Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan Website Atap Rupa Rupa menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 yang mencakup empat dimensi utama: usability, information quality, service interaction quality, dan user satisfaction. Webqual 4.0 dipilih karena mampu memberikan kerangka evaluasi yang komprehensif dalam menilai persepsi dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan digital. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing dimensi terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dengan dimensi information quality memberikan kontribusi paling dominan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi pengelola Website dalam merancang perbaikan berkelanjutan yang berorientasi pada pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi akademik sekaligus praktis dalam pengukuran kualitas layanan berbasis digital.

Abstract

In today's digital age, the effectiveness and accuracy of inventory management are crucial factors in a company's operations. Manual inventory recording is often time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient in presenting data directly. The problem at PT Pangan Terbaik Indonesia is that the company's director is unaware of the current packaging stock available in the warehouse. This is because inventory recording is not done in real time, still using manual calculations and paper recording. This prevents the director from monitoring the warehouse's inventory in real time, leading to concerns about stockouts or excess inventory. Furthermore, the company's website is not currently integrated with a database, which can be a hassle for the administrator if there are changes to the website data. The purpose of designing the stocktaking system itself is to simplify the stock recording process, allowing field officers to record packaging stock using a mobile application, and the data will be stored in the database and can be viewed in real time by the company director. This also simplifies website management. With integration with the database, the company administrator can easily change company data through the admin dashboard. The result of this report is to design an application that makes it easier for companies to record stock, manage company information, and monitor stock data in real-time so that reports are received more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Many organizations encounter challenges in managing information effectively and efficiently. A significant number of data management processes are still performed manually, which increases the risk of errors and information loss. Similar to libraries, which require quick and accurate access to information, this study aims to implement a web-based library information system for the MTs Ittihaadul Umam Depok library. The research employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which includes stages such as business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, application creation, and testing and turnover. At this stage, an analysis of the book management needs at MTs Ittihaadul Umam Depok was conducted to guide the system development. Based on the research findings and the challenges faced at the MTs Ittihaadul Umam Depok library, designing and implementing an integrated web-based library information system is expected to simplify the process of borrowing and returning books for all library members. Additionally, it will assist library staff in managing library data more efficiently and help the school advance its technological capabilities.
