Abstract

Leadership adalah tentang sosok penentu yang dapat membuat orang lain terinspirasi untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan dan memajukan suatu organisasi. Sekolah merupakan sebuah institusi lembaga terorganisasi yang didalamnya ada aktivitas pembelajaran dan tempat untuk belajar berorganisasi. OSIS merupakan salah satu wadah dalam organisasi siswa yang resmi berada pada sekolah tersebut dan tempat untuk belajar mengenai leadership. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan membuka wawasan baru tentang konsep digital leadership 4.0 bagi pengurus OSIS SMKN 2 Depok, Sleman. Metode Pelaksanaan PKM ini menggunakan metode pelatihan yang disertai dengan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah secara keseluruhan pengetahuan tentang konsep digital leadership 4.0 bagi pengurus OSIS SMKN 2 Depok mengalami kenaikan sebesar 57%, dengan rata-rata hasil pre-test sebesar 28% dan rata-rata hasil post-test sebesar 85%.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kekosongan pemikiran marketing pelabuhan pada Revolusi Industri 4.0 karena masih belum dapat ditemukan atau masih sangat minim dengan me-review referensi-referensi relevan. Analisis paper ini dimulaidari penilaian jasa pelabuhan, model pengelolaan pelabuhan, kemudian penilaian pemasaran berdasarkan Revolusi Industri4.0.

Abstract

Indonesian fishery products must be able to follow the requirements for guarantee good quality and the security the customer need to compete in the international market for distribution and logistics of fishermen's catches. This study aims to determine the distribution activity system of fishermen's catches on land in Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Puger and Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Puger and to determine the distribution of catches in Puger’s port. The research method used is field research using descriptive methods. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the distribution activity system for fishermen's catches on land at PPP Puger and TPI Puger was divided into 3 (three) stages, starting from when the catch was landed, stored and then transported to the destination. The distribution of catches in PPP Puger shows that the most catches are distributed outside the region are 30%, the second largest distribution is to wholesale diluents, which is 29%, while distribution to cities and villages is 20%, distribution to diluents is 15%, and the lowest distribution to consumers by 6%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: functional quality, namely caring, hospitality and professionalism. Technical quality with indicators, namely the determination of time, service speed and neatness of results, so that trainees can assess service after the respondent in question conducts customs training at the Yogyakarta Maritime Academy (AMY). The population in this study were all AMY semester V cadets as customs training participants. The samples taken in this study were students or so-called cadets who had attended 2018 customs training in a number of 125 participants. Census sampling technique. In this study the author uses a multiple linear regression analysis method, which is an analysis of the influence of more than one independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). Data analysis in this study used the help of SPPS version 17.0 and to test hypotheses using multiple linear regression. The results of this study based on the results of the F test show the variables of functional quality and technical quality have a simultaneous influence on the satisfaction of participants. The results of the t test for technical quality variables have no significant effect on participant satisfaction. The test results of the coefficient of determination are jointly influenced by other variables besides functional quality and technical quality. Based on the results of the analysis of the stepwise method Functional quality has the most dominant effect on participant satisfaction

Abstract

The activities of the shipping sector are divided into two, commercial and non-commercial shipping. In order to support sea transportation facilities, infrastructure in the form of a port is needed. The port is a stop / terminal of the ship after a cruise. At the port the ship carries out a variety of activities, such as the ups and downs of passengers, loading and unloading of goods, refueling, and fresh water. In order to support business activities for its own interests, a Special Terminal (Tersus) can be built. For the construction of the tersus, CV Bina Lestari Jaya coordinates with the government and prepares concepts thoroughly, takes care of licensing which has quite complicated stages and requirements, because it requires a survey with accurate data, both location determination, feasibility studies both on land and at sea / water. It also needs to consider the economic aspects, efficiency, environmental impact and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety). Furthermore, a feasibility study was accompanied by a Palembang Class 1 Navigation District technical team. In this study, the authors used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach.

Abstract

Employees are valuable property owned by each agency / company. Every company must get employees in accordance with the objectives of the company and place employees in accordance with their capabilities. To achieve company goals, a good recruitment, selection and placement process is needed. Crew of the ship or often called Seafarers is an asset of human resources working on the ship. In the role of the shipping company the shipping crew is the most important thing carried by each shipping company. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical approach with the study of literature studies including internet website searches and secondary data analysis, namely by reviewing some references about the process of recruitment, selection and placement of employees on the ship or called the crew. PT. MCS International has well implemented the recruitment, selection and placement process of the crew so that the company's goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This study examines the process of importing luxury goods when entering customs areas by a service provider of goods and logistics in Semarang. Luxury goods that are the object of research here are fantastic cost of bicycles. The high use of luxury bicyles in Indonesia also beneficial for industry players, one of which is an importer, even though it makes worry from local bicyces manufactures. Currently, industry players are competing to improve their services or bicycle production the increasingly large market demands. Even the luxury bicycle import activity was not stopped by this Covid-19 pandemic. The import process which is theoretically provided by various sources experiences many differences in the filed starting from import procedures, man import documents, additional import documents, tracking and container status. Even the clarity of the original documents and copy documents that were taken care by various importing agencies had not been clearly stated in the expert theories. In the end not all theoretical basis can be applied/ held on import work in the field. Many factors influence including the process of import activities, the transportation system that influences documensts, the status of shipper and consignee affect the status of the container even the determination of the path determined by the Custom.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a necessity for everyone in carrying out work and daily activities. Undisciplined worker behavior factors, inappropriate work methods, changes in workplaces, equipment, causes of work accidents. In order to ensure the implementation of K3, NPCT1 implements regulations that must be obeyed by all workers, employees and visiting guests. In this study, the authors used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and security are carried out very strictly and consistently so that it runs according to the stipulations. K3 is carried out by HSSE staff directly, the number of personnel is 16 (sixteen), divided into 4 teams with excellent and professional performance in carrying out Port Patrol Inspection.NPCT1 has a Port Clinic as a health service for workers. Port Clinic is manned by 2 (two) doctors and 4 (four) paramedics. With careful preparation, very strict implementation and supervision and consistent evaluation in the implementation of K3, then within a period of 3 (three) consecutive years, from 18 August 2016 to 18 August 2019, there were no accidents (Zero Accident), so NPCT1 received appreciation of the Zero Accident Award in the form of a Zero Accident Award from the manager of Tanjung Priok Port.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “E-Marketing sebagai bentuk pemasaran darurat dalam meningkatkan minat pendaftar pada masa pandemi covid-19.” Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan cara efektif bagaimana menarik perhatian pendaftar sebagai taruna baru di Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Taruna baru semester satu jurusan Diploma 3 Manajemen Transportasi Laut, Diploma 3 Permesinan Kapal, Diploma 3 Studi Nautika dan S1 Transportasi dikarenakan taruna tersebut masih sangat baru masuk menjadi taruna di Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Obyek Penelitian ini adalah E-Marketing, Pemasaran Darurat, Pemasaran di era Pandemi Covid-19 di Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Dari sisi perguruan tinggi sekolah maritim yang ada di Yogyakarta ini menunjukkan keunikannya dimana Yogyakarta belum mempunyai pelabuhan komersial untuk kapal-kapal cargo namun mampu mencetak lulusan di bidang kepelabuhanan dan kemaritiman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel-variabel E-Marketing dan Pemasaran Darurat berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pemasaran yang dilakukan di era Pandemi Covid-19, dimana interaksi tatap muka dibatasi. Pengaruh variabel independen yaitu e-marketing dan pemasaran darurat terhadap variabel dependen pemasaran yang dilakukan di era Pandemi Covid-19 adalah 70%. Sedangkan 30% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain selain E-Marketing dan Pemasaran Darurat. Ini artinya eletronik marketing sangat efektif untuk menarik minat pendaftar.

Abstract

Transportation problems are generally related to logistics distribution from several sources of products with limited capacity to several destinations that require certain quantities to be optimal. Study aim to analize optimum logistics distribution.Methode by simulation data of factory with certain capacity to 4 warehouse with certain requirement. The factories and warehouses are located in different locations and transportation costs from each factory to each destination is different. Initial solution by Least Cost Method, then optimization use MODI method. The results of the two simple transportation methods are proven to be able to show distribution optimization, by reduce cost 8,43 %.
