Abstract

Perencanan karir merupakan kata yang sering diungkap oleh seseorang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan agar bisa menciptakan kemandirian dalam pemilihan karir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Guru BK di SMA Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong dalam perencanaan karir siswa, dikarenakan; Pertama; siswa kelas X harus direncanakan sebaik mungkin dari awal, sehingga setelah kelas XII mereka dapat mengambil keputusan yang tepat untuk arah masa depannya, kedua; siswa kelas X masih dalam masa puberitas dengan problematika yang kompleks dan harus diarahkan untuk masa depan yang baik, dan ketiga; Siswa kela X merupakan generasi Z lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi dengan media digital dan potensi ini bisa diberdayakan untuk mendapatkan informasi terkini berkaitan dengan karir, Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Permasalahan karir yang dialami siswa diantaranya: a) kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai karir, b) kurangnya informasi mengenai perguruan tinggi, c) bingung dengan jenis karir yang dipilih. 2) Pelaksanaan layanan BK yang diberikan tidak terjadwal dalam memberikan layanan informasi kepada siswa, 3) Guru BK di SMA Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong sangat berperan dalam perencanaan karir siswa, guru BK berperan sebagai informator, motivator dan evaluator dalam memberikan berbagai informasi sehingga mereka memiliki motivasi dan dorongan untuk merencanakan karir yang lebih matang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of humanist theory in the development of religious character in inclusive schools. The research method used is grounded theory design which aims to emphasize conceptual thinking and theory formation from the application of constructivism theory in developing religious character in inclusive schools. This is because; (1) the limitations of children with disabilities in developing their potential, (2) constructivism theory gives students freedom in constructing ideas related to religious character, and (3) the obstacles of children with disabilities in constructing ideas, ideas and knowledge. The results of the research on students' knowledge construction process in inclusive schools are very varied. Children with cognitive disabilities and autism have difficulty constructing knowledge, but it is more a process of repeated habituation.  For children with disabilities, there is no problem in constructing knowledge but difficulty in implementing it in the form of behavior. Visually impaired children need other people as sensory aids and have no problems in behavioural practice, while speech and hearing impaired children have difficulty adjusting to normal learning patterns, because they cannot hear and speak and need teachers who can sign language. So cognitive and mental limitations hinder the process of constructing knowledge of religious character, for the implementation of character values is carried out by habituation of patterned behaviour by strengthening the process.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the formation of student discipline with habituation in Behavioristic theory at Ummatan Wahidah Curup Kindergarten. This is based on the fact that this school is an Islamic kindergarten with 2 curriculum contents (National Education and Ministry of Religion) which requires more time and energy in disciplining students so that the curriculum targets can be achieved, while the age is only 4-6 years old.The research method used is mix-method by combining quantitative and qualitative methods, the data will be revealed quantitatively and explored qualitatively, then will be presented descriptively. Data analysis techniques by collecting and reviewing the results of questionnaires, interviews and documentation, then after triangulation techniques and data reduction, the data is presented descriptively.The results of research from 16 Ummatan Wahidah Kindergarten teachers 84% understand the importance of discipline habituation in learning Ummatan Wahidah Curup Kindergarten students. The application of rewards in forming habituation is more dominant by giving stars as prizes and verbal praise, while punishment is replaced by strict educational actions, the highest discipline in learning is seen in prayer and recitation, the formation of discipline is more effective with Islamic values and the role of parents and ustad / ustadzah in providing examples and can be emulated.Keywords: Dicipline Formation; Habituation dan Behavioristic TheoryAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembentukan disiplin santri dengan pembiasaan dalam teori Behavioristik di TK Ummatan Wahidah Curup. Hal ini didasari bahwa sekolah ini merupakan TK Islam dengan 2 muatan kurikulum (Pendidikan Nasional dan Kementerian Agama) yang membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang lebih dalam mendisiplinkan siswa agar target kurikulum dapat tercapai, sementara usianya baru 4 – 6 tahun.Metode penelitian yang digunakan mix-method dengan menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, data akan diungkapkan secara kuantitatif dan didalami secara kualitatif, kemudian akan dipaparkan secara deskriptif. Teknik Analisa data  dengan mengumpulkan  dan menelaah hasil angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian setelah  triangulasi Teknik dan reduksi data, maka data disajikan secara deskriptif.Hasil penelitian dari 16 orang guru TK Ummatan Wahidah 84 % memahami pentingnya pembiasaan disiplin dalam belajar santri TK Ummatan Wahidah Curup. Penerapan reward dalam membentuk pembiasaan lebih dominan dengan pemberian bintang sebagai hadiah dan pujian verbal, sedangkan punishment diganti dengan tindakan tegas mendidik, disiplin tertinggi dalam belajar terlihat pada berdoa dan mengaji, pembentukan disiplin lebih efektif dengan nilai-nilai Islami dan peran orang tua dan ustad/ustadzah dalam memberikan contoh dan dapat dicontoh.Kata kunci: Pembentukan Disiplin; Pembiasaan dan Teori Behavioristik

Abstract

The study aims to examine the implementation of Counseling Guidance (BK) services in an inclusive school, namely SMA Muhammadiyah Curup. This research is motivated by the need for ABK so that they can develop more optimally like other ordinary students. While ABK has problems with; the process of adjustment at school, school stigma on ABK is considered to reduce school quality, lack of ABK learning facilities, bullying behavior on ABK, and labeling report cards that read inclusive students. For this reason, BK teachers must be able to provide complex and specific BK services that are easily understood and implemented by ABK and ordinary. These students can unite ABK and ordinary students in learning.The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, namely analyzing the problems of counseling teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah Curup, using in-depth interviews and observations of counseling teachers and students. For technical data validity with source and technique triangulation, then the data is verified and displayed descriptively.The research results show that: First; BK services with a classical format can be applied to all students, Second; Counseling for children with mental retardation and mild autism requires special training on measurable changes in behavior, with reinforcement or rewards. Third; the consistency of school collaboration with parents is very necessary in order to maintain independent behavior that has been formed with empathy from all parties. Fourth; It is easier for BK teachers to make ABK independent with the same disorder than those with various disorders. Fifth; BK teachers don't understand sign language, Braille writing, and other unique things about ABK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konseling gestalt dalam mengatasi toxic parent, karena masalah toxic parent merupakan racun dalam diri anak disebabkan perlakuan orang tua yang menuntut anak terlalu tinggi, anak sebagai parasite yang mendatangkan masalah, prilaku over protektif sehingga anak tidak leluasa menentukan masa depannya, atau menolak apa yang dilakukan anak. Sehingga muncul kekerasan, baik kekerasan verbal, fisik atau emosional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Dengan mengambil 5 kasus dari anak yang mengalami toxic parent dan mengatasi dengan mengngunakan konseling gestalt dengan wawancara mendalam (dept interview). Hasil penelitian terlihat ada kesamaan karakteristik antara toxic parent dengan konseling gestalt dalam memaknai tingkah laku salah suai yang sama dengan ciri-ciri toxic parent, dengan demikian disiimpulkan bahwa konseling gestalt efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan toxic parent.

Abstract

Berbicara tentang disiplin, sangat berkaitan erat dengan motivasi. jika seseorang memahami apa yang diinginkan dan apa yang harus dilakukan agar hidup terasa lebih nyaman, menyenangkan, sehat dan sukses akan memotivasi siswa untuk membuat perencanaan hidup dan mematuhi perencanaan yang dibuat atas kemauan dan kesadaran dirinya sendiri, sehingga akan menumbuhkan sikap disiplin dalam diri seseorang dan dia akan giat dan tekun dalam belajar. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian ex-post facto.pada penelitian ini mencari pengaruh dari motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Adapun populasi penelitian sebanyak 239 siswa dengan sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 52 siswa kelas IX di SMPN B Srikaton. Dengan perhitungan rumus Issac Michael. Peneliti hanya mencari dampak atau pengaruh dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif yang mana gejala–gejala akan diukur menggunakan angka – angka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari hasil kuisioner atau angket motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri B Srikaton saat ini termasuk kategori cukup. Secara parsial variabel motivasi belajar ada pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri B Srikaton yaitu berdasarkan uji t sebesar 2,141 yang lebih besar dari ttabel dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,035. Berarti hipotesis yang menyatakan “Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri B Srikaton” diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari hasil kuisioner atau angket disiplin belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri B Srikaton menunjukkan kategori tinggi. Secara parsial disiplin belajar ada pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas kelas IX SMP Negeri B Srikaton dilihat dari uji t sebesar 2,096 lebih besar dari ttabel dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,039. Berarti hipotesis yang menyatakan “Ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri B Srikaton” diterima. Tidak ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri B Srikaton ditunjukkan dari hasil uji F diperoleh Fhitung = 2,695 dengan probabilitas atau signifikansi sebesar 0,074 > 0,05 sehingga Ho diterima dan Ha3 ditolak yang berarti tidak ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Abstract

This study explores the collaboration between Counseling Guidance (CG) teachers and tahfidz teachers in enhancing the self-happiness of students memorizing the Qur'an at SDIT Robby Radiyah. Self-happiness is crucial for effective Qur'anic memorization, given the demanding nature of the task, which requires focus, concentration, and emotional well-being. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, using purposive sampling that included the principal, two CG teachers, five tahfidz teachers, and students. Source triangulation involving the foundation and parents was utilized to ensure validity, and findings were presented descriptively. The study found that CG teachers, through counseling services, addressed students' boredom, stress, and emotional challenges. Concurrently, tahfidz teachers implemented a fun yet disciplined approach to guide memorization. This collaborative effort, reinforced by parenting, social support, and diverse activities, created a supportive environment that fostered happiness, motivation, and emotional well-being in students. The synergy between CG and tahfidz teachers, combined with external support systems, plays a pivotal role in promoting students' self-happiness, thereby enhancing their ability to memorize the Qur'an effectively. Collaboration between CG and tahfidz teachers, supported by parenting and social factors, significantly contributes to the self-happiness and motivation of students memorizing the Qur'an, highlighting the importance of an integrated approach to holistic educational success.

Abstract

After going through the online teaching and learning process which was carried out at SMP Negeri L. Sidoharjo, students got used to studying at home and playing on cell phones until they forgot the teaching and learning process had been done face-to-face, so some children had problems studying at school, including not doing assignments school, lazy to study, often play online games, and skip school. Even from observations, some students received a summons, and their parents were called for not attending school without permission and not doing schoolwork. This study aims to determine the teaching and learning process after doing the online learning process, the effect of online learning on students' learning motivation, and the efforts of the supervising teacher in increasing student learning motivation. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative. Sources of data come from primary data and secondary data, the subjects in this study were the supervising teacher, homeroom teacher, and class VIII students. Techniques used in data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the online teaching and learning process affects students' learning motivation which causes students' learning motivation to decrease, as can be seen from the attitudes, values , and behavior of students during the teaching and learning process. The efforts of the supervising teacher in increasing the learning motivation of class VIII students of SMP Negeri L. Sidoharjo using information services and individual counseling and taking an emotional approach to explore various information, provide encouragement, guidance, and direction, provide examples, and work together with homeroom teachers, teachers subjects for home visits, it is hoped that parents know and can contribute to helping increase student learning motivation.
