Abstract

Sektor Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) merupakan sektor ekonomi yang berkaitan erat dengan keterbukaan antar negara terutama Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) termasuk Indonesia.  Di Indonesia kontribusi sektor TIK dalam PDB, hanya 3,5% dari Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Menurut BPS, pertumbuhan rata-rata/tahun PDB Sektor TIK pada 2011-2015 = 10,5%, lebih tinggi dari pertumbuhan PDB total  5,5%.    Namun kurangnya penggunaan teknologi informasi ini yang menjadi tantangan dalam penggunaan internet di Indonesia.Pendekatan Penelitian disini dengan input-output (I-O). dari Tabel I-O dan sebagai alat analisisnya, diperoleh 13 subsektor TIK, dimana subsector STBS (Sistem Telekomunikasi Bergerak Seluler) merupakan penyumbang terbesar  PDB sector TIK, yang terdiri dari STBS swasta: 20,63% dan STBS Pemerintah: 17,32%, dan Penyumbang terkecil adalah subsektor jasa konsultasi piranti lunak, jasa radio trunking, dan jasa radio panggil untuk umum,  masing-masing kurang dari 1% terhadap PDB sektor TIK. Namun hanya subsector jasa komunikasi lainnya yang keterkaitannya kuat (diatas rata-rata) baik kedepan maupun kebelakang.jika ingin mencapai tiga besaran ekonomi sekaligus, yaitu tenaga kerja, pendapatan dan nilai tambah nasional, maka subsektor yang dapat dipilih adalah sistem telekomunikasi bergerak seluler swasta (STBSSwasta), jasa sistem komunikasi (J-Siskom), jasa satelit (J-Sat), dan jasa komunikasi data paket (provider). Kata kunci: Sektor TIK, Internet, Sub Sektor Jasa Komunikasi

Abstract

Mathematics is the lesson that not to interest of student. It is also a reflection for teachers to make the learning process more interesting and meaningful, so that students can develop mathematical literacy skills. The learning process can be carried out using a context that is designed on a mobile learning-based teaching material by utilizing technological devices such as smartphones that are already used by students, but the benefits are not maximized. This development research aims to produce mobile learning based teaching materials on SPLDV material to see the increase in students' mathematical literacy skills. Guided by the steps of the Rowntree development model. This development model is grouped into three stages of development, the stage stage, stage stage, stage stage, and evaluation stage. At the evaluation stage, the researcher used Tessmer's formative evaluation model, namely: (1) self evaluation; (2) expert review; (3) one-to-one evaluation; (4) small group evaluation; and (5) field testing. With data collection techniques in the form of: new interviews, questionnaires for material experts, questionnaires for media experts, questionnaires for student responses, and test instruments. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII at SMPN 23 Bandung. The results showed that the mobile learning-based SPLDV teaching materials developed were valid and feasible as a source of mathematics learning and were effective in improving students' mathematical literacy skills.

Abstract

This service examines the development of entrepreneurship in the new normal period through training, with steps that can be taken to empower business actors in the development of ASIPA MSMEs in South Tangerang City. Training methods using offline and online media. While this service is an effort to socialize investment and marketing for micro, small and medium enterprises at the Creative Industries and Business Actors Association (ASIPA) based on digitalization by participating in training, marketing, obtaining tips for successfully investing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and financially investing in shares (PT. NH Korindo). This training conducts interactive coaching and socialization about the ease of doing business for MSME actors from participants of the Creative Industries and Business Actors Association (ASIPA) is always active in government programs to support income increase for MSME entrepreneurs consistently marketing through social media; Online stores, marketplaces, booths in malls, bazaars, and on websites to optimize facilities and keep up with the times. Thus, the Social Piety Index will form economic development in the community of Serua Village, Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, Banten.

Abstract

This study explores the role of human resource (HR) development in the public sector as a catalyst in driving regional economic growth. A qualitative approach was used with a library research method and in-depth interviews with eight key informants from local government institutions, academics, and economic development practitioners. The study results indicate that planned, competency-based, and public service-oriented HR development can improve bureaucratic performance, accelerate decision-making, and encourage efficient governance. It has a direct impact on improving the investment climate and regional economic productivity. The study found that inter-sectoral collaboration and strengthening institutional capacity are significant factors in the success of the HR development agenda in the public sector. This study recommends improving the quality of training, performance-based evaluation, and utilizing digital technology as a strategy for sustainable HR development.
