, blended learning, gaya belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to simulate a telemetry system monitoring the level of the fuel level at an SMS-based gas station using an ultrasonic sensor integrated with the Arduino Uno microcontroller. The gas station's fuel tank was simulated using a 5 liter reservoir, while the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor was used to detect fuel level. The SIM800L module is used as a sender of information messages about the fuel level at a predetermined condition. This system is equipped with an LCD as a viewer when the data level is read. Based on testing the developed system can function well, shown by the average length of time the process of sending messages from reading the level limit on the tank, until the receipt of messages on mobile phones of 7.6 seconds. While the success rate of reading to the level of fuel level and sending automatic messages on the system reaches 100%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat simulasi sistem telemetri pemantauan level ketinggian BBM di SPBU berbasis SMS gateway menggunakan sensor ultrasonik yang diintegrasikan dengan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Tangki BBM SPBU disimulasikan menggunakan sebuah tandon berkapasitas 5 liter, sedangkan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 digunakan untuk mendeteksi level ketinggian BBM. Modul SIM800L digunakan sebagai pengirim pesan informasi mengenai level ketinggian BBM pada kondisi yang telah ditentukan. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan LCD sebagai penampil ketika data level terbaca. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem yang dikembangkan dapat berfungsi dengan baik, ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata lamanya waktu proses pengiriman pesan dari pembacaan level limit on tank, hingga diterimanya pesan pada handphone sebesar 7,6 detik. Sedangkan tingkat keberhasilan pembacaan terhadap level ketinggian BBM dan pengiriman pesan otomatis pada sistem tersebut mencapai 100%.

Abstract

Discussion is one of the effective methods to make the e-learning condition to be student-centered. However, the use of the discussion method only focuses on specific issues, so that it could not explore broader knowledge and obtain feedback from many sources. The study aims to get the impact of using the discussion method combined with e-portfolio assignments on e-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in students' perceptions perspective. This research has been carried out with a simple procedure using a survey approach. The research subjects are students of the Vocational Education Master Degree who participated in the Vocational Learning Theory and Strategy course. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire to explore student perceptions, including 8-aspects, using statements with options on a 4-degree Likert scale. The average perception level for each aspect is the total score divide by the total maximum score of the research subjects. Perception is declared good if the ratio is above 80%. The results showed that e-portfolio assignments combined with the discussion method in e-learning gave positive student perceptions. Students feel that an e-portfolio is a learning tool that can increase learning effectiveness, provide useful feedback, help carry out self-assessments, and increase interaction between teacher and student. The results also show that the students gave a positive perception to the e-portfolio as a tool that is easy to use, useful, systematic, motivating, and effectively to improve learning outcomes. In general, this result shows that e-portfolio tools can increase the effectiveness of e-learning.

Abstract

Penggunaan robot dirasakan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan proses produksi suatu industry, otomatisasi merupakan salah satu realisasi dari perkembangan teknologi, melalui otomatisasi waktu yang diperlukan untuk proses produksi juga semakin singkat sehingga produktivitas meningkat. Saat ini telah berkembang teknologi smartphone yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagai aplikasi. Penggunaan smartphone sebagai unit pengendali akan memberikan tingkat kepraktisan yang tinggi, mengingat piranti ini mudah digunakan dan telah menjadi bagian dari perlengkapan yang sehari-hari selalu dibawa oleh manusia. Melalui penelitian akan dibangun robot forklift yang dapat dikendalikan melalui smartphone Android. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa robot dapat dikendalikan melalui smartphone Android untuk memindahkan barang dengan hasil rata-rata 31,2 detik perfase menindahan barang, beban masimal yang dapat diangkat 200 gram. Keterbatasan torsi dan sistem mekanik yang digunakan masih menjadi kendala yang harus diperbaiki.

Abstract

Penggunaan pemotong rumput manual tidak efisien dan juga mengandung resiko kecelakaan yang akan berakibat fatal bagi operator. Untuk itu perlu dirancang suatu alat pemotong rumput yang efisien dan dapat mengurangi resiko kecelakaan dalam menggunakan peralatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan menguji model alat pemotong rumput otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler AT89C51sebagai pengembangan dari alat pemotong rumput manual. Route perjalanan alat ini berbentuk zig-zag dengan sudut belok sebesar 180 derajat. Rancangan sistem ini terdiri dari keypad sebagai peripheral input untuk memasukkan data area rumput yang akan dipotong yaitu berupa jarak tempuh dan jumlah belok yang dilakukan oleh alat, sensor putaran roda untuk menghitung jarak yang ditempuh, kendali motor untuk mengendalikan arah putaran motor DC untuk arah maju dan mundur, motor DC untuk arah belok kanan dan belok kiri, dan motor DC untuk pemotong rumput. Setting jarak, jumlah belok, dan jarak yang ditempuh oleh alat ketika berjalan ditampilkan oleh rangkaian display yang terdiri dari seven segment dan decoder BCD ke seven segment. Hasil pengujian berupa perbandingan jarak tempuh dengan setting pada keypad, jumlah belok yang dilakukan dengan setting pada keypad, dan sudut belok yang dilakukan oleh pemotong rumput. Perbandingan setting keypad dengan jarak yang ditempuh oleh alat adalah linear dan jarak yang diinginkan dapat diperoleh. Alat ini mempunyai ketepatan sudut belok kanan untuk mencapai sudut 180 adalah 95,7% dan ketepatan sudut belok kiri 98%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of effectiveness of the information technology-based learning process for increasing students' learning motivation and careers at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Cilacap and to analyze the differences in the results of the learning process between information technology classes and regular classes. The research activity was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method with a total of 76 subjects. Data collection related to the above objectives used a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using a real difference test, namely the independent sample t-test. The results showed an increase in the effectiveness of the learning process and the growth of learning motivation in students. However, about careers and insight into students' careers. The results showed that the insight into the careers of the students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Cilacap was not optimal. Then the learning outcomes shown also experienced differences between the information technology class and the regular class.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) generate e-learning-based practice learning model of Server Administration which is valid, useful, exciting, and can be applied to improve the learning outcomes of students in the subject of Administration Server; (2) determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Google Classroom on practice learning Administration Server; (3) monitor the learners in the learning process Server Administration practices inside and outside learning. This study is a Research and Development (R & D) to the conceptual model and using research procedures Borg and Gall. Results obtained eligibility percentage of media experts of 77.5% and 78.5% matter experts with criteria are eligible. Implementation level learning model captured very well at 91.66%. The level of attractiveness of the learners XII TKJ 1 amounted to 83.9% and XII TKJ 2 of 85.1% with very interesting criteria. The results of the analysis of the primary field trials assessing the effectiveness aspect, the value of the students after using the learning model and the overall increase learners or 100% to reach KKM with a limit value of 75, so it can be said to be a beneficial learning model to increase the number of learners.

Abstract

The availability of modules to support basic electronic practices based on virtual laboratories has not yet met the needs. The purpose of this development research is to produce basic electronic practice learning devices based on the PSPICE application program. The development procedure uses ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). ADDIE is used to direct the design process as specified. Product performance was tested using ongoing formative evaluation. The product feasibility test uses a comparative analysis of the results of the PSPICE experiment against the theory. The results show that all modules developed can display the same characteristics as their theoretical character. The results show that the modules have very good performance. Modules are suitable for use as a medium for basic electronic practice using PSPICE-based virtual laboratories. The products are in the form of electronic circuits with 31 schematic PSPICE formats. Product results to support basic electronic practices covering topics: capacitor filling and discharging, RC circuits, diode characteristics, wave forming circuits, rectifier circuits, voltage clamp, voltage circuits, transistor characteristics, and amplifier transistor.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to: (1) develop a blended learning model using Android-based learning media for basic electrical electronics subjects; and (2) determine the effectiveness and level of student satisfaction with the developed model. This study used the Research and Development method with the ADDIE development model which consisted of defining, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating stages. The research subjects consisted of 2 media expert validators, 2 material expert validators, and 31 product trial students. The research instrument used a questionnaire for media experts and material experts, as well as tests and questionnaires for students. The level of student satisfaction with the developed model was determined by the percentage technique, while the product testing was carried out with an experimental design (before-after) and a one group pretest-posttest pattern. This study produces a blended learning model using educational game media based on android for basic electrical electronics subjects. The results showed that the product developed obtained a validity score of 82.5% from media experts who were on valid criteria and a score of 93.7% from material experts was in very valid criteria. The model developed can be used effectively for basic learning of electronic electricity in vocational schools, which is shown by the post-test average score of 80.97, which is higher than the pre-test average score of 64.09. The level of student satisfaction with the product developed was very good with an average score of 85.8 on a scale of 100.
