The academic advisor and college counselling laboratories have an essential role in giving services to students. One of the assumptions is that these services can impact student learning readiness. This study aims to see how the relationship between Academic Advisors and the counselling labour impairs students' preparedness for learning. This research is quantitative research with a sample size of 297 people from seventeen studies programs for the 2019/2020 school year, where the sample is taken at random (random sampling). Instrument to measure the synergy and readiness to learn using a closed questionnaire Likert scale model. The data validation and data reliability are carried out through statistical analysis apps in the 21st version. The results showed that the correlation coefficient obtained between the variables of Academic Advisory and counselling laboratories and the variable of student learning readiness was 0.851, which was included in the fairly high or strong category. So it can be concluded that there is a synergy between Academic Advisors and counselling laboratories in providing services to students and also impacts student learning readiness.

The research is behind the issue of policy change implementation of field experience practice of faculty Tarbiyah from 2 months to 4 months with the reason first, the student is less gaining knowledge and experience, secondly, the time of doing PPL on In January to March to coincide with the national exam, third, relating to the allocation of honors for teacher teachers that were calculated according to the number of students he was tutored, and fourth, with the change of the policy of PPL 4 months that effect on Completion of student thesis. The purpose of the research is to know the perception of the stake holder against PPL IAIN Curup and to know a formulation of PPL majors Tarbiyah IAIN Curup. The research method used is qualitative research using an analysis-descriptive approach. This study saw the implementation of PPL faculty Tarbiyah because the policy changes from 2 months to 4 months. The results showed the school's perception of PPL for paedagogic competence is still lacking, especially in classroom management, RPP manufacturing, and the development of learning evaluation tools. For personal competence is still low on student discipline and managing emotions, while for social competence most students impress their exclusive neighbors.

According to the Directorate General of Corrections, more than 7,000 children perpetrate criminal offenses on a yearly basis. To reduce this crime rate, it is of great necessity to reinforce Religion, values, and morals (RNM) through appropriate counseling services to inmates child at the Rejang Lebong Class II A Curup Correctional Institution. The solution to the problem in this study is first, improving the condition of religion, the values, and morals of the child. Second, the type of counseling assignment in terms of Religion, Values, and Morals of the children faced with the law. Third, the condition of religion, the values and morals of the children who became upright after counseling services is given. This research is based on the grounded theory which has to do with building a theory through inductive studies. His observations are illustrated by the results of the 87% of inmates child themed test problem in ANM. He was given personal guidance for the development of religious life in the areas of information services, content mastery services, group guidance services, and individual counseling. At the test post, there was a decrease of 43% in the inmates child ANM problems.

This study aims to determine the application of the zoom collaboration application learning strategy in increasing student learning motivation in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is quasi-experimental (Quasy Experiment), with a pretest and posttest control group research design. The sample in this study were 28 students from class X MA Miftahul Jannah. The results of the study, the application of the Zoom Collaboration application learning strategy can improve student learning outcomes and understanding of the subject of Islamic Religious Education, in cycle I and cycle II significantly, namely at 47.50 and 72.14. In addition, the zoom collaboration application learning strategy can increase student learning motivation seen from the positive increase in the results of the initial and final questionnaires by 320 points to 467 points. In conclusion, the application of the Zoom Collaboration application learning strategy is effective in improving learning outcomes, understanding and student motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects during the Covid 19 pandemic in class X MA Miftahul Jannah. The study aims at discussing the strategy to improve the existence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Rejang Lebong regency. The research used sociological approach to comprehend the meaning of events and interaction of people in certain circumstances. The results were: Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) was quite exist in assisting the education advance. It can be noticed by the work programs. The students were competitive and their achievements reached regional and national level. In conclusion, the strategy used to improve the existence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, such as using POAC strategy (planning organizing, actuating), as well as controling improved the existence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Rejang Lebong regency. This interview study reports on the experience of 7 Guidance and Counseling teachers developing the value of helping inclusive madrasah students in West Sumatra, Indonesia. Data was collected employing semi-structured interviews to explore the experience of the counseling teacher. Data were analyzed by thematic content analysis. The results of the study show two general findings, namely that Guidance and Counseling teachers play a role in fostering an attitude of helping students in inclusive education institutions through orientation services and individual counseling. Besides that, Guidance and Counseling teachers collaborate with religious teachers in charity activities such "As Sedeqah Fridays which are collected from both ordinary students and special needs children. This study emphasizes the importance of Guidance and Counseling teachers receiving technical training in educating children with special needs.

This scientific article is motivated by the lack of character in students, where as we know today's technological advances can make the character decline in students, but if technology is used properly there will be many benefits, where most students in Indonesia currently With gadgets, technological advances can have both positive and negative impacts. The purpose of this research is to instill the character of students through the use of audio-visual-based teaching materials, such as videos. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of library research (library research), while data collection uses documentation techniques, namely data collection or from books or literatures and journals that discuss "Character in Audio-visual Based Teaching Materials in Thematic Learning. in elementary school". The data analysis technique uses the technique of drawing conclusions by identifying various special characteristics of a message in an objective, systematic and generalist manner. The results of this study are Characters in Audio-visual-Based Teaching Materials In Thematic Learning in Elementary Schools, of course there are various ways that a teacher can do in instilling character in students, one of which is here by using audio-visual-based teaching materials with theme 4 (healthy is healthy). important) sub-theme 3 (how to maintain the health of the circulatory system in humans) in fifth grade elementary school there are 8 characters that teachers can instill, the first being religious, the second being disciplined, the third being environmental care, the fourth being curiosity, the fifth being being responsible, the sixth being independent. , the seventh is social care, the eighth appreciates achievement.

The covid-19 virus poses new challenges for the whole world. All activities become disrupted including disrupting teaching and learning activities at school. During a pandemic like this, the world of education must change and modify learning that can be applied to this situation so that learning productivity can be achieved. Blended learning is a learning method that can be applied in the current situation. Blended learning is a learning method that combines face-to-face learning or classical learning with modern technology-based learning that is done online. Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Ketanggungan is one of the schools that applies this method. As long as this method is applied, it is considered effective for use during this pandemic, although it cannot be denied that there are also negative sides. By analyzing the application of blended learning, it is intended to be material for consideration of the school's leadership in choosing the right method for the application of the learning system during this pandemic, as well as being an evaluation material for Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Ketanggungan. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, and the data collection method uses interviews and online observations.

The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of Islamic religious education in children of gold miners in the Kampung Jawa Village, find out the role of parents in instilling Islamic religious education especially moral education in their children, helping the problematic role of parents in instilling Islamic religious education in particular moral education in children in Kampung Jawa Village. This type of research is qualitative research. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The subjects in this study were the village chief, religious leaders and gold miner parents. Data collection techniques are structured interviews, observation and documentation. The final step is drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the study show that: first, the condition of Islamic religious education in the children of gold miners in the Kampung Jawa Village, namely religious understanding can be quite good. Second, the role of parents of gold miners in instilling moral education to their children varies depending on the understanding of parental religious knowledge. Third, the probelmatic role of parents consists of internal factors that are constrained by parents who are busy working that make children less controlled to behave properly according to Islamic teachings, external factors that are constrained by children unruly and difficult to be advised.

After going through the online teaching and learning process which was carried out at SMP Negeri L. Sidoharjo, students got used to studying at home and playing on cell phones until they forgot the teaching and learning process had been done face-to-face, so some children had problems studying at school, including not doing assignments school, lazy to study, often play online games, and skip school. Even from observations, some students received a summons, and their parents were called for not attending school without permission and not doing schoolwork. This study aims to determine the teaching and learning process after doing the online learning process, the effect of online learning on students' learning motivation, and the efforts of the supervising teacher in increasing student learning motivation. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative. Sources of data come from primary data and secondary data, the subjects in this study were the supervising teacher, homeroom teacher, and class VIII students. Techniques used in data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the online teaching and learning process affects students' learning motivation which causes students' learning motivation to decrease, as can be seen from the attitudes, values , and behavior of students during the teaching and learning process. The efforts of the supervising teacher in increasing the learning motivation of class VIII students of SMP Negeri L. Sidoharjo using information services and individual counseling and taking an emotional approach to explore various information, provide encouragement, guidance, and direction, provide examples, and work together with homeroom teachers, teachers subjects for home visits, it is hoped that parents know and can contribute to helping increase student learning motivation.
