Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan menguji pengaruh Game Quizizz terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII pada materi getaran dan gelombang. Penelitian menggunakan preeksperiment one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian adalah 92 siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Banguntapan, sampel yaitu siswa kelas delapan B kelompok 1 (VIII B1). Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil uji paired sample t test dengan rata-rata peningkatan hasil pretest dan posttest sebesar 37,67, nilai rerata pretest siswa sebesar 35,67 dan nilai tersebut mengalami peningkatan pada postest, menjadi sebesar 73,33. Sedangkan rata – rata nilai N-gain skor sebesar 0,59, dimana berdasarkan kategori penilaian N-gain skor nilai tersebut termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Pengukuran sikap, pendapat, dan persepsi peserta didik terhadap media Game Quizizz menggunakan skala likert didapatkan respon siswa dengan persentase jawaban sangat tertarik sebesar 71%, persentase jawaban siswa tertarik sebesar 27%, dan persentase jawaban siswa tidak tertarik sebesar 2%. Respon siswa yang menjawab sangat tertarik mendapatkan nilai persentase paling tinggi, hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Game Quizizz berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII pada materi getaran dan gelombang.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan antara peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model experiential learning berbantuan aplikasi phyphox dan peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model experiential learning tanpa bantuan aplikasi phyphox terhadap motivasi belajar. Penenlitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan true experimental design. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre test-post test control group design didalamnya terdapat kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Hasil uji menggunakan One-Way Anova berbantuan SPSS. 25, diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,008 < 0,05 (nilai Fhitung > Ftabel ; 7,708 > 4,24). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model experiential learning berbantuan aplikasi phyphox dengan peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model experiential learning tanpa bantuan aplikasi phyphox.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the content of Bisphenol A (BPA) on various temperatureandcontact timesbetween the plastic bag and water. For analysis of BPA, a sample made with variations of temperature (± 70°C, ± 80°C, ± 90°C) and contacttime(5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes) usingnine samples. To determine the concentration of BPA, Lambert-Beer law was employed.According to the analysis of data, the content of BPA on the temperature variation showed that the higher the temperature of the sample, the higher the content of Bisphenol A in the sample. The content of BPA with a variation of contact times stated that with the longer contact time, the higher the content of BPA.

Abstract

This research was aimed to produce students worksheet (LKPD) based on PhET Interactive Simulations Software in cognitive through the application of physics-based guided discovery learning model that is devoted to the concept of Newton's Law of Motion. Guided Discovery-based approach is expected and is believed to develop students' skills in various aspects of one study that showed achievement levels mastery of physics students after participating in the learning process under the expected educational purposes. Researchers conducted a study on the process of learning physics for the discovery-oriented at vocational senior high school students in Newton's law of motion with R&D. Subjects were students of class X TKRO in the first semester of the academic year 2018-2019 in vocational high school in Ciamis, West Java Province as many as 35 students. Data collected through tests, observations and interviews.

Abstract

This development research produces interactive physic electronic products using the interactive physics SETS approach (Science, Environment, Technology and Society) in terms of presenting the components of illustration, language, and the suitability of the material. The validity results of the electronic module carried by experts and teachers develeop the average yield of 96.36% so it is feasible to use. The study design is pretest-posttest control group to see the improvement of  literacy dimension process. Subject of the study consisted of two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The data collection formed by science literacy of dimension content and process is analyzed using MANOVA with significance level of 5%. The results showed that the electronic module using SETS approach significantly influence the improvement of science literacy dimension content and process.

Abstract

The STAD cooperative learning model can support active, independent and responsible learning for students. The application of this model is expected to improve students' critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of students' critical thinking skills using Edmodo-assisted learning models. Edmodo was modified to become a teacher tool to expand learning at home. This research is an experimental study using a pretest-posttest control group design involving 39 students of class VIII MTs At-Taqwa Beru, Sikka, East Nusa Tenggara. Based on the results of the study it was found that the Edmodo-assisted STAD type cooperative learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa di MTs Donomulyo, Nanggulan, Kulonprogo masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya partisipasi aktif dan keterlibatan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Guru  perlu menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang dapat mendorong keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Metode problem based learning adalah salah satu metode yang dapat memenuhi harapan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah metode problem based learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A semester 1 MTs Donomulyo, Nanggulan, Kulonprogo Tahun   2012/2013. Metode  pengumpulan data yang diguanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode  tes dan  observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar setelah menerima pembelajaran dengan metode PBL. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah  dapat meningkatkan kegiatan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the quality of elementary school graduates. Potential contributors were examined as teacher leadership, student self-regulation, and school culture. The method used is correlational research with a quantitative approach. One hundred forty-seven elementary school teachers in Bantul Regency were given a questionnaire to assess the pre-requisites. This data was then used for a multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 22. The results showed a significant influence of teacher leadership, student self-regulated learning, and school culture on the quality of graduates. Teacher leadership and student self-regulated learning were the two most important factors influencing quality. Additionally, school culture was found to have a partial, significant influence on the quality of graduates. Therefore, improving teacher leadership, student self-regulated learning, and school culture in education help upgrade graduates' quality.
