Abstract

Investment is the association of a financial source in a long period to generate profits in the future/future. Housing is a group of houses that are either narrow or broad that functions as a residential or residential environment for the people who occupy it. The problem statement is to find out whether the house type 30/60 in the Lamongan Regency Insani housing is worth investing in when viewed from a financial perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of Insani Regency Lamongan housing investment. The method used to analyze the investment feasibility is the Benefit-Cost Ratio. Based on the results of this research, the Lamongan Regency Insani Housing showed that it was feasible because it produced a Benefit-Cost Ratio of 1,307.

Abstract

P.T. Widiantara Perdana Putra as a housing developer certainly wants to provide residential property products that could meet the needs and desires of the community. The developer find it difficult to identify the dominant factors affecting consumer decisions in choosing a type-25 house at Pondok Pesona Alam Housing (PPA). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors influencing the housing purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 25 PPA customers. A questionnaire were used to collect data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the environment variable has a coefficient of 0.181 and is the most dominating of the other variables. Furthermore, the second variable is location with a coefficient of 0.173. While the third is the building variable with a coefficient of 0.146.

Abstract

Light brick waste is fragments or pieces of scrap leftover during the installation of lightweight bricks which are often allowed to pile up and becoming garbage in the surrounding area. The waste is difficult to recycle and has a very low selling value. This study aims to assess the compressive strength of mixed composition concrete specimens using lightweight brick waste on the quality of K-250 concrete aged 7 days as a mixture of fine aggregate concrete so that it becomes a product that has better-added value for the community. The research method used in this research is SNI for concrete based on data from literature and the test was carried out in the UNISLA laboratory. The results showed that the use of a 0% mixture of lightweight brick waste resulted in compressive strength of 21.78 Mpa, 3% mixture yielded compressive strength of 18.87 Mpa, 5% mixture yielded compressive strength of 24.39 Mpa, and 7% mixture yielded compressive strength of 26.00 Mpa.

Abstract

It is very important to understand the more favorable cost estimation comparison between SNI 2022 and the Contractor, because this information is used as a reference in calculating contractors and preventing losses. The purpose of this research is to identify the differences and similarities between the contractor calculation method and SNI 2022, and also to find out which budgeting method is effective. This study uses the analysis method of SNI Number 1 of 2022 and the contractor calculation analysis method. Based on the research results, the effective price is Rp. 2,988,685,140.71 which is calculated based on the contractor's analysis. This price is 14.59% efficient from the price calculated based on the SNI 2022 analysis. Meanwhile the price set based on the SNI 2022 analysis is Rp. 3,424,599,423.59. From the results of the cost comparison between the 2016 SNI method and the contractor, it is known that the difference in costs is around Rp. 435,914,282.88. Based on the research results, the effective budget is calculated based on the analysis of contractor calculations.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest coconut fiber producing country in the world and has not been able to process it optimally. Egg shell waste is also one of the wastes that is often encountered because many food raw materials use eggs. This research was conducted to determine the value of the compressive strength of concrete with the addition of coconut fiber ash and eggshell powder as a substitute for cement and which of the percentages of 0%, 0.5%, and 1.5% added mixture has optimal compressive strength for concrete quality. K – 225 or equivalent to 19.3 MPa at 28 days of age. The method used in this study is an experimental method according to SNI 03-2834-2000 concerning Procedures for Making Plans for Normal Concrete Mixture. The results of this study revealed that the addition of coconut fiber ash and eggshell powder to the concrete mixture decreased the compressive strength compared to normal concrete but not significantly. The average compressive strength value of normal concrete is 19.58 MPa. Whereas the compressive strength of concrete with the highest added material is the percentage of 0.5% coconut fiber ash and 0.5% eggshell powder with an average compressive strength of 19.30 MPa.

Abstract

Mosque is a place of worship, which requires comfort to enhance the quality of worship, thermal comfort being one of the considerations in the prayer space of the mosque. This study aims to analyze the level of thermal comfort and thermal preferences of users in the interior space of the Grand Mosque of Lamongan. The method used is quantitative, collecting data through surveys at the Grand Mosque of Lamongan. Some of the data collected include personal data (clothing and activities) and measurements of environmental parameters; air temperature, air humidity, and wind speed. At the same time, users were asked to fill out a questionnaire asking about their perceived level of comfort at that time. The results of the study show that the interior space of the mosque has an average temperature ranging from 28.4 ºC to 29.08 ºC, while the survey questionnaire results indicate that 89.1% of respondents can accept the existing thermal conditions. This may be due to the fact that the temperature inside the mosque is much lower compared to the outdoor temperature.
