<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur produktivitas kinerja usaha pengolahan gula merah Saparua ditinjau dari aspek produksi dan pemasaran. Ukuran produktivitas yang memasukkan seluruh sumber daya input yang digunakan dalam produksi disebut sebagai produktivitas total.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Marvin E. Mundel untuk mengukur produktivitas, yang digunakan sebagai metode pengukuran produktivitas dengan menitikberatkan pada biaya produksi sebagai input (biaya biaya produksi) dan hasil penjualan sebagai output. Pengukuran produktivitas secara parsial, menunjukkan input teknologi dan tenaga kerja mengalami penurunan produktivitas pada bulan april masing – masing sebesar 18,1 % untuk input teknologi, dan 17,5 % untuk input tenaga kerja.. Sedangkan produktivitas tertinggi ditunjukkan di bulan mei dengan peningkatan sebesar 45,7% melalui input teknologi yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap penjualan di Saparua. Pengukuran produktivitas total menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas, dimana produktivitas tertinggi terjadi di bulan maret sebesar 26,9 % , sedangkan tingkat produktivitas terendah terjadi di bulan april sebesar 0,4 %.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gender dan lama usaha terhadap produktivitas usaha mikro gula merah Saparua untuk wilayah Desa Itawaka dan Desa Tuhaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus produktivitas total untuk mengukur produktivitas, serta melihat pengaruh variabel gender (X1) dan lama usaha (X2) terhadap produktivitas (Y) menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil pengukuran produktivitas total menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan nilai produktivitas ditinjau dari sisi gender dan lama usaha. Selain itu secara parsial untuk gender diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,415 dan untuk lama usaha diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,865. Sedangkan secara simultan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,680. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara gender dan lama usaha terhadap produktivitas baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dikarenakan tidak terdapat perbedaan keahlian atau keterampilan serta pengalaman antara pria dan wanita dalam mengolah gula merah Saparua. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of multiple conflicts and work environment on the work productivity of rujak woman sellers both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all female rujak sellers in Natsepa beach, Sopapei beach and Liang beach. The sample selection was taken by purposive sampling and hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously, there is an influence between multiple role conflict and work environment on work productivity which is indicated by a significance value of 0.000. The same thing is also shown in its partial effect, with a significance value of each under 0.05]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the amount of production costs, revenue and R/C value of the Bintang Subur farmer group for one harvest season and analyze the profit-sharing system that has been implemented . This research was conducted on the Bintang Subur Farmers Group consisting of 9 (nine) farmers located in Telaga Pange Village .The research period starts from April 2022 – June 2022 using survey method, and analyzed further through the calculation of Total Cost (TC), Revenue (Pd) and R/C ratio .Meanwhile data reduction techniques are used for profit sharing system analysis. The total cost for red chili harvest in June 2022 is Rp. 2.670.000 with revenue value for Rp. 40,890,000 and R/C ratio of 16.3. In addition, the profit-sharing system at the Bintang Subur Farmers Group did not involve the local village head at the time of its initial establishment. The agreement is also made orally based on mutual agreement, so it does not have an element of legality in making a profit-sharing agreement.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh hubungan antara relationship marketing dengan kepuasan nasabah, dan loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diperoleh sebanyak 265 responden dan tehnik analisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa H1 relationship marketing berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas. H2 relationship marketing berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan. Dan H3 kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas. Loyalitas nasabah bank dapat diukur dari berapa lama mereka menjadi nasabah bank tersebut, nasabah bank dapat diukur dari kesediaan nasabah untuk merekomendasikan bank tersebut kepada orang lain. Peningkatan loyalitas nasabah bank menjadi semakin nyata ketika bank menjadi pilihan utama layanan perbankan. Kata Kunci: Relationship Marketing, Kepuasan, Loyalitas]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how much adeed value is obtained from the processing of salak furit into salak chips carried out by Sumalow community group in Masohi City, Central Maluku Regency. The results of this research are expected to provide information for community groups that manage this business, to create new strategies that can develop the income and welfare of the local community. The analysis technique used the Hayami method bay looking at processing of salak chips for one production cycle in April 2023. The results showed that business of processing salak fruit into salak chips has an added value of Rp. 2.700 per kg with a value added ratio of 32 % which is the medium ratio indicator in the range of 15 – 40 %. This means there is a relatively moderate increase in added value for processing of salak fruit into salak chips. This ratio can be increased if Dusun Simalow community group as business manager can increase their productivity, especially labor productivity and production equipment productivity also supported by an increase in profitable market share. In addition to increasing added value, it is hoped that it will also encourage an increase in welfare of the Simalow Hamlet Community.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to understand the real role of QRIS in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of MSMEs, as well as providing input for policy makers and business actors in encouraging the digitalization of the MSME sector more widely and evenly in the city of Ambon. QRIS as a standardized digital payment system in Indonesia is expected to provide convenience in transactions, speed up the payment process and reduce the use of cash. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a literature method through a literature study sourced from journals of previous research results related to the title and through access to several data obtained from the website as information publications. The results of the study show that the Use of the QRIS Payment System has a positive effect on increasing the income of MSMEs in Ambon City. However, there are several obstacles that are felt, namely: There are still those who do not understand how to use QRIS and are constrained by internet access in several areas of Maluku. So it is hoped that the government and related parties can take part in optimizing the benefits of QRIS in accelerating economic growth. Keywords: QRIS, Effectiveness, Efficiency, MSMEs]]>
