Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role model of achievement-based Islamic education management. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative conducted at Islamic Secondary School at Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The results of the research show that achievement-based management conducted by Islamic Secondary School at Kendari is divided into four stages. First, the planning stage by determining achievement targets, namely planning the activities to be carried out, looking at the race event, determining the coaching strategy and grouping students. Second, the stage of achievement-based student recruitment is the restriction of student quotas every year, special achievement pathways, academic tests, personality/ psychological tests and health tests. The stage of implementation of performance-based development through the construction of academic and non-academic fields as well as religious construction. The last stage is an achievement-based evaluation conducted via online, live review, parenting and PESONA (Week of Arts, Olympics and Sports) at the end of the year. Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the influence of occupational stress on the workmanship of employees of IAIN Kendari.This research uses a quantitative approach through causal research. The population of this research is all of IAIN Kendari employees. The total population in this study was 123 people consisting of officers and lecturers who had additional administrative tasks ranging from rectorate level to study program. Determination of the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula. From the results of the calculation obtained a sample amount of 94 peoples. The results showed that there was a negative impact on work stress on the productivity of IAIN Kendari employees with a coefficient of determination of-0.182 or had an influence of 18.2%. This gives the meaning that working stress will negatively affect the working productivity of IAIN Kendari employees. The results of this research implicates the leadership of IAIN Kendari if they want to increase employee productivity in the form of targets achieved, accuracy of completing work, quality of work, and efficiency of resource utilization by employees can is done by the work of working stress at the employee's level of individuals, groups, and organizations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap dan menganalisis tentang pengaruh tidak langsung keadilan terhadap kinerja melalui komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui instrumen penelitian berupa angket kepada 82 pegawai PNS IAIN Kendari yang hasilnya kemudian diolah melalui program SPSS untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang ada. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 161 orang dan sampel sebanyak 82 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh keadilan terhadap kinerja pegawai PNS IAIN Kendari melalui komunikasi sebesar 0,414 atau sebesar 44,1%.The aims of this research are to exam and analysis thatindirect effect of organizational justice on job performance trough communication. This research used a quantitative approach by means of collecting data through the questionnaires research instrument, and disseminate the questionnaire form to 82 employees civil servants of IAIN Kendari the result is then processed through the program SPSS to learn the influence between the existing variable. As for the population in this research are 161 employees and samples are 82 employees. Based on the results of this study, it is found that organizational justice has a indirect effect on job performance trough communication with 0,414 or 44,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the da’wah management conducted by IMSULTRA. This research is a descriptive qualitative type conducted in Southeast Sulawesi. The results of this study indicate that the management of the da’wah implemented by the DPW IMSULTRA has not been done comprehensively. This can be seen from the process of planning, recruiting, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating the muballigh which have not done in a comprehensive and systematic way. The alternative solution that can be done by DPW IMSULTRA to overcome the obstacles faced or at least minimize the negative implications caused is to recruit several personnel (staff) whose duty is to carry out various technical matters, form a more specific and comprehensive work program every year, compile analysis the needs of the muballigh, selective recruitment, compile job descriptions for each clear element to improve the lecture scheduling system, and implement a better muballigh monitoring and evaluation system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of financing in improving facilities and infrastructure. This research includes the sources of funding owned, the allocation of the education budget in improving facilities and infrastructure, and the absorption or use of the budget in improving facilities and infrastructure. This type of research is qualitative and uses a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used by the researcher is based on the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely, data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used triangulation methods, namely technical triangulation and source. The results of this study indicate that: the source of funds comes from the government in the form of Islamic Boarding School Operational Assistance funds obtained through the proposals made. Then sourced from the parents of the boarding students called Islamic Boarding School Compulsory Alms. All budget              allocations come from the RAPB that has been prepared, which includes planning, procurement, and elimination of facilities and infrastructure. Budget absorption in the Islamic School if there is a process of using the budget.Kata Kunci:   Education Financing Management, Facilities and Infrastructure
