Abstract

The article is the result of actions taken in research to improve the WPKNS ABH. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis, by presenting the results of the study and analyzing the results obtained in the study. The WPKNS ABH is giving donations to Curup Class II Lapas. By coordinating with the Lapas and Stakeholders, in the form of Islamic material, general education material, soft skills, national knowledge and insights, providing counseling services and holding an Islamic Competition. The results of the study and actions showed the insight, knowledge, skills, values and attitudes of the ABH in Class II A Curup Prison, before and after the action: ABH insights increased by 52.5% from the total score before the action amounted to 28 (35%) increased to a total of 75 (87.5%) after the action. ABH's knowledge increased by 41.25%, the overall total score before carrying out the actions amounted to 62 (38.75%) increased to 128 (80%) after the action. ABH's skills experienced an increase of 52.5% from a total score of 28 (35%) before the action became 75 (87.5%) after the action was taken. The aspect of ABH value increased by 58.75% from the initial total score of 26 (32.5%) to 73 (91.25%) after the action was taken. The attitude aspect of ABH increased by 43.75% from the total score of 35 (43.75%) to 75 (87.5%) after the action was taken.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of PAI teachers in instilling Islamic values ​​in Wasatiyah in SMP N 31 Rejang Lebong, then to find out what factors influence the planting of Islamic values ​​in Wasatiyah. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach, the data sources are Islamic religious education teachers, principals and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed, there are 3 components of the role of PAI teachers in instilling the values ​​of Islam Wasatiyah namely; First, in instilling the values ​​of Islam Wasatiyah the teacher acts as a motivator, administrator and evaluator; The two supporting factors in instilling Wasatiyah Islamic values ​​in students are the participation and role of parents in guiding their children by instilling Islamic wasatiyah values ​​and technological advances in obtaining information; Third, inhibiting the role of PAI teachers in instilling the values ​​of wasatiyah Islam, among others, is not wise of students to choose content that is useful in utilizing the technology provided, such as improper use of the internet. In conclusion, the role of PAI teachers in instilling the value of Islamic Watasyah is as a motivator, as an administrator and as an evaluator, which is also influenced by the role of parents and the use of information that is growing rapidly among students. Abstract

This study aims to explore and find out the strategies of village religious teachers in improving the ability to read the Koran of Turan Baru villagers especially those aged 40 years and older. By using descriptive qualitative writing methods, data obtained using interviews and observations. The informants in this study were religious teachers and students studying the Koran in the village of Turan Baru. The results of the study obtained information that there are several strategies implemented by the Turan Baru Village Religion Teachers to improve the students' ability to read the Qur'an, namely; routine recitation; strategies for listening and correcting santri readings during recitation; motivate students in learning to read the Qur'an. The listening strategy used by village religious teachers is still quite effective in improving the ability to read Al-Qur'an of pilgrims who are above the age of 40 years and above, because when there is an error the teacher can immediately correct the mistakes of the congregation. Conclusions, methods and listening strategies in reading the Qur'an in the village of Turan Baru is one way to improve the ability to read the Qur'an, this strategy also increases the enthusiasm of learning of the congregation, which will eventually bring the congregation the better in reading the Qur'an with the correct reading rules. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the teacher strategies of the subjects Akidah Akhlak in improving student learning discipline and how the state of student learning discipline in SDIT Rabbi Radhiyyah 01 rejang lebong district. This research uses qualitative approach with field research type. Observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, verification/drawing conclusions. The results showed; First, the teacher's strategy of morality in improving student learning discipline by briefing students on the importance of enforcing discipline, teachers setting an example for students in good manners, teachers advising students to be good and teachers to sanction students who violate discipline; Second, the student's learning discipline situation is informed if the student's low interest in learning is due to students lacking introspection, weak student punishment and low support from some parents. In conclusion, the strategies implemented by teachers in improving student discipline by providing examples, advice to be good, as well as weak student discipline conditions caused by students lacking self-introspection, weak student punishment and low support of some parents. Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the zoom collaboration application learning strategy in increasing student learning motivation in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is quasi-experimental (Quasy Experiment), with a pretest and posttest control group research design. The sample in this study were 28 students from class X MA Miftahul Jannah. The results of the study, the application of the Zoom Collaboration application learning strategy can improve student learning outcomes and understanding of the subject of Islamic Religious Education, in cycle I and cycle II significantly, namely at 47.50 and 72.14. In addition, the zoom collaboration application learning strategy can increase student learning motivation seen from the positive increase in the results of the initial and final questionnaires by 320 points to 467 points. In conclusion, the application of the Zoom Collaboration application learning strategy is effective in improving learning outcomes, understanding and student motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects during the Covid 19 pandemic in class X MA Miftahul Jannah. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the professional needs of counselors in Rejang Lebong and to describe how the efforts of IAIN Curup in realizing the counselor profession are. This type of research is a qualitative research, using interview, observation and documentation analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that first the Counselor Profession is urgently needed in Rejang Lebong because of environmental conditions that require a counselor profession and also the development of the industrial world resulting in the community needing a counselor profession. Due to the needs of great counselor of now day era, this study becomes a problem solver to find the great criteria which is needed for good counselor in the future. What is needed in Rejang Lebong is a counselor who has stable emotions, a counselor who can be used as an example, a counselor who has broad insight, a counselor who can be relied on, and has a solid personality of integrity. The two efforts of IAIN Curup in realizing the counselor profession are quite a lot, including in realizing S1 or S2 counseling guidance, and the existence of an educated profession, as well as the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support learning so that it will produce professional students both in terms of pedagogic, social, personality and personality competencies also profession. This research is limited on counselor characteristics and how to realize it, but this research needs deeper study to analysis counselor problem to become all around-counselor which means can handle every situation.

Abstract

Lecture activities as processes and requirements exist, following academic rules and curriculum in a study program. It suggests how much basic knowledge students are required to have. The aim is to help students cope with the growing growth of science and technology. For this, Mamou's thinking ability achieves the educational goal, which is for students able to solve problems with high levels of thinking. The research aims to find out and analyze the lecturers' strategy used in increasing the efficacy of higher-order thinking, as well as the inhibitor and support factors in increasing higher-order ability. The study involves qualitative methods. The subjects were lecturers of the study program for Islamic education. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data-analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and verification. The results show the lecturers' strategy used in perpetuating students' ability to higher-order thinking with active learning strategies, incubation, suspected problems, and BBL. While the retard factors of a student's low thinking ability are lack of reading and the way lecturers should always guide students. As for the supporting factors are Internet access, library, and curiosity.
