Abstract

This research aimed to develop online learning guidebook for junior high school level. The method used in this research was research and development in terms of 4-D model development which consists of four main stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The informants were study consisted of 2 expert informants and 17 junior high school teachers in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. This type of research data was descriptive qualitative. The data collected were in the form of suggestions and responses put forward by the informants. This information was collected and summarized to improve the learning products developed. The results showed that the developed online learning guidebook has met the appropriate criteria in the media and language aspects by the respective experts. Besides, Teachers find that this guidebook is very interesting and useful as a guide in online learning, especially during the current pandemic. Furthermore, the developed guide book fosters curiosity of teachers to find out the use of applications in the book, and makes teachers think creatively in making learning media. The online learning guidebook is advantaged for the teachers to provide interesting learning media and material for students especially in this pandemic era.

Abstract

learning activities are a series of activities carried out by students to learn. Unfortunately, students' learning activities often decline due to many factors. Project based learning is considered capable of increasing student learning activities. This study aims to describe project based learning as a learning model to improve student learning activities. This study is the result of a literature review. The study in this study was analyzed based on supporting references that were considered valid. The limitations examined in this study are the definition, objectives, and steps of the project based learning model. The results of the study revealed that the project based learning model was able to increase student learning activities. It is hoped that teachers will be able to use this learning model to improve student learning activities.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kreatif merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa dan mempunyai peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika. Penelitian ini bersifat deskripsi kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Lowu-lowu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan memeriksa hasil tes tulis berdasarkan indikator kemampuan  berpikir kreatif  yang akan diukur dan melakukan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan empat kriteria yaitu credibility, transfermability, dependability dan konfirmability. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika berada pada tingkat cukup kreatif. (2)  indikator yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah fluency, flexsibility dan originality. (3) faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif adalah  faktor lupa, jarang berlatih, guru jarang memberikan tugas, tidak berani mencoba hal yang baru.Kata Kunci: Berpikir Kreatif; fleksibilitas; kelancaran;  keaslian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan bahan ajar matematika berbasis cerita bergambar pada siswa kelas III SD Negeri 6 Lasalepa tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (R &D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Pada penelitian pengembangan ini, peneliti membatasi tahap pengembangan sampai pada tahap Development. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 6 Lasalepa. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan diuji coba secara terbatas pada siswa kelas III. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan lembar validasi kepada dosen ahli materi dan dosen ahli media serta respon guru kelas III untuk menilai kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan. Data yang diperoleh lalu dianalisis secara deskriptiptif. Hasil penelitian ini telah menghasilkan bahan ajar matematika berbasis cerita bergambar yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika, ditinjau dari penilaian kelayakan oleh dosen ahli media memperoleh persentase sebesar 80% dengan kriteria valid, dosen ahli materi pada bagian validasi materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 90% dan pada bagian validasi bahasa memperoleh persentase 100% dengan kriteria valid. Serta mendapat respon positif

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the contribution of organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy, and interpersonal communication to the performance of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers. The survey was used as a technique in this quantitative research. Guidance and Counseling teachers in Kendari City State Vocational/Advanced High Schools, totaling 60 teachers, became the population in the study. The sample was determined by the total sampling technique, which made the entire population the sample in the study. Questionnaires and interviews were used to collect data. Descriptive and inferential statistics through multiple regression tests are techniques in data analysis. Through the research, it is concluded that organizational citizenship behavior significantly contributes to the performance of counseling teachers in Kendari City State Vocational High Schools, self-efficacy significantly contributes to the performance of counseling teachers in Kendari City State Vocational High Schools, interpersonal communication significantly contributes to the performance of counseling teachers in Kendari City State Vocational High Schools, and organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy, and interpersonal communication together significantly contribute to the performance of counseling teachers in Kendari City State Vocational High Schools.

Abstract

Education 5.0 is an innovative approach to education that integrates advanced technology and the latest learning methodologies to create a student-centred learning environment. The research method conducted in this study is literature. The results showed that students' digital intelligence, creativity, and collaborative skills improved. The implementation of Education 5.0, which embraces technology and innovative learning methodologies, facilitates a more dynamic and interactive learning environment, increasing student motivation and participation in the learning process. Study results indicated students engaged in an Education 5.0-based curriculum showed improved performance in complex problem solving, critical thinking, and teamwork, compared to traditional approaches. Furthermore, the findings suggest that educators, as facilitators, play a key role in inspiring student innovation and creativity through the use of technology and project-based learning approaches. The implementation of Education 5.0 not only enriches students' learning experiences but also prepares them with relevant skills for future challenges, underscoring the importance of transitioning to a more flexible and adaptive educational paradigm in preparing students for success in an ever-changing global society.
