Abstract

The objectives of this research was: (1) To determine the influence of Understanding Customer Expectations, Building Service Partnership, Empowering Employees, for the partial Customer Satisfaction at PT Plantation Tambi tea products in Wonosobo (2) To determine the influence of variables Understanding Customer expectation, Building Service Partnership, Total Quality Management, and Empowering Employees simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction in PT Plantation Tambi tea products in Wonosobo. (3) To determine the independent variables Understanding Customer Expectations, Building Service Partnership, Total Quality Management, and Empowering Employees are the most dominant of the Customer Satisfaction At PT Plantation Tambi tea products in Wonosobo. This research was conducted at the user / consumer of Black Tea Plantation Tambi PT Territory Wonosobo. Total sample of 100 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially known that variable Understanding Customer Expectations and Building Service Partnership no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT Plantation Tambi tea products. While Empowering Employees significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT Plantation Tambi tea products. From the test results simultaneously known that variables Relationship Marketing consisting of Understanding Customer Expectations, Building Service Partnership, Total Quality Management, and Empowering Employees jointly affect the Customer Satisfaction at PT Plantation Tambi tea products in Wonosobo. Of the partial test results show that the variable Total Quality Management proven effect partially dominant than the variable Understanding Customer Expectations, Building Services Partnership, and Empowering Employees.

Abstract

The aim of this study as follows (1) to determine the response of society based on the characteristics to the existence of traditional market Kayuapak Polokarto. (2) To determine the most dominant factor relation between the characteristics of the community and surrounding Polokarto on the existence of traditional market Kayuapak Polokarto. This research was conducted in Traditional Markets Kayuapak Polokarto. Population in this research is the entire community of users Kayuapak Polokarto Market. The samples were taken as many as 100 people using Cooper method. Problems statement in this study as follows: (1) How is the public response to the existence of traditional market Kayuapak Polokarto? (2) What factors most strongly linked between community characteristics and surrounding Polokarto on the existence of traditional market Kayuapak Polokarto? The Results of the study found that the presence of the market well received by the public Polokarto. There is a relationship between the role of the market with the characteristics of the user community. The most powerful relationship is the relationship between work and the role of traditional market Kayuapak Polokarto who helped create jobs for the community and surrounding Polokarto. The second sequence is the relationship between the income with the market's role in helping to improve the income regions, especially sub-district Polokarto, and the third is the relationship between education with the market's role as the community needs Polokarto.     Keywords: traditional market, the characteristics of the community.

Abstract

Abstract From the past until now, many parents feel confused and difficult in shaping positive behavior in children. Parents also often feel unable to understand their children's behavior that always tests their patience, so it is not uncommon for parents to become angry and apply punishment to children. This has an impact on the formation of children's perceptions that become negative towards parents. The child will feel that he is not understood, causing him to behave negatively such as lying, not doing his responsibilities at home, and others. One of the efforts that can be made to improve children's positive behavior is for parents to apply effective communication to children in interaction. With this Community Service Activity, it is hoped that it can provide new understanding, knowledge and skills for parents in implementing interpersonal communication with children. Therefore, a warm relationship between parents and children can be established, so that it is followed by positive behavior in children that will also increase. Activities are carried out using the counseling method, namely interpersonal by providing understanding and knowledge related to interpersonal communication so that it becomes a new skill that parents will learn in applying communication when interacting with children. The results of this activity show that parents gain new understanding, knowledge and skills related to applying interpersonal communication when interacting with children. In addition, parents realize that the communication applied so far with children is not appropriate, causing frequent conflicts and having an impact on children's negative behavior. Abstract

Abstract This community service aims to help Toko Atopia. this business started from home in Sambi, Boyolali, in facing the challenges of limited market reach and difficulties in the in-person shopping process. To overcome these problems, this community service focuses on creating an e-commerce website designed to make it easier for customers to shop online and expand Toko Atopia's market reach. With the launch of this website, it is expected to improve product accessibility, transaction efficiency, and customer shopping experience. This service method includes designing and developing an e-commerce website that includes a product catalog and important features to improve interaction with customers. In addition, the integration of WhatsApp services is designed to facilitate direct communication between customers and the store, allowing customers to ask for product information, place orders, and get help more easily.  Keywords : atopia store, e-commerce, website, online shop, marketing

Abstract

Abstract This community service program aims to enhance digital literacy among the residents of Ngargorejo Village, Ngemplak Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, by providing training on social media as a tool for promoting the village’s tourism potential. Ngargorejo Village possesses significant tourism potential, including natural beauty, local culture, and distinctive products. However, the community's limited knowledge of social media utilization poses a major challenge in effectively promoting these assets. The training program was designed using a participatory workshop approach, involving ten participants from local tourism managers and small business owners (UMKM). The training materials covered the creation of social media accounts, content development, management strategies, and hands-on practice. Evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of social media, with the average pre-test score of 49 increasing to 85 in the post-test. Additionally, the quality of participants uploaded content showed notable improvements in terms of visualization, narrative, and consistency. However, challenges remained, including low initial digital literacy, limited internet infrastructure, and inconsistency in content management after the training. To address these issues, the program provided solutions such as individualized mentoring, structured content guidelines, and the establishment of a village social media management team. This program has successfully provided the community with relevant digital skills, enabling them to independently promote their village’s potential. Recommendations for program sustainability include advanced training, infrastructure improvements, and local government support for regular content management.
