Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe QD (Quick On The Draw). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus melalui tahap perencanaan, tindakan, evaluasi, refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja semester II tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 32 orang. Objeknya meliputi hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe QD (Quick On The Draw). Penerapan model ini sesuai dengan karakter kinestetik siswa yang tidak dapat duduk diam dalam waktu yang relatif lama. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I, aktivitas belajar siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 74,90, berada pada kategori cukup aktif sebesar 74,90% dan pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata 87,33 berada pada kategori sangat aktif sebesar 87,33%. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata 74,21 berada pada kategori cukup baik sebesar 43,75% dan pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata 87,32 berada pada kategori sangat baik, yaitu sebesar 100%. Dari hasil tersebut terlihat bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II telah mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12,43% dan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II telah mengalami peningkatan sebesar 56,25%.

Abstract

This research is expected to provide an overview and information on the effectiveness of the ‘Quick on the Draw’ cooperative learning model implementation, so that it can be used as a reference material and develop it in a vocational high school study. This research is a classroom action research, aiming to improve the quality or solving problems occurring in a subject group that is researched and observed as a level of success or impact of his actions. The effectiveness of the model is assessed by student activity, student learning outcomes, and student response to the use of the model. The total score of the student activity observation is 87.5% (85% < RA ≤ 100%) in ‘very active’ category. The percentage of students that are collectively completed is 100%, which means that the criteria for the effectiveness of learning devices are met. The interval of the student responses received from the average from student response poll became the class response, where the response of this class is at the range of 3.2 (͞R ≥ 3), meaning the average of overall response is positive and meet the criteria of the learning device effectiveness. The use of this learning model is expected to address the problems often faced by both teachers and students.

Abstract

This learning device development was based on the observation at Public Vocational High School 3 Singaraja where the problems that occurred were 1) students only waited for teachers’ explanation, and 2) no applicative material that made the learning process difficult. The subject of this research and development was Basic Electricity and Electronic teacher from the class of X-TITL 1 in Public Vocational High School 3 Singaraja and its 35 students. The product testing was performed in two stages: 1) limited test, and 2) implementation test. The data instruments were validation and observation sheets, where the measurement aspect from the data collection was learning device validity and learning device practicality. The handout validation results obtained 80.6 percent score, the observation sheet of learning device implementation got 87.5 percent score, and the observation sheet of teacher’s activity obtained 92.6 percent score. The practical test of learning device was based on the analysis and observer assessment on the observation sheet of a learning device and teacher’s activity. The total percentage of learning activity was 80.4 percent (70 percent is less than PR is less than 85 percent), or a good category. The total percentage of teacher activity was 80.8 percent (70 percent is less than PG is less than 85 percent) or an active category. Thus, from two observations above, it could be stated that the learning device met the practicality criteria.Keywords: handout, valid, practical

Abstract

This study aims to create learning media for control systems in electric motor installations based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) at SMK Negeri 1 Denpasar which is used to assist the learning process in the subject of Electric Motor Installation in class XII of Electrical Power Installation Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Denpasar. This research is included in the type of research R & D (Research and Development). This study uses percentage statistical analysis techniques to process data from content experts, media experts, and trials for students. This study uses a questionnaire as an instrument of data collection for content experts, media experts, and students. The results of the research were: The results of the content expert test obtained a percentage of 95.45% with very proper qualifications, the results of the media expert test obtained a percentage of 95.23% with very proper qualifications. The range of scores for the 6 respondents in the small group test were all included in very high qualifications, and the range of scores for the 29 respondents in the large group test were all categorized as very high. The learning media for the control system in the Programmable Logic Controller-based electric motor installation at SMK Negeri 1 Denpasar is suitable for use in the learning process in class XII of the Electrical Power Utilization Installation Technique of SMK Negeri 1 Denpasar in the subject of Electric Motor Installation.

Abstract

This study aims to create a learning media trainer of Ohm's Law and Kirchoff's Law which are used to assist the learning process in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects in class X Audio Video Engineering at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. This research type is R & D (Research and Development). This study uses percentage statistical analysis techniques to process data from content experts, media experts, and field trials. This study used a questionnaire as an instrument for data collection for content experts, media experts, and students. The results of the research were obtained: The results of the content expert test obtained a percentage of 90.91% with very decent qualification, and the results of the media expert test obtained a percentage of 94.44% with very proper qualification. The results of the small group test with 5 respondents obtained a percentage of 100% with the lowest respondent, namely respondent 4 (R4) with a score of 49 which is classified as very good, and the results of the large group test with 25 respondents got a percentage of 100% with the lowest respondent is the respondent 9 (A9) with a score of 45 is classified as very good. Based on the result of the research, the learning media for the Ohm Law and Kirchoff Law trainers are suitable for use in the learning process in class X Audio Video Engineering at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to create the Learning Media Basic Digital Trainer, determine the feasibility of the media, and determine the response of students to the media. This research belongs to the type of R&D (Research and Development). This study uses statistical data analysis of the percentage of eligibility to process data from the content expert test and media expert test, while for the small group test and large group test using the Five Scale Standard model data analysis. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The results obtained: media expert validation results obtained a percentage of 98.86% with very decent qualifications, content expert validation results obtained a percentage of 85.41% with very decent qualifications, small group trial results obtained from 5 respondents including the very high category and the results of the large group trial obtained from 21 respondents included in the very high category. Based on the research results, the Learning Media Basic Digital Trainer can be made suitable for use in the learning process in the Digital Circuit course and getting a very good response from students in the Undiksha Electrical Engineering Education S1 Study Program.

Abstract

This study aims to create learning media for 1 Phase Induction Motors (Influence of Windings, Capacitors, and Voltage Variables) to determine the feasibility of the media, and to determine the student's responses to the media in the Electrical Machinery Practicum course in the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program Undiksha statistical data on the percentage of feasibility to process data from the content expert test and the media expert test, while for the small group test and large group test using the Five Scale Standard model data analysis. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. by content experts (materials), media experts, and students, from the results obtained from the content expert test, 81% of the qualifications were very feasible and the media expert test got a score of 95% on very decent qualifications, the small group test results on 4 students with very high qualifications, and the results of the large group trial of 13 students as respondents got results with very high qualifications. Based on the results of the research, the learning media of a 1-Phase Induction Motor (The Effect of Windings, Capacitors, and Voltage Variables) can be made suitable for use in the learning process in the Electrical Machinery Practicum course in the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program UNDIKSHA.

Abstract

This study aims to make a based Control System Learning Smart Relay determine the feasibility and determine student responses to learning media for Based Control System Learning Smart Relay in the Control System course in the Undiksha Electrical Engineering Education Study Program. This research uses research and development methods Research and Development (R&D). Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire/questionnaire method which was assessed by content experts, media experts, and students. The results obtained: the results of the validation test from media experts got a percentage of 96.20% with very decent qualifications, the results of the material/content expert test got a percentage of 92.31% with very decent qualifications, the results of small group trials with the lowest score 52 from respondents with /classification is very good and the results of the large group test have the lowest score of 41 from respondents with good category/classification. Based on the research results, the based Control System Learning Media is Smart Relay- feasible to use and gets a good response from students in the Control System learning process in the Undiksha Electrical Engineering Education S1 Study Program.

Abstract

This study aims to design and create a Digital TV Trainer media, determine the media as a support for the learning process, and determine the response of students to the media in the subject of Radio and Television System Application in the Audio Video Engineering Expertise Program (TAV). This research includes the R&D (Research and Development) research model. The study used a questionnaire or questionnaire as an instrument of data collection by content experts, media experts, and students. From the research results obtained: the results of the expert trial obtained a value of 93.18% with a very decent classification, the results of the media expert trial obtained a percentage of 92.04% with a very decent classification, the results of the small group test the results of the lowest respondent score with a score of 52 classifications is very good, the results of the large group test result in the lowest respondent's score with a score of 52 including very good classification. Results Based on the research, the Digital TV Trainer media was designed and made suitable for use in the learning process of the subject of Radio and Television System Application in the Audio Video (TAV) Expertise Program at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja.
